My wife and I came from Southeast Asia (Vietnamese) to visit family in Houston we googled a local bar and it was a great a place nice music and food the bartender I think her name is (Mulan) if spelled it right GREAT SEVICE FELT VERY WELCOMED!!!

We pass by this place every day on the way home from work and finally stopped by to check it out since we were craving crawfish and this place did not disappoint! If you are familiar with Viet cajun crawfish, this is similar but without the heaviness of all the butter that comes with Viet cajun style. Was not expecting it to be spicy by any means but it has a nice kick to it. We normally eat pretty spicy and would classify it as a nice medium level spice. Perfect for any crawfish lover. The service was fast and friendly and you feel like a regular because everyone there is so friendly. The owner was extremely nice and we had great conversations. Pricing is very competitive and the ambience of the bar is very divey which we love. We will definitely be back to try the rest of their food and check out some of their artists nights that they host

Came here to meet up with some colleagues and play some pool. A senior colleague ordered a round of drinks, and I excluded myself from any alcohol drinks and instead went for a sprite. Everyone got their drinks except for mine, no problem, we'll after 15 mins I went to the server to remind her of my beverage, she admitted that she didn't put it on my colleague's tab and I will pay for separately. I said ok. When I pulled my card, she told me there would be a card charge because it would be on credit. So I then pulled out cash, and to my surprise, she told me she didn't have any chance to give back to me. So I was out 75 cents, and the server didn't even bother to make any type of compensation. Well, in the end, my colleague's card got charged for my drink in which I didn't get in the first place. The rest of the staff was good but this new girl doesn't seem to be very honest.

Definitely your local hole in the wall bar, menus is bit wild but prices arnt to bad.

Tons of fun, great drinks, spacious environment. Staff is friendly, prices are great. Your getting everything in one spot here. Billiards, great drinks. Patio is beautifully designed, and the atmosphere is super chill. Wednesday nights they have karaoke, also a fun time. Couldn't ask for a better location to have an amazing night on the town!

My group had their end of year banquet here and it was the perfect spot! The food came out hot and delicious, drinks were spot on, and the service was top tier. The DJ got everyone on the dance floor and even took requests. Bartenders were attentive and made the best drinks I have ever had. Legends made this one of the best experiences with my group. We are definitely coming back again soon.

I finally came back. We stopped by during the Astros playoff run last year but didn't stay. We made good on our word and came back. We got the crawfish, chicken nuggets basket, and supreme nachos. The food was pretty good. Out of the three items, I liked the crawfish the best. The crawfish was savory. Good blend of cajun spice, butter, and garlic. Our waitress was new, so she was still getting familiar with the setup, but she was friendly. This place is a neighborhood bar atmosphere. Don't expect this too fancy. I would give them 5 stars, but the restroom was dirty. Maybe that is part of the neighborhood bar experience. I'll go back there to watch sports

This review is very bittersweet, but I don't like feeling scammed. My husband and I came here to try their recent crawfish special for $25. The crawfish was actually really good (Asian Cajun) and the drink prices were very reasonable ($5 for don julio). It was a dive bar with mostly regulars and the bartender tried to make our first time comfortable there by introducing us to the owners. But when the bill came, we kept wondering why it was higher than what we calculated. We only ordered $45 worth but our bill came out to be around $58. The female bartender there gave us a non-itemized receipt so I kept trying to ask if the specials or prices were honored as told and she gave me short "yes" answers with no further explanations. Finally, I asked for the itemized receipt and only then did she explain to me that they "just started automatically adding gratuity to crawfish orders due to customers over ordering and over working the staff" and how she had "forgot" to tell me since it's a new policy. I felt it was dishonest and shady, so it really ruined the experience for me. Also, it's a very run down bar. The counters and cash register we sat in front of was caked with dust. Furniture is dated. It's a shame, the food is good and owners seem nice, but I don't think I'll be coming back because they lost my trust.

What can I say, you wanna go "where everybody knows your name" and the service is AWESOME! To tell the truth the food is outstanding. The seasoning and it is hot and fresh, made to order. Very chill atmosphere. I Love, Love, Love the Pho and during crawfish seasons, they advertise the truth "The best in Houston". The flavor is so good and just right, you can really enjoy it and not to mention the price is the best you will find in town as well. If you are in the area you should really stop by and enjoy a drink, good food, music or maybe watching sports is your thing, and or chilling on the patio, they have the options for you.

The best steak night in Stafford! Come by Wednesday for dinner. It's just $9.99 for a great steak and huge baked potato. On top of that, get some crawfish at just $5.95/lb. Why eat steak and lobster when you can eat stay and crawfish?

Man forget this place, bartenders are thieves. Went there and made two separate transactions, check my bank and I got charged two duplicate charges within 1 minute. Look at the receipts and my signature was forged on the 3rd transaction. Call my bank and they charge me for the forgery, forget this place and forget chase. Some straight bull.

No saggy pants or doorags? Sounds a bit racist. Food is barely ok. Something you can make at home. Nothing special.

We stopped in for lunch on a Friday afternoon and they were setting up for the evening music event. For some reason (this place is in no way Vietnamese), I ordered the Vietnamese sandwich. It was actually very good, but maybe not quite to the standards of a Vietnamese sandwich shop. My son ordered the Philly Cheese Steak, which was huge, and packed with peppers and onions. The French fries were very good, so he was happy. The import beers are priced more for a restaurant than for a bar.

Came here with a great friend of mine and felt right at home. Great drinks, food, and vibes.

So we went here... All I can say is check your ITEMIZED BILL... THEY ARE THERE OWN GRATUITY AND THINK YOU WILL NOT NOTICE. Will I come again NO because that is wrong dead wrong for you to add what YOU think your service was worth.. Let me decide so you can step up your game. When asked for ITEMIZED the bartender gave me the side eye... Because you know it's wrong too. Check your bill before you pay. No extra tip from me.

Nice that they have have an area for a live band and no smoking inside! The bathrooms can use a little love, smells pretty bad. It's a bar you say.. well I would still like a decent bathroom and not feel like I am using a port o potty

My husband and I were there last Sunday . Everyone was so friendly and the service was great. We ate boiled crayfish and the best tamales we have had since we moved here. They have a dance floor and the bathroom were very clean. It was just like being with family.

This is an awesome place! I love the taco and chicken salad. Cheese burger so good 1/2 pond patty is the best! Juicy and delicious! The bartenders are amazing! They never leave you thirsty!!!!!! As a single woman I feel very comfortable here!

First time here. Y'all, this crawfish is LEGIT. My boyfriend says their burgers are amazing, too. But I'm talking about crawfish today. TONS of flavor, good size, and for $30, a party tray is where it's at. Stop by during your quarantine and get it TO GO!!!

I love going to this place - it has a great "friendly bar environment" and I never know anyone when I go in, but the regular patrons are very welcoming. Had the Philly cheese steak sandwich.... DE-LIC-IOUS. And nobody makes drinks like Best Bartender Barbara. Great conversationalist who makes sure your glass is always full. Highly recommend!

We stopped in for some drinks and hopping to get a bit to eat. No one was there, except for us and three employees. The place looks much nicer than the old location. The menu seemed confused and didn't find anything that we would like to eat. After couple of beers, one lady started to mop the floor by us and she had very strong smelling cleaner in her water. The beer started to taste like cleaner. We checked out and headed to another place. I can't say that I would recommend this place.

First time going was literally 5 mins ago! No one ever came to our table the whole time we were sitting there. So we decided to leave and go somewhere else! It was pretty dry for a saturday and no music playing . Definitely won't be back !

Food was incredible and the service was just as good. There are not many places to go to gave a good time in this area but this place changes things. The have a Tokyo long islands that is a must try. I will be back again.

Drove past this place a dozen times before, and today I finally decided to go in and check it out since I felt like a burger. I should have tried this place a long time ago! The burger was freakin huge! Two very thick patties on toasted buns with all the usual fixin's, and it was probably one of the best tasting burgers I've ever had. The price was very reasonable too for the amount of food you get. Since I hadn't eaten here before, I thought I'd also try some wings too just to see how they are. The bartender warned me that the burger is pretty big, but I ordered the wings anyways. She was right, I couldn't finish the wings :-/ The couple of wings I did eat were really good though. I tried the mild and the hot flavors (there's 3 or 4 more) and mild was good, but I really liked hot because the sauce didn't have too much of an overpowering vinegar smell/taste like a lot of other hot wings do. The staff was very courteous as well. The owner (or the owner's wife, I forgot already) came over to introduce herself. She told us about all the daily specials the place has like 3-7pm (I think) happy hour every weekday, Sunday pool tournaments, plus a bunch of other specials that I don't remember as I'm still in a bit of a food coma from that enormous burger. Since it was around 4pm (happy hour!) when I came in, my Bud Light draft was only a dollar each! I've never heard of a happy hour with prices that low. I'll definitely be coming back here again.

This bar really needs to be cleaned inside and updated. Feels old and dirty. They try to fix up deck but it's still needs work. Who wants to pay 8 bucks for the high end liquor and receive the cheap stuff. I ordered grey gouse and that clearly was not grey gouse. I ordered the house vodka tonic and it tasted them same as the grey gouse. Stafford we have a problem.

Regains a star after the owner apologized for the poor service and offered a complimentary drink. While I decided to forego the free drink (I don't care much for special treatment), I came back and was well pleased with the service. I've been over twice in the afternoon, and I really like how different it feels. Quieter and much calmer with more of my style of music. The extra star comes from the more overall friendliness of the opening staff, and of course the delicious food. I can see coming back here if I get hungry, since the food is cheap enough for me to afford, and it comes out in excellent quality

I've only been to the bar a few times and have generally enjoyed myself. I love the fact that there is no smoking allowed. The bartenders are friendly and pretty efficient but they do get a bit stressed out if it's a busy night. The DJ on the nights that I've been there plays about 15-20 minutes of dance music (which I love) followed by what feels like 3 hours of Tejano music (which I hate). As far as the food is concerned, it's average at best. I will definitely say that the cheeseburger was large but pretty much off-putting. Somehow they managed to make the french fries flavorless despite using seasoning. All in all, I find the place to be decent and there are usually some friendly people there. Oh, by the way, during peak times, parking pretty well sucks.

Stopped by here about a month/month and half ago. It was a busy/packed night around 1030 or so. My first time trying it out. I'd probably give this place more stars if it wasn't for the BS experience outside of the establishment. I Parked, got out my car, some *ahem* "brotha" in a white shirt approached me asking for some change (I should have known better.) took out 5 ones from my pocket, he snatched it and ran to the motel right behind the convenience store. I could have easily ran after him but didn't know what or who he was running to. I still went inside to cool off with some drinks. It was alright inside. Prices were a little high. Suggested the bartender to tell the owner to hire some security or something so someone else doesn't run into the same problem I had. I couldn't even finish my drinks in peace thinking that guy would come back smashing my windows all over some books. Don't think I'll be coming back here anytime soon. Sorry. **Watch your surroundings!**

Outstanding Burger, one of the Best I have ever eaten. If your in The Houston area, it is well worth the drive. The fries appear to have a creole seasoning which make them very tasty. Walking in to this place you will probably get the wrong impression, don't be fooled. Excellent food, good pours on drinks and lots of high def big screens.

Seedy bar with sticky floors and greasy bar food. It is not a place where everyone will find something they like on the menu.

Friendly neighborhood bar in the Stafford area with a very diverse menu containing a myriad of items such as po-boys, sandwiches, seafood and more. Evening musical crowd and entertainment tends to be more of a hispanic flavor, but the crowd can be a very diverse mix of peoples. On any given night you might find tejano music on the dance floor, and people playing pool and other games. Kind of a dive, but it works for the people in the area.

Its now moved up Murphy on the right hand side just before Mula. Brighter cleaner better menu and better park. Has a good and comfortable patio area at the front. Set price menu of $7.95. You get the same at lunchtime for $4.95 until 7/31/16

Come for the music and the drinks not for the food and definitely not for steak night. Good service, live music and limited beer selection. Good luck!

This really is a hidden gem. The exterior would have you believe it's a dive bar, and it sort of is with its harsh fluorescent lights inside and hodge podge of tables and chairs inside, but the food is excellent and the service is attentive. We sat on the patio since it was the first cool day of September. Our waitress brought us menus and took our drink orders. The menu is very limited, probably only about 14 items, but the exceptionally delicious food would seem to indicate that they focus on making a few items very well. And they do! I ordered the Vietnamese sandwich and my bride (of 12 years) ordered the tacos. The food arrived and the presentation was fantastic, and the portions were huge. The sandwich was full to bursting with tender seasoned chicken, carrots, cilantro and a sweet savory glaze, and on the side was a delicious, crispy spring roll. My bride's meal consisted of 3 massive tacos stuffed with tender chicken and veggies, with salsas on the side. Everything was exceptionally good! My only suggestion: use more of the sweet glaze on the Vietnamese sandwich or provide a bit on the side because it's awesome! We will definitely return to this hidden gem. The food and the service make Legends a must-visit.

They have plenty of tv's to watch football, and plenty of beer on tap and booze to choose from when watching on Sunday's

We were passing by and decided to ceck the place out and have a couple of beers. We had been to that location twice when it was called Tops so we had already seen the interior, although new owners made some improvements making it more like a club than a sports bar, which is nice. The DJ went around introducing himself and taking requests. We got there early and there was a nice mix of country, disco, and latin but later he endes up playing too much tejano music, but maybe that's what most of the patrons which seem to be usual customers. Anyway, What could have been a nice impromptu night out for my husband was not because of the bad service at this place. We had the worst waitress ever! She deliberately ignored us most of the time we were there to the point of lowering her head when she walked past our table. It was a challenge to get our tab closed until we asked the owner for it and when she finally brought it she stood right there watching what my husband was writing, probably checking if she was getting a tip after the lousy service she provided, so rude! Place with potential if service is improved.

GREAT PLACE FOR A BURGER AND A BEER! I go there about once a week. They have great happy hour specials and the bartenders are always friendly.

Food here is awesome! I usually get the wings(lemon-peppered) and they are amazing! always serverd HOT and FRESH! The seasoned fries are also pretty good. Cold beer! Will come back again and will recommend to my friends! friendly staff and owner =) spanish music that's always playing is kinda loud, you have to shout at the person next to you but doesn't bother me.

I love this place! The food is great and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and accommodating. This is a really cool place to go and chill. The environment is not overly stimulating, yet it is lively and entertaining (live music, pool tables, good ppl watching). The burgers here are the best I've ever tasted-the Swiss Mushroom is my fav ! My hubby and I have tried several items from the menu and never experienced a disappointment. Choose this place and you will not regret your choice.

Burgers are good. I don't know if they have different cooks, but sometimes they are awesome and sometimes just ok. Same thing with the wings, some times they are really good, sometimes overcooked. The only bad thin is the waitress "Summer". She's not very friendly and she acts as if she is doing you a favor by getting you a drink. Bad attitude. Could it be because she's gained a lot of weight?

Was headed to Stafford Center and decided to check this place out - especially with all the rave reviews regarding the burgers. Arrived about 6:30pm and the wife ordered a vodka and tonic. Legends uses store brand cheap tonic water in plastic bottles. When the bartender opened the half full bottle, there was no fizz, but filled the drink anyways. I made mention the drink was flat and asked her to remake it with fresh tonic. She told me there was no more tonic available, but she would go look. She walked passed several times after that, but did not provide any update to how the search was going. She has also shared with us earlier, everyone drinks bottled beer there - I guess the wife should have paid better attention to the comment. I will say the burger was good, the Texas BBQ fries were nothing to write home about - soggy fries covered in fake cheese sauce. Needless to say, I will not be going back...
