Worst customer service EVER!!
They have canceled my purchase with a vague excuse.
“ We are sorry but your order came up for internal review and was determined ineligible for process. All orders are subject to approval. Lenox reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified through our efforts to avoid fraud and/or account abuse.
At this time, we are unable to process your order.
Sorry, Lenox Reserves the Right, in its Sole Discretion, To refuse or cancel an order for any reason.”
In addition the charge for my purchase is still pending on my credit card (which accepted the charge) after 8 days, and Lenox is refusing to cancel the charge.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LENOX! They are a disreputable company.
