FunkyTown Donuts Brings Beer to Its New Fort Worth Location | Eater Dallas

"The local brewery’s tap room hosted collaborative doughnut-and-beer events last fall that paired flights of beer with doughnuts; those events consistently sold out, indicating strong local interest in pairing craft beer with sweet offerings." - Alaena Hostetter

First time here after a family outing. We sat outside, and they had a live band. We really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. It is also dog friendly outside. Good variety of food, and it all was delicious. I had the fish and chips and the pork schnitzel sandwich to take home because I could not decide. Everything looked so good that we were all sharing from each other's plates. Will definitely return, maybe even with my fur baby.

Even thought it’s not technically Legal Remedy anymore, I could not tell the difference. Everyone raves about the food and boy was it awesome! Got the BLT, traditional style and it was fabulous. Truffle fries amazing as well. Sat outside, weather is nice, and weights half is great. Our waitress Ellie, did an amazing job. Thanks to her, I had a fabulous experience!

Took a moment to get this posted. Legal Remedy Brewing was an excellent addition to Rock Hill’s growing culinary culture. The service was great, food was amazing and the atmosphere was nicely done. Very clean and love the back story of the concept. I had the sample of beers which I let the server choose for me. No disappointment there. Love all the choices made. Can’t wait for my next visit!

Really good beer, appetizers, and burgers. Everything we tried was better than we initially expected it to be. It was a first for me to have nachos with house chips instead instead of tortilla chips but it honestly worked well. All of the staff was super friendly and kept checking back in to see if we needed anything else. Great brewery.

Great food… great beer… great atmosphere! Came for a leisurely meal. Arrived right before they opened at Noon, with nearly 8 other people waiting to be seated. We chose to sit in the outdoor area. Service was prompt and outstanding. Outside seating is pet friendly, and the servers even brought the dogs a bucket of water, which I thought was really cool. Our waitress, Camryn, was so helpful and informative, encouraging us to sample a couple brews we were questioning. Food came promptly. We shared the “Pork Schnitzel Holstein”, and wow… the flavor was fantastic and the schnitzel was perfectly fried. It’s a HUGE portion, so we were glad we shared. We spent over 2 hours here, by choice. A great option in Rock Hill right off the Winthrop campus. We will definitely be back when we’re in the area.

We really enjoyed this place. To begin, the interior is aesthetically pleasing and cozy. The staff is kind and caring, eager to help you out with choosing one of MANY beers, haha! The food menu is vast and diverse. Expect BBQ fusion stuff, southern fusion, burger, chips/fries. Something super special was their inclusion of fresh and bright vegetables into all the dishes. The beers were exceptional and special. Our favorites were the Cherry Berliner and the Mocha Blonde (very unique). We recommend stopping by and trying a few beers.

Nice lil spot to grab a quick brew and yummy food. I tried the wings and the smokehouse meatloaf which were amazing. My friend tried the fish and chips, I’m not a fan of the thick battered fish, but my friend enjoyed it. I also tried their root beer which was delicious and refreshing. The fried moon pie desserts were great but extremely rich. Keep a glass of water nearby lol

Grabbed some lunch and beers and enjoyed the weather by sitting outdoors. Service was good and the beer was cold. Overall the food was a miss. The Irish sausage rolls were bland and the sauce was way too thin. The southern poutine was decent but missing the bacon. The fish was hot but the batter didn’t stick and fish fell apart.

Yelp
While visiting family for the Labor Day holiday weekend, we stopped by the Farmers Market. There was a good selection of vendors in the parking lot (cheeses, apothecary items, knives/knife sharpening, soaps, fresh produce, meat, herbal supplements, etc.). All of the vendors we chatted with were super friendly and made it a nice stroll while browsing through some local items.
