The 38 Best Restaurants in New Delhi - Eater

"It’s an unusual feat for a restaurant serving international cuisine to be embraced as a neighborhood fixture, but with Leo’s, Delhi has found its favorite pizza restaurant. Leo’s won customers over quickly with its casual atmosphere of wood tables and familiar servers, mixed with a small but reliable menu of Neapolitan-style pizzas. Amol Kumar, the restaurant’s primary pizzaiolo and owner, swears by the classic margherita and pepperoni pies, paired with an afternoon beer. The restaurant focuses on sourcing high-quality ingredients and serving loyal customers, or as Kumar puts it, “getting pizza right.” Leo’s is also one of the only places in the city that is dog friendly, and there’s an expansive wine menu. We have been a regular at The Leo’s for last few years. It’s like our backyard kitchen whenever we feel like “Pizza” in our persona😉 Little did we realise that one day this small tucked aside Pizzeria with 40 odd seating would be proclaimed World’s Top xxx Pizzeria. Sure it’s by certain voting measures, but it’s worth being there each time.😍

Great pizzas. But I wish they weren't soggy. The variety is decent for both vegetarians and non vegetarians. Do not expect a humongous menu since they stick to basics. Service was quick and professional. Ambiance is plain. But you'll enjoy the food.

Went there after seeing the reviews and was not disappointed. We only had the Margherita pizza and it was great. The pizza was light and the tomatoes fresh. They have a lot of cute photos of dogs and some cute streeties outside. Definetly would go back to try the other pizzas. But be prepared to wait at least an hour on weekends. It's not an issue because there is plenty to explore around it, so time will fly by.

It’s conveniently close to my office, and I’d heard a lot about their pizzas — so I finally gave it a go. We ordered the classic Margherita, and wow — it was bursting with flavour. Perfectly thin, slightly smoky, and just the right balance of cheesy and tangy. Their firewood oven definitely adds that magic touch. 🔥 The place itself is a bit on the compact side, and the seating could be better, but it makes up for it with a cozy vibe and great service. If you’re around and craving good pizza without too much fuss — Leo’s is worth the stop. 🙌

Visited with 3 other friends. Loved the pizzas. We ordered 3 different types and all of us enjoyed every single bite. One of the best pizza places in New Delhi for sure! Must visit if you're a true pizza lover.

On Saturday n9ght there was waiting of around half an hour.Tried pizza with sundired tomatoes and olives which was delightfully fresh. Burrata salad just had few cherry tomatoes and leaves besides cheese. Some croutons or Pecans would have made it better. overall a good place.

I was on a trip to Delhi and heard that they are the best pizza so tried one. The place was occupied fully which dragged my attention to wait and have burrata pesto pizza, which was awesome and worth for the wait. I enjoyed the pizza and eager to know if they have a branch in Chennai too.
