The outdoor areas are beautiful, with perfectly maintained gardens, excellent pools, and comfortable sun loungers inviting you to relax.|Our suite was extremely spacious, cleaned twice a day, with fresh towels and bed linens changed regularly – a level of comfort rarely experienced with such consistency.|The culinary offering is simply sensational. From breakfast to dinner, everything is flawless. A special highlight is the hotel’s own Michelin-starred restaurant Grual, serving dishes of the highest standard, making for an unforgettable dining experience.|The wellness area is huge and impeccably clean. The SPA offers a wide range of treatments and leaves nothing to be desired. The fitness centre and studios are in top condition, everything looks brand new. In addition, guided mountain hikes and mountain bike tours are offered – a great plus for active guests.|A particular mention must go to the staff. Everyone is exceptionally friendly and attentive. You are welcomed everywhere with a smile, and service is truly a priority here. We also noticed the high staff-to-guest ratio, ensuring assistance is always available.|The wine cellar is impressive, with over 1,000 labels to choose from, catering to every taste and expectation.|All in all, this is undoubtedly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. We give it a 100% recommendation and are already looking forward to our next visit.

This resort is one of one. Everything about this experience was amazing. The variety of saunas, treatments, activities, restaurants, and lounges makes you feel like you can have a long stay here and never be bored or uncomfortable. The staff is very professional and attentive. I only have one small complaint and that is that our AC was not cooling correctly in our first night. Amazingly, the staff was able to make adjustments with no need for someone to come into the room and very quickly the AC was working just fine. My wife and I are so impressed and are already thinking of coming back to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

I had an incredible experience staying at lafey! We booked this hotel specifically to have a spa experience that was close to skiing and snowboarding. Everything about this hotel is wonderful. The spa is adult only which is appreciated so it can be the calm relaxing environment that you are looking for. I would really only recommend the deep tissue massage, especially if you are looking for something with any pressure. We did a light massage on our first day and it was not worth the money at all. The spa facilities make this place worth going to even if you’re not going to get a service. The multiple saunas, the multiple pools, the mini relaxation areas. The facilities are some of the best that I have seen in my time going to spas across the world. The panoramic sauna which overlooks the Alps is absolutely stunning. Everything was meticulously clean, which is so important in a spa environment. Would not recommend the facial- was mediocre but not bad. Room was clean and modern while also feeling rustic, we had a view of a hillside with cute sheep. Coordinating getting to the ski slopes was a breeze, and so affordable! We rented our equipment on site for less than $50 a person and then got our lift tickets on site as well, with a transfer down to the slopes and a pick up from the slope all included in our stay! Would return and recommend to anyone looking for a spa getaway in Italy!

A truly cozy and romantic escape. Everyone at the resort was incredibly warm and welcoming, making our stay feel so special. Nestled in breathtaking natural surroundings, the resort offers a magical atmosphere — especially the stunning outdoor pool with panoramic views. We stayed here in January to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday, and everything was beyond expectations. The suite was stunning, with a private jacuzzi and sauna. The location is ideal – peaceful and secluded, yet very close to town. Breakfast was excellent every morning. We also dined at Grual, the Michelin-starred restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience – incredible food, beautiful presentation, and impeccable service. The spa is world-class, and the staff throughout the resort were warm, professional, and always attentive. Truly one of the best resort experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommended !!!

It was something that I dreamt going to for a few years now, and I finally made it! I took myself there alone and it was beautiful, the wonderful staff, are all so friendly, from the concierge, to the kind gentlemen at the bar, the wonderful waitstaff at the restaurant, and the lovely ladies at the spa! The surroundings are stunning and the facilities are gorgeous, the rooms are deliciously comfortable and the only negative I had was someone was smoking weed next to me, and so I couldnt sit on my balcony and also they made the elevator smell of weed. I cannot wait to visit again! I loved seeing the mountain goats and cats every morning, that was my highlight!

Overall fantastic hotel. The spa was exceptional and so was the skiing. The rooms are spacious and have a nice view - I suggest taking the one onto the snowy valley. The restaurant is ok (great breakfast, lunch very mediocre and dinner fine). We went down to the town for most dinners and had lunch on the mountain and then it's perfect. The only real issue is the staff is at times not super professional (for example, I wanted help booking a ski lession and the employee lost interest and gave me numbers to call... so in my broken Italian I had to negotiate and then pay for the privilege of using the hotel phone, which was billed extortionately, when in principle for a hotel of this calibre the employee should have done the work). On the other hand, the spa employees were outstanding so bit of a mixed bag.
