Full marks to the very welcoming, young, energetic and professional team. The food is themed around the modern bistrot concept, well executed, with the twist one comes to expect from an establishment and product, casual though it is, designed by a legendary Michelin star awarded chef
Yet, like with The Bocuse brasseries, if I may be so bold, one can not help but feel somewhat unfulfilled, left with the sentiment that this is all too safe and contrived, and in the end, uninspiring. The truth is there is now in the region far superior, more creative and ravishing (semi) casual menus on offer than here (several of which I have indeed reviewed)
