Awesome place! In town visiting our kids and had dinner here. My wife and I are both half Italian and it tasted like we make at home. Great food and amazing service!

Sent back the fettuccine alfredo after the first bite because it tasted like pasta covered in milk. Still got charged $17 for it after asking for it to be taken off because it was not good. Alfredo sauce is made with butter and Parmigiano, not heavy cream. This place was rated highly i expected it would be authentic. The bread and desserts were amazing though. Just got home and saw the leftovers and under all the sauce of my friend's lasagna the entire one side of the lasagna was completely burnt.

First time here. Dine in, If you don't want to wait an hour, order pizza. The calamari was so fresh .The veal was very good. The special, Beef short rib, lacked seasoning. The meat balls, Awesome, yet very little sauce to flavor noodles. Being our first time, pick your time's as they are fast passed and very busy. The service was excellent, as we watched the employees as they worked so well together and took care of every patron. Everyone was so friendly and they know their menu , don't be afraid to ask their advice and or recommendations on items. We could also tell there were several repeat customers. Very large family portions . Oh, how can I forget,the Desert's! Enjoy there or take to go, make sure you have milk at home! Can't wait to try their Pizza. You can't beat the menu pricing.

As much as I wanted to love this place, I didn’t. I ordered take out and the young lady told me 30 minutes. I arrived on time to a crowded restaurant and didn’t have to wait too long. I noticed my order was already waiting, the question is for how long? I ordered the standard pepperoni pizza with basil from the menu and the spaghetti carbonara. When I got home and settled I opened the pizza box to a soggy mess, obviously undercooked. The Carbonara looked as it should but the flavors just didn’t pop for me. More garlic, salt? The pancetta wasn’t crispy either. The side of bread well let’s just say it was a side of bread nothing special. The sauce that accompanied it well I can’t exactly say what it was. Something butter

The MOST DELICIOUS Italian food I've had in my LIFE! And my family is Italian! Their dough is hearty, their sauce has robust flavor and they are generous with the cheese. Their calzones, spaghetti, and lasagna are big portions. The Caesar salad dressing is light and creamy. The complimentary bread and balsamic/olive oil is rustic and flavorful. The retail center it's located in is a bit worn down, but the restaurant inside is well taken care of. Every waiter is professional and provides great service! Can be a bit busy at peak times though.

So, our food was great and the service was excellent. However, this time unfortunately we were seated at the pizza bar. This was educational as far as how unsanitary the pizza area workers are. We watched the gentleman making pizza play with his hair, the garbage can, his phone, and even his nose and then immediately put his bare hands into the toppings as well as kneed the pizza dough. We were going to order pizza until we saw this. During the more than an hour we were there not once did he wash his hands. We pointed it out to the waitress and she said “hopefully the oven is hot enough to kill any germs”. Normally, we would rate them at a 5 but a 2 seems generous today.

Was looking for good and inexpensive pizza and found exactly that! Crust was crispy and flavors were great - not too much sauce or overloaded with toppings. Probably the best pizza I’ve had on the north shore. I grew up in New England where cheap and delicious pizza and bagels are staples and Leonardo’s is on par with those places from home. Highly recommend.
