"Designed as an anchor for an upscale shopping development, this multi-level food hall features a first-floor food hall, bars on the second and third floors, and an outdoor 'box garden' that doubles as a live-music venue; its inspiration was Chelsea Market and the idea of a development anchored by food rather than a department store. The hall functions as an incubator — stalls and concepts can develop there and, if successful, graduate into standalone restaurants — a central element of the group's food-hall strategy.
