Great concept, pretty disappointing service. I’ve been here three times and unfortunately have had an experience similar to many others here. This is such a cute store, and I love the idea of being able to buy skincare locally. However… I have been invisible every time I go here (but once, I was greeted on the last visit!!). I have tried to get recommendations multiple times, and it’s like pulling teeth. I have no idea if they’re knowledgable because I cannot find a way to get anyone who works here to engage with me. I want to like this place so much - please hire people who want to engage with customers!!

What a phenomenal store! I learned of it through from another local shop owner while on my quest to experience niche and unique fragrances in Nashville. They had a small, but mighty collection to experience. Even had several great brands I hadn’t heard of. And their selection of other beauty and wellness products was impressive! The associate was lovely and helpful. Highly recommend!

I’m bummed to not have loved it here! The products are great of course! But when I came in I was totally ignored! I love clean beauty and recently moved from Boston to Nashville and wanted to find somewhere to get some great skincare in prep for my wedding. The two ladies working on 2/20 were just really cold to me. Never asked if they could help me find anything and just didn’t give me the time of day quite frankly. I grabbed my favorite Go-to products they carry and went on my way, but I will definitely be giving them another chance in the future. The store is beautiful and again the products are awesome!

My absolute favorite store of all time. Laura the founder is amazing. She (and all the Lemon Laine associates) are so knowledgeable about the products. She had picks each product and you can totally tell. It’s not like walking into a massive overwhelming selection. She groups products by use, e.g. cleaners, moisturizers, eye etc. not by brand so you can mix and match as you go. I love this store. I visit every time I’m in Nashville and tell everyone to add it to their list of must-dos in Nashville. Oh! Almost forgot about the oil-bar. Incredible experience... work with an associate to customize the perfect face oil for your skin. I’ve loved everything I’ve gotten and Lemon Laine!

I went in last Saturday with the intention of finding some new skincare products.... and oh boy did I find them. I was super pleased with my experience! This was the second time I’ve visited Lemon Laine and I thought the costumer service was great. Shayla ( I hope I spelt that right ) was really kind and patient. She answered all of my questions and was able to recommend some great products! I wish I lived closer to Nashville so I could visit more often but it might be safer for my credit card that I don’t.

This place is a non toxic, clean beauty DREAM. I first came in while I was breastfeeding and (still) couldn't use any of my normal skincare products on my skin. The staff listened to my story, then went through and helped me pick out a new clean beauty skin care regime from face wash to makeup to oils and even lip salve! I wished I'd found this place when I was pregnant! I'm now using a majority of their products (the Ilia makeup is the bomb) and even though I can switch back to my old stuff I haven't because the quality is so good! Lemon Laine, you've made me a believer.

Loved this store! Great variety of price range. I feel like their product selection is well researched. Super friendly staff who also didn't hover. I felt very welcome to just browse. The only thing I think would be appreciated is if price tags were displayed on the makeup. Maybe they were, but I didn't see any. Thanks y'all see ya soon!

Every time I visit Nashville, I make a bee-line for Lemon Laine. This natural beauty and wellness shop located in East Nash (2nd location in Houston) is the perfect spot to stock up on some of your go-to products AND learn about numerous serums, lotions, mascaras, patches, perfumes, probiotics, and chocolates that you will need to try! I find myself taking a deep dive into the pink and orange glow that is Lemon Laine. I want to try it ALL, and you will too. I love skin care! This store was super cute! This store is super cute and packed with all kinds of skincare goodies from brands like Goop, Vitner's Daughter, IIia cosmetics, Milk & Honey, TaTa Harper and more. I scheduled a consultation to get a customized facial oil. I use facial oil everyday so I decided to try key oil ingredients that would benefit my skin in a more customizable way. How creative and genius to have such a thing right? I was helped by Zoe who was super helpful and friendly. I ended up getting a tangerine oil and carrot oil blend word other cool oils that will help with moisturizing and blemishing. Can't wait to try it!

Booked for a party of 5 (they provide complimentary wine but you can bring your own non-alcoholic drinks if you have people who don't drink). It was about $60 per person and it was ~45 minute experience where they talk to you one-on-one about your current skin care routine, what you would like your skin to have and what you are looking for. They will the formulate it with essential oils in front of you while describing the benefits of each oil. You change the essential oil for a different scent. Great experience; highly suggest it, very cute place. The girls who helped our party were so sweet, very knowledge and accommodating to our needs if we wanted a specific smell for the oil.

A wonderful space of healing goodness. I understand the boutique feel. Which, keeps pricing high. However, I didn't find anything reasonably priced to buy that was needed for me, personally. They do offer great brans that I purchase myself. Four Sigmatics, Moon Juice, etc.. for me, treats that I save for a rainy day! The gal working was kind and knowledgable.

Great selection but customer service can be tough. Been here a few times and each time it's hard to get anyone to help or acknowledge you're there. I recently came in with a girlfriend. We were literally the only ones there, but no one even said Hello. We were looking to spend and even holding up products being like, "Hmmmm I wonder what this does!?" But no one came over. No one said a word. If you don't want to train sales people to help, there should at least be more signage that talks more about the products being offered.

YES, I have fallen in LOVE! Lemon Laine is the perfect spot for anyone looking to transition to more natural products without smelling a little too... umm... natural, if you know what I mean. They have an awesome range of products, so you can find everything from lower priced items easily found in stores (Native, Ursa Major, etc.) to pricier specialty items (Moon Juice, Goop, etc.). There's even a well-stocked pantry area that has tumeric powder, protein powders, and a bunch of other digestive aids. Also, the space is absolutely GORGEOUS! I wanted to move in and be all Carrie Bradshaw in the SATC movie, "Hello! I live here!" I can't wait to visit again to check out their oil bar and some of the natural makeup lines.

I absolutely love Lemon Laine! I always go when I'm in the East Nashville area! Laura has cultivated a beautiful space with the sweetest staff. Every time I have questions, the friendly ladies always know so much about each product. As someone who is transitioning to more natural beauty products and supplements, Lemon Laine makes shopping enjoyable and relaxing. During this past visit, I had the opportunity to experience the oil bar and create my own facial oil. Brianna was amazing at providing suggestions and answering questions. I left the store a very happy gal with an AMAZING product!

This is such a fun and unique shopping experience. The team is really friendly and helpful, and they have a ton of options for all price ranges. I do wish that there were more price tags on the items, but the workers were non-judgmental when I told them my budget, and helped me shop based on that. I was visiting from Chicago and found this store in, oddly enough, an article titled 'Best Places to Shop'. Being a skincare guru I was beyond excited to visit this shop and more than ready and willing to spend considerable cash. Upon entering the store this past Thursday with my two daughters, we were barely met with a hello. Never once, at any time, did the employee ask us if we needed any help or assistance. Nothing. Ever. And when I asked her a question, she barely looked up when she answered me. To make it worse, the delivery guy who entered the store received the most welcoming gesture from her, like they were long lost buddies, further solidifying the feeling that we were somehow bothering her. We have never felt so insignificant in a store in our lives. I was so incredibly disappointed. There were 4 high end products in the Tata Harper line that I was eyeing, but I just couldn't stomach it. Why would I?

Coming from LA and stumbling on this hidden gem was a treat! Very chic vibes and super cute. The staff was knowledgeable on all the various products. A perfect place if you're visiting and would like modern charm in Nashville or for those who are local this is great spot to pick up all of your natural products.
