We stayed three nights. Our room was stylish and comfortable and looked out on to the garden courtyard. There is a very comfortable space downstairs in which to read or have a glass of wine. Also the courtyard is lovely. There is a Siamese cat, Maleva who oversees the courtyard There is no restaurant but there are plenty nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we ever return to Buenos Aires.

We stayed at Legado Mítico Buenos Aires which is situated in the heart of Palermo Soho area surrounded by restaurants and bars.||The hotel’s interior exudes warmth and sophistication, featuring polished wood floors, antique furnishings, and a cozy library lounge. The communal areas, including a tranquil courtyard, provide perfect spots to unwind after exploring the city. Despite its central location, the hotel maintains a peaceful ambiance, offering a restful night’s sleep. However, every time you want to go into the hotel, someone needs to come and open it for you. ||The breakfast service was delightful, featuring a selection of fresh pastries, fruits, and eggs options of your preferred choice. There is no English speaking tv channels like cnn or bbc news.

This is a lovely hotel in a great area of Buenos Aires. The rooms and lounge are beautifully decorated. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Small but good breakfast. The lounge is a lovely place to have a drink before going out in the evening and there is also a nice little courtyard garden. No restaurant but is walking distance to so many good places to eat. We would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed twice during our travels across Argentina. The hotel is in a fantastic location in Palmero surrounded by endless cafes and restaurants. The neighbourhood itself is nice to walk around and explore with a couple of markets nearby. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is more on the basic side of things but you can also request eggs (note you do need to ask as it won’t be automatically offered to you). Other areas of Buenos Aires which you’ll want to explore are generally a 15-30 minute uber drive away (dependent on traffic).

I had high expectations for Legado Mítico Buenos Aires, but my experience was deeply disappointing. I left cash in my toiletry bag on the day I arrived, trusting the security of what is marketed as a boutique luxury hotel. The money went missing, and when I brought it up, management—specifically Leandro—offered no meaningful assistance. Instead, they implied it was either a mistake or that I had spent it myself. No investigation was made. For a hotel of this category, this response was unacceptable. Guests should be aware and take extra precautions.

Lovely and quirky boutique hotel in central Salta. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. For an old building (over 100 years old), it’s got history as well as its creaks and groans but that mustn’t deter you, it’s great. 11-12 rooms, well equipped.

Beautiful building and decorations. The guest experience team there is professional and warm. Considerate and thoughtful place. Amazing location where you have immediate access to the best restaurants and cafes in town. Thank you, especially to Leandro. For all his help and kind accomodation.

Just the fact that Legado Mitico exists is a good reason to return to Buenos Aires. We've never stayed in a better hotel. The staff is discreet and helpful. They assisted us with airport transfers and booking a tango show (which we absolutely loved). The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The breakfast isn't extensive, but all the products are high-quality and there's a good variety. The rooms (and common areas) are tastefully decorated and the beds are incredibly comfortable, perfect after a day of exploring the city. The patio feels like a corner of the Palermo gardens, and here you'll meet our beloved Malevo, the hotel's adorable cat. Recommended for those seeking a cozy hotel that feels like home. Many reviews complain about noise from nearby establishments, and we were quite worried, but we didn't experience this problem. It's true that you can hear some noise, but it's very distant and doesn't disturb sleep (trust us, my husband is a light sleeper and had no trouble sleeping). If you're looking for complete silence, keep in mind that the breakfast tables are very close together and there's a lounge area in the same space, so you'll hear other guests talking. This didn't bother us, but we met guests who complained. Additionally, there's a school near the hotel, and if you're in the patio, you'll hear children playing. Again, this didn't bother us, in fact, it made us feel even more like we were in Palermo Park, but we saw some guests who were surprised by it.
