From the back parking lot, overlooking the Delaware River, I was checking on three nesting pairs of ospreys: one on the Landreth Channel buoy, the second on the Keystone Range light, and the third on the Bristol Range channel buoy. Each nest has chicks this season. This area was where the Merchant Shipbuilding Corporation's Bristol Yard was located, building vessels for World War One until the early 1920s. Remnants of the old yard are still visible.

Bought a ceramic Christmas Tree with plastic bulbs last year. This year, a handful of those bulbs came loose and some were lost. We spent extra for this item as we were under the false assumption Lenox was a very reputable company. When I brought the matter to their attention in hopes of getting some replacement parts, they said they don't do that and referred me to an arts & crafts store. Extremely poor customer service and I'll be sure to warn friends & family.

Order in the summer if you want ornaments by Christmas or you can be sure they will not arrive in time! Customer service is worthless- they just reiterate your “guarantee for Christmas “ and confirm your order. My personalized order from November wasn’t mailed til after Christmas and my regular order came UPS parcel post (the mailing with no delivery status and can sit for days somewhere) and took 2 weeks to even reach me! The ornaments were cute! Too bad I didn’t want them for New Year’s Day!

The Lenox corporation is terrible. i ordered and paid for an ornament and they cashed the check back in September of 2017. for two months i have been calling them as i receive bills telling me i owe them the money. i have mailed them a copy of my cancelled check and still nothing. now i got a bill telling me that they are sending the bill to a collection agency for a bill that has been paid and check cashed by them. i have called numerous times and still cant get any satisfaction. i called today again and still waiting for a call back from them. my next step i am going to contact my attorney as this is harassment now. their error and i have to wast time contacting them. Never again will i order anything from them STAY AWAY.

They do not deserve even one star. They deserve minus 25 stars. Do NOT ever order from these people! I have ordered and purchased Lenox products many times. But will NEVER again. This past fall I ordered a set of ornaments for Christmas. After I placed my online order, I was informed the ornaments were not available - back ordered to be be delivered in Jan. Christmas ornaments (as a gift!) delivered in Jan! I think not. So I called to cancel. I was told I couldn't cancel because they were already set for shipment. What happened to back ordered?? They lied. They were on back order but they just didn't want to cancel the order. After MUCH hassle, I got the ordered canceled and my credit card credited for the purchase. IN MAY (SEVEN MONTHS LATER!!) I received a bill with no explanation of what the charge for. Just that I owed Lenox. I called and after waiting 26 minutes on hold was told I did not owe anything. Sorry. Now I have gotten another bill in June with threats of collection action for the same amount!! I NEVER opened an account with Lenox. Never authorized any purchase like this and am so disgusted it is impossible to describe. I have talked with a person in credit (after waiting on hold for 15 min) and was told they have lots of people getting bills like this who are upset. I asked for a supervisor and was told there was only one and she wasn't available. I demanded a return call. Still waiting after 3 hours. I just talked with customer service. She told me billing has all sorts of issues and problems and they set up bills because they didn't charge the credit cards? WHAT? I am done. Will never, ever order from Lenox or set foot in one of their stores again. Next step is complaint to the FTC and state attorney general. Completely irresponsible as well as immoral.

All orders are subject to approval. You can find a few cute gifts here not too expensive. Large store alot of dish and glass sets. If you put your name on the maling email address you will recieve coupons and additional sale items and days. They do not sent a large amount of email

In a capitalist society, we love our things. The only thing more American than apple pie, is stuff! I had an aunt who worked for Lenox when I was growing up. I don't think she worked there long, but I got a lot of things during that period. It's hella expensive, but I always felt happy to have these prized possessions. I think most of them are lost after years of moving, but I still have a few beautiful snowflake Christmas tree decorations. They always make me smile because they remind me of things that were coveted and cherished in my family when I was young. They feel really special to me and definitely left an imprint on my childhood mind.

Popular brand of porcelain and ceramic wares I've grown my collection on some of my favorite porcelain and glass items but Lenox isn't one of the brands. I've seen these timeless pieces sold in department stores and they also have dedicated stores in some Factory Outlets. This Christmas I received my first Lenox piece, a gift from my co-worker. I feel special since I know these pieces aren't cheap. I did find a prized spot on my mantle for this cute seasonal scene that lights up. Santa stands inside a cone-shaped snow-detailed glass encasement, festively presenting gifts. Last year I purchased a 2022 Baby's 1st Christmas rattle porcelain Christmas ornament to give as a gift. The ornament came with a blue and pink ribbon so the parents can match the color with the child's gender. I purchased this in store at Macy's. It was on sale and I was able to use an additional Star Money. Overall, a $60 original price item came down to $16 total I paid. After reading all the bad reviews due to online orders and delayed shipping I'm glad I purchased this gift in-store. Lenox pieces also come in dinnerware, serveware, decor and gifts for any occasion. Lenox Corporation (Bristol Pa.) is a family favorite despite the cost. My daughter is a sucker for a sale on fancy items. One year she was buying a gift for our friend and purchased items from Lenox for herself. This year I'm looking forward to the holiday items she will bring to the kitchen and dining table during our Xmas celebration. She has so much glassware that I don't know one brand from another. If she purchased something new for 2023 I'll be sure to post a photo. Lenox was founded in 1895 by Dave Lenox. In my opinion he's got a quality product that can be passed down through the generations. Unfortunately we don't have anyone to throw a pass down to! I'm recommending Lenox if you're into this sort of stuff!

I ordered the spice village. It was packaged wrong. I was missing one jar and received a duplicate of another. I reached out right away. I received nothing but a run around. I tried calling and emailing. No one cared. No one helped. It is now nine months later and I still haven't received the correct jar. Worst customer service ever. I would give zero stars if I could. I will never buy from them again.

I recently received a 30-piece flatware set. It is beautiful and I'm pleased with the quality & delivery time. Problem is, one of the place settings is missing a knife, so the 30-piece set is only 29 pieces. I contacted customer service immediately - and received NO REPONSE for a week. I contacted them again today and was informed they are out of stock and unable to make a replacement order for me. I was instructed to 'check back' at the end of the month and at that time they would 'see' if they could process a no-charge replacement. TERRIBLE customer service. I will not be doing business with them again.

I bought some flatware during the holiday sale. Their website didn't say anything that the items I ordered were from "At Home" store. In other words, they didn't disclose the origin of the merchandise on their website, and when I received my order, the items carried the label from "At Home". Very misleading.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews as i had a great experience with Lenox. I wanted to get my friend Sondra S., a christmas gift that was beautiful and unique. I looked at the Lenox website because recently I had gotten some advertisements from them thru the mail... and i found Disney Christmas ornaments. They were beautiful and I could even have one personalized. Since I know she loves Disney, I decided this was the gift. I got her a Minnie Mouse ornament with her name on it, and also an older 2020 Mickey Mouse Ornament just to accompany it. While buying these two ornaments, I bought two for myself. I got a nutcracker ornament since one of my trees is themed from that ballet, and the other was a beautiful snowflake ornament for my ice/snow themed tree. When i got the ornaments, they were absolutely beautiful. I kept mine and then shipped the ones for my friend to her. She absolutely loved her gift! I made a friend happy! Isn't that what Christmas is all about? Spreading love and good cheer?

Before you buy anything from Lenox.com check Amazon. It is usually cheaper Their website is very misleading as they make the regular prices much higher than they are to make it look like you are getting a deal. I ordered a 45-piece Oneida Flatware set that was 25% off. It said the regular price was $600, Sale price was $299.99 and I received 25% off the sale price which was $224.99. This deceitful (Lenox) company sells it for $189.99 on Amazon all day long and twice on Sunday. I called to complain and ask them to match the price and the unfriendly unhelpful customer service rep said that ain't gonna happen. So I am returning their junk at my expense and will no longer buy anything under the Lenox umbrella. Lenox used to mean quality and value. Now it is let's see how much we can rip off the customer for. Deceitful sales tactics although common are so wrong.

I have owned a 24 place setting holiday set for 45 years. I love Lenox dishes and all the serving dishes. I have a new set purchased on their website 2 months ago. I love it. I have no complaints about the products. Unfortunately, their customer service is the worst I have ever seen. For the last 3 weeks, I have repeatedly contacted them through their website to see if I could purchase a replacement lid for my tea pot. No answer. Tell me yes, tell me no. Something! They might as well have a banner on the top of their site that says, "Lenox wants your money but doesn't care about you." Why don't they remove the contact section? Apparently, no one looks at it. I am writing a review to express my dissatisfaction with Lenox for blocking my account due to returns I have made for \ receiving damaged merchandise from improper packaging. I have been a Lenox customer for many years and always purchase new Christmas collectibles each year. However, the warehouse only packages boxes of fragile china using flimsy packing pillows, NOT thick bubble wrap, which does not provide enough protection to prevent damage in transit to the boxes or merchandise inside the shipping box. As a result, the boxes are moving around inside the shipping box instead of staying securely in place which damages the boxes when they hit the ends and sides of the shipping box. I have also received boxes with no packing on top to cushion the contents inside when other boxes are dropped or thrown on top of them. This is an accident waiting to happen, and unless Lenox uses thick bubble wrap instead of flimsy packing pillows, merchandise will continue to get damaged in transit. I have complained to Lenox several times that changes need to be made in the warehouse to improve how they package merchandise to no avail. I have had to return damaged boxes or merchandise for return or replacement, and now they have blocked my account so I can no longer place orders from their company. Receiving damaged merchandise is not my fault, but is solely the result of company error by the warehouse from improper packaging. It is UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL for Lenox to penalize a customer and block his/her account for their mistake. Lenox is also very slow in issuing refunds for returns which has caused me to dispute charges with the bank when I did not receive a credit for returns so I would not be held responsible for paying for the merchandise upon receipt of my statement. They have also credited returns to the wrong credit card as well. I have checked with the Better Business Bureau where they have only a 1 rating from dissatisfied customers who have filed a complaint. 58 complaints were filed in the last 3 years, and 19 were filed within the last 12 months which speaks volumes about negative experiences that other customers have had with Lenox. They have a habit of flagging customers' accounts, and customers do not receive call backs from management to try to resolve their issues. I have been unfairly treated by Lenox and now plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and write a letter to the company president. Their customer service is among the worst in the business and I do not recommend doing business with Lenox unless or until improvements are made by the warehouse in how they package merchandise to avoid damage in transit. I suggest placing orders for Lenox Christmas collectibles with other merchants such as Macys who package the merchandise properly using heavy bubble wrap on all sides of the shipping box to protect the contents.

Order placed 11/26/2022, and was an in-stock order (not personalized). Order is not received as of 12/13/2022. Even if this order was coming from overseas, it would not take this long. I see online that Lenox is advertising a sale and noting "Place your order by tomorrow (12/14/2022) for expected delivery by 12/24/2022." How can Lenox honestly use this line? I (and MANY others) are contacting Lenox to say our orders are not being received in a timely manner. False advertising? Each and every day I check the UPS tracking that was provided during shipping confirmation. Each and every day the day is changed to the next day (ie. on Thursday, it noted Friday; on Friday, it noted Saturday; on Saturday, it noted Sunday; on Sunday, it noted Monday; on Monday, it noted Tuesday; and today (Tuesday), it noted Wednesday. At this point, years into complaints to the company, you continue to use the same shipping method and continue to lie about expected dates. For a company that used to have a stellar reputation, it is a shock that the reputation has sunk to such a low level. This is the second year of extremely poor service. I thought last year might be an anomaly, but it seems this is Lenox 2.0. Sad, very sad.

I wish I had read these reviews! Horrible experience much like others listed here. Ordered an ornament; still not here; got an email with "Lenox Shipment confirmation" in the subject heading two weeks ago, but no product. The email literally read, "Your Order is On its Way!" When I asked for an update, got a snarky email saying, "If you see below, this only shows the donation fee is completed." I have no idea what that means, but I'm pretty sure that someone getting an email entitled "shipment confirmation" would think the product was on its way. And from the looks of the other complaints, it looks like i will get my product sometime in January. I definitely will not order from them again.

The ornaments are great but I suggest you order in the summer if you need it by Christmas! Guaranteed does not mean guaranteed- it not only doesn't arrive they offer you the same 30 percent discount off a future order that is their current promo! Customer Service can only confirm your order. Their routine shipping is UPS parcel post- so 10 days to 3 weeks delivery after a greater than 40 day wait for the product if you are lucky enough that type of shipping doesn't get lost. My guaranteed for Christmas order (Nov order) that was personalized wasn't mailed til after Christmas despite follow up assuring me it was coming. I received it for New Year's Eve- long after my grandchildren left!

The product ceramic coating has failed and is cracking and breaking down. Lenox will not replace with like kind. The is a bait and switch. I called customer service and spoke to a supervisor Claire Coleman who said there is nothing they can do if pattern is discontinued. Whether the item is discontinued or a current item. Their cost is the same. Their customer service and retention is poor to say the best. I will never buy anything made by this company ever again. I suggest you stay away.

I recently placed an order during their Valentine's Day sale for service for 12 of their Butterfly Meadow pattern. I had to contact them when I requested a shipping date. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LENOX. They are a disreputable company!

Totally different experience from some of the reviews I've read. Ordered 16 champagne flutes (they are beautiful) that arrived in about ten days. In spite of what seemed to me to be very good packing one was chipped. I called customer service who responded promptly. They apologized that they couldn't split a package of four, and would have to send out four instead of one! They didn't even ask for a picture of the chip. Highly satisfied, KG Curwen

I was on hold for a long time, and when my call was answered, the service rep was useless. She could not give a date as to when my order would ship, "they were behind" was all she could offer. I was also told I could not cancel the order, it was against their policy. What an awful company, I will never do business again with them.

I ordered what looked like a cute personalizable CHRISTMAS ornament in NOVEMBER when the cut off date for receiving an order before Christmas was December 3. I even called to ask whether this would come before Christmas and was assured that, yes, it would--no problem. It's now December 13th--no shipping notification so I called. Was on hold for more than 30 minutes and was finally told by the rep that they could NOT guarantee that I'd have this by Christmas. She said: "this is our busiest time" She said she had no idea when it would ship. How outrageous! If it's your "busiest time" and your company is so badly run/inefficient that you can't get things to customers by Christmas (when they order well before the "by Christmas" deadline) you tell people that BEFORE they order, not weeks later. I see that their Better Business Bureau rating is not so good--and reviews where talk about how bad they are. Wish I'd looked at these before. Disgraceful deceptive practices and no regard for customers. Lenox does not deserve to be in business in the 21st century.

there isn't a low enough review of this company - I ordered an ornament in November with 2 day shipping and called 4 times between November and Christmas receiving a different story each time- the last time telling me there was no order and she would have to place it again for me to get it. I told her I no longer wanted it. Now in January all of a sudden I am receiving the order. I called again and got another story -that it had been back ordered the whole time - I could have been told this and gotten a different gift - why would I want this now - why would I want to give the bad energy of this to a brand new baby - yuk!! don't order from this company!!!!!!!

I have been ordering Lenox products as gifts for over 20 years. This year I ordered personalized ornaments as gifts on December 6 expecting them to be delivered in time for Christmas. As of today, I have not yet received a shipping date. Last time I will ever order anything from Lenox As far as customer service, they made no attempt to even check to see when the order will be shipped. I guess I will find out on 12/22 when the 12th business day hits. It's such poor customer service. No more Lenox for me or my family and friends.

WARNING-FRAUDULENT AND DECEITFUL COMPANY. We love the product and have used the Tin Can Alley line for years, but do NOT buy directly from the company. This company's website (lenox.com) states that they ship to APO addresses. We placed an order at the end of August and it is now the middle of November and we have not received it. They re-shipped the package by a shipper we told them multiple times will not deliver to APO addresses and then did not re-process the order or refund the amount of the order. They do not respond to emails. Customer service says they can't get the part of the company that ships the packages to ship by a different company despite the advertisement on their website that they can deliver to APO.

I had to call about an invoice I had questions about which NONE of my questions were answered at all and she was ranting about how she lives "pay check to pay check and if I have money questions I should trust her" which why would I trust someone who lives paycheck to paycheck about money anyway... (Note: Lenox acquired Hampton Forge within a short time after my troubled online purchase at the end of 2020; hence, this review reflecting Lenox's conveniently ignoring Hampton Forge's "lifetime guarantee" commitment on its flatware, despite my including Lenox in my emailed correspondence to Hampton Forge.) I purchased the 54-piece Hampton Forge Brooke Flatware Set with Wood Storage Chest on November 6, 2020.  Beautiful set, nice storage box, but...BIG problem with the large forks in the set.  For some reason, the upper portion of the handle at the point where it starts merging with the tines started turning black within 2 weeks of use!  The reverse side of the handle of one fork has developed spots of rust all over it, as well. I have been emailing with Hampton Forge customer service for OVER ONE YEAR!  I supplied them with documentation of the problem, including photos.  Their last communication with me (5 months ago) stated that they were under new ownership (by Lenox) and that they were waiting for the inventory to arrive.  This latest excuse might fly during a pandemic EXCEPT that they have been selling brand new Brooke Flatware sets online which are identical to mine during this entire time without any problems.  So, once they make the sale, their "lifetime guarantee" goes out the window.  Very disappointed that Lenox hasn't stepped in to honor the guarantee, either. BUYER BEWARE!

I purchased crystal glassware from Lenox in 2018. These were expensive glasses but I was happy to pay the price because they were beautiful AND they came with a lifetime Breakage Replacement Program. So, if any of the glasses were chipped Lenox would give you 50% off a new purchase on the same glass. I had a few that were chipped so I reached out to Lenox and was told that the Breakage Replacement Program is no longer in effect for glassware as of June 2020. I said that is fine, but I purchased these glasses while the program was in place, not after, so I should still be covered, right? Of course, they said no (which is why the one-star), I was not covered, sorry. I do not recommend buying products from Lenox or Lenox.com as I believe what they did was underhanded. Imagine paying a premium for a warranty on a new car purchase and a few weeks later the company announces that they are not offering that warranty anymore. Doesn't make sense to me, but I am just the customer.

I was willing to give them a second chance but Lenox further escalated a small issue to simply dishonest practice by removing customer reviews off their website: High end products, low end service buyers be aware I ordered golden infinity necklace but another necklace arrived after very slow shipping (about two weeks. Lenox sent me the wrong necklace. I contacted their customer service, I was asked to ship back with shipping label emailed to me. Unfortunately my husband threw away the original box, I had to find a new box. Further, Lenox used slow shipping method, which means another two weeks wait time. The jewelry was a birthday present, which is too late by the time I receive the replacement. Lenox did not offer expedite shipping nor discount for their mistake. Lenox may sell high end products, their service come across as being very cheap! They lost my loyalty. I will take my money some where else. I am rating Lenox service. I have not seen the product yet.

I used to think more highly of this company, not so much anymore. They claim their fine china is dishwasher safe, but it is not. First they claimed it was the special pattern that I had, so we swapped it out for another pattern. Thank God Bed Bath & Beyond did the swap, because to do it through Lenox I was going to have to pack it all up. Since I had no packing materials and I was exchanging 12 place settings for 12 of another pattern, I asked if they could send the new 12 first (and charge my credit card in full) and then I could use the same packing material to send my 12 back and when they confirmed they got it all, they could credit me back. No was the answer. Anyway, did the exchange through Bed Bath and Beyond, only to discover that the new pattern also washes off in the dishwasher. Grrr, now I haven't decided what to do. Also, all this china began as our wedding china. When I inquired prior to the wedding about a cake topped for us, I learned they didn't have same sex couples. Seems they don't want to upset their traditional base. Okay, could they sell grooms by themselves and we could just put them together on the cake ourselves. While the rep was supportive and said she wished they did, the company wasn't ready to do so yet. So I think I will spend my money elsewhere.

We have been buying Lenox for years. Christmas birds, annual birds, Christmas dish set, and a tree nearly filled with Lenox alone. Placed an order on Nov. 23rd. As of Dec. 22, still not delivered. It was a Christmas present for my wife. New house and a memorial of a deceased pet for 2020. Called customer service. What a joke. Call ended with call back on the 26th for a refund.

In early June a made a purchase on the Lenox website for several items. One of the 5 items arrived broken in pieces. Inside the box was a card for returns/replacements. It said on the card "NO NEED TO CALL JUST SEND THIS CARD WITH YOUR BOX." It also said that if an item arrived broken Lenox would pay for the shipping costs to return it. I took my item to the UPS store, paid $9.24 to ship it and it arrived the next day on June 29th. OVER A MONTH HAS GONE BY and I received no confirmation that my package arrived and did not receive my replacement item. Today, 41 days after my broken item arrived back at Lenox I decided to call to see what in the world was going on and what was taking so long. I spoke to a pleasant customer service person who said yes they did receive but she couldn't find out why my replacement hadn't been sent back out, but that she would ship it to me today. It's a good thing I called FORTY ONE days later to find out or I can imagine I never would have received a replacement for the item I ordered that showed up broken in the first place. I inquired how was I going to be reimbursed for the $9.24 it cost for me to ship it if they didn't even acknowledge that I had sent it back at all. She told me they couldn't reimburse me because I didn't call first to get a label from Lenox. The return card in the box said NO NEED TO CALL!!!!! Beyond frustrated, never shopping online for Lenox again.

In my past life of adult times I bought a "First Christmas Together" Christmas ornament in honor of a special year. Lenox is traditional yet classic home decor and housewares. I rate Lenox Corporation four stars due to lack of designs for "First Christmas Together" ornaments.

I purchased flatware set at Costco and it started to rust. I called customer service and the just e-mailed instructions on how to place in dishwasher!!! They do not stand behind their products, and I believe they are made in china. I will never purchase from them again. So disappointig this used to be a name I trusted, but not anymore.

The customer service is dreadful. Admittedly, I found the exact same product on a different website that was 25% cheaper within a few minutes of placing my order. I requested to canceled the order shortly thereafter. I then received an email over 24 hours later that I wasn't able to cancel the order. When I spoke to customer service, they indicated that they could only honor cancellations within 15 to 20 minutes of placing the order. When I indicated I had done so, the only excuse I received was that the individual who receives the company emails may have been too busy to read my email. Consistent with the numerous other poor reviews of this company, I will buy their products from 3rd party vendors (if needing a replacement) and will avoid them at all costs in the future

Worst costumer service! I placed an order back in June and never received part of my order and the other half of my order came damaged. This was supposed to be a gift for someone and now it may not arrive on time. When calling to ask if they can expedite the replacement, their response was "there's nothing we can do". They are the least bit helpful even though the issues are on their end. Save your time and money, order through a third party vendor or don't order from lenox all together.

Never Received Item Item never received. Website had technical issues and didn't save address information correctly. Although customer service lied several times and gave different information when confirming the address. Customer refused to be accountable and update or cancel order. This was before the order was shipped. Waiting for refund. Will not order from this company again. I rated them on their website and they didn't like it and removed my post. Not a forthcoming company.

Lenox website states that orders are shipped within 24-48 hrs. A full week has went by with no information regarding my order. I decided to contact customer service to find out what was the delay. It was extremely convenient that it now is magically shipping out today and they can't speak to as why there was a delay. I wonder if I hadn't contacted them how much longer I would have had to wait for my order. Bad customer service which is disappointing because I love their ornaments and like to order them for special occasions.

Lousy "customer care." Surprisingly lousy given the reputation and standing of the company. I ordered an ornament yesterday and today called to make a correction to the shipping address. Less than 24 hours. BUT that was not my first effort! I had previously sent 2 emails and a chat message to make the correction IMMEDIATELY after placing the order. Never got a response to anything. Finally found their 1-800 number. #23 in line, so I left a call back number. No call back after 2 hours. So I called again and waited. And waited. Finally got a human who said no; can't make any changes to the shipping address. WHAT? It's a personalized item, won't be shipped for over a week, but they can't make any changes to the shipping address? Really? It's 2020. We have computers. Changes are made. Come on Lenox. Leave Bedrock behind. I won't be doing business with these clowns ever again.

Snowman arrived chipped. I immediately called Lenox I was given RMA # and was told that a shipping label would be mailed to me. It has been over 2 weeks no shipping label. I called Lenox customer service on 3 different occasions and each rep said "it was in the mail". I requested it be emailed and they said it could not!! How behind times is Lenox?? It should NEVER take this much effort to return a broken item. I will no longer shop Lenox

I am disappointed. I ordered cups that said the color was "Chili Red". They looked red on-line, but came to me "orange". Lenox would not pay for the shipping to return them, even though I just wanted to exchange them for other cups that were really red. I had to eat the cost and donate the cups that would not go in my kitchen, because the cost of shipping them back, was more expensive than the cost of the cups. Very poor customer service. Will use Walmart or Amazon next time. I should have read their shipping policy before ordering. Don't get ripped off with Lenox.

I purchased a gift item from Lenox.com to donate to a Charity Auction. The item was on sale. The retail value was given as $425. The price was stated as $129.95 for a savings stated as $295. I submitted the gift item information to the Charity database a month before the Auction. The day before the auction, when the database had been completed for the auction, I packed up the gift to deliver it. When I turned the box over I found a price tag on the bottom that clearly stated a price of $275. I could not donate the item to the Charity Auction as the winning bidder's invoice would show a retail price of $425 but the item would show a price of only $275 making the Charity appear dishonest when it is LENOX who is dishonest about the savings offered on sale items and actual retail prices. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM LENOX AGAIN.

Terrible customer service! I ordered a stork ornament for my son and daughter-in law on 11/12/19, because they are expecting their first baby in March. I received a confirmation email for my order as well. It was to be customized with the baby's name and due date, so I figured it would take a little extra time. I reached out to them on 12/9/19 to find out about my order, since I still had not received a shipping notification. I received a response stating that they had sold out of the item and then I received a cancellation email from them after. I never received anything prior to 12/9/19 about them being out of stock or cancelling my order. I replied with how upset I was as this was a special ornament for a special occasion and that I should have been contacted a lot earlier if they didn't have the item in stock, and that I now didn't have time to order a customized ornament. They replied with how sorry they were that I didn't receive their email cancelling my order on 12/9/19! Hello! That's only because I sent you an email that day inquiring about my order! They are useless! They do nothing to try and keep their customers happy and clearly, they have no clue what they are doing there!

Wrote customer service twice about order and received twice, automated letters saying they will do their best to get the ornaments to my home before Christmas. Never got any delivery information on one ornament the whole time. Finally received my packages and wrapped them for Christmas Day. My daughter and her husband opened the ornament ("Just Married") and it was broken. Today, I received a bill for the same ornament when I received an​ "approval" for the credit card I used to buy it via email. Called customer service who did not offer any apology​ or discount for the trouble I had with these orders. I was told to pay again because "something didn't go through" even though my other ornament was paid through my credit card. I had to reorder, pay again, and was told it was on back order. I will never, ever use this company again! First time and last. I thought Lenox had a good name. No more.

Lenox is not a reputable company in my opinion. They promised a rebate if you purchased a certain amount. We did. We submitted the paperwork. Then we received a rejection letter where the Lenox representative said that we had 7 days from the date of her letter to provide additional proof that we actually paid for the dishes. By the time we got the letter, we had 3 days left to get her the bank statements proving that we paid for the dishes. How lame is that? How lame is Lenox? I never want to purchase Lenox ever again.
