An OKC classic since 1974, famous for hickory‑smoked ribs, hot links, and the slice of strawberry‑banana cake that comes with dinner. Featured on Diners, Drive‑Ins and Dives; still serving its old‑school favorites in town.

One of the best BBQ restaurant on NE Side of OKC and frankly one of OKC’s best BBQ restaurants in my opinion. I am so glad they moved back in the NE 36th and Keiley location. Still delicious food. The meats have that great smoke flavor, and fall off the bone tender. Amazing cake and the bbq sauce both hot and mild still have the same great flavor. I have been a loyal customer since Leo’s dad first opened in 1974. Charles the owner is kind and loves to talk! Staff are friendly. Great customer service. My only advice is continue to treat loyal customers right . Don’t forget your roots.

Google
Same great food as always! Right now, they are drive-thru only. The line moves fast, and the food is the perfect temperature. I always get the Leo's Special. This is plenty of food for at least 2 people. Ribs, brisket, sausage, smoked bologna, beans, and potato salad.

Doc Nordic

Google
Friendly and quick service that goes above and beyond. IS NOT located in Homeland foods, it is east on 36th and Kelly. Food is good and plenty. Worth going back!

Google
They now have a drive thru! The food was amazing..hot & fresh! We ordered the Leo's special .. unfortunately they were out of brisket but were happy to substitute with extra chicken & bologna and even threw us an extra slice of cake! We appreciate the service and the wonderful food. We'll definitely be back..

Google
They went from having the best BBQ to the trash can. Also their customer service was always bad, so do not mind the rude sign they posted about," We have the right to refuse service to anyone." They not nice people. Now look at them, CLOSED.

Google
The food is amazing. I got the ribs sandwich and the smell had my stomach growling on the drive home. The meat was fall off the bone and melt in your mouth tender. I got the mild sauce as well and it was amazing. My only disappointment was buying only one slice of cake. It’s so good, even if you feel full get a slice for later!

Google
I love this place. I took my family here three years after visiting it the last time I passed through OKC. All trip we talked about how great the bbq was here. The meat has such deep flavor. The sides are delicious and the ribs are incredible. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. This time I had the pleasure of meeting Leo's son. He was so friendly and truly cares what people have to say about the food served in his restaurant. This place is a must. I would add OKC to every road trip just so I could eat here again.

Google
Amazing little barbecue restaurant. my wife and I enjoyed a late lunch here after a trip to the zoo. This was in fact our first time eating BBQ in Oklahoma. It was wayy better than just OK 🤓 it was amazing! Charles stopped by to say hello and make sure we were well taken care of! I love it! We will be back!

Yelp
I'll be thinking about this place for a very long time. Their baked beans, chef's kiss. The sausage links, wow! The brisket, HOLY MOLEY. If I could have seconds, I'd plow thru it and have thirds. Remember the Hobbits and second breakfast? Yeah, I'd be having that and second lunch. Just line up the brisket and beans. The flavor is out of this world. Walking in, and being greeted by the smokers and cooks added to the experience. My senses were primed from the moment I stepped in. But even then, I STILL wasn't mentally prepared for the mind-blowing flavor that was to come. The mouthwatering brisket was done to perfection, juicy and tender. My taste buds could barely comprehend how blessed they were to taste beautifully done OKC BBQ. The links were full of smokey flavor and paired well with the sauces. Then finally, the slaw cuts thru it all to reset for the next bite. Rinse and repeat. Until finished. And until next time when I have room again. They're famous for what they do, and it's well deserved. 100% a future stop for whenever I come around.

Yelp
Food was good. It's a small, drive up place where you order at the window like a drive thru. The guy was very friendly and took our order. We pulled up to the next window to get our food. Food was tasty.

Yelp
We had moved out of the area 10 years ago and I sent my husband to pick up a slab of ribs. It has been nearly 10years since my husband had picked up bbq from Leo's. Mark parked his car and tried to walk in to place his order. The gentleman inside told him to drive around and to go thru the drive thru to place his order. Mark said the guy was so nice and actually recognized that it must have several years since he had been there because they have been a drive thru only for a long time. He shook Mark's hand and he made Mark feel so comfortable. He fixed Mark up with a slab of ribs and gave him a complimentary slice of their famous strawberry/banana cake. Mark drove off with a big smile on his face. The ribs were to die for... and did not need any sauce added to it. It is ALL ABOUT SERVICE THESE DAYS AND LEO'S delivers with a smile. We are so glad to have moved back into town and to have rediscovered the BEST BBQ restaurant in the state.

Yelp
Leo's is everything legit about a BBQ joint. It's in a funky building on a funky corner. The place is loaded with character as are the folks working it. After inhaling the brisket and ribs I just had to try the strawberry cake. OMG, so good! The prices are more than fare and the parking can be a bit tricky but totally worth the visit.

Yelp
Service, food and ambiance were/are outstanding! Real barbecue, strawberry cake was amazing!

Yelp
Excellent fresh well cooked smoked meats, lunch well presented.. Get ready because the ribs orders will go like hot cakes for the holidays!!

Yelp
Another barbecue restaurant that is Great. Been around forever and the strawberry cake is amazing. I use to live about a 1/2 mile from here so ate or ordered from here quite often.

Yelp
Had ribs, brisket, hot links and bologna. Baked beans, potato salad and cake for my birthday dinner. Everything was top-notch. Delicious! Excellent quality. Loved it!!! Service was great!

Paul P.

Yelp
Good service, good food, ambulance was just great Will definitely go back again ribs and cake was good.

Fred L H.

Yelp
I've eaten at Leo's since the late 1970s; best in OKC. It was always packed at lunch time with the downtown business crowd. And as all of the other commenters have said, the strawberry/banana cake is outstanding! Very light, a great ending to a delicious meal!

John M.

Yelp
Friendly staff. We ordered the brisket with a baked potato and brisket sandwich. The portion was small and not very flavorful and was chopped up into small square pieces. The sauce that came with it was sweet and not impressive. Our sandwich bread was cold and soggy. The baked potato side was ok, but the cheese that came with it was generic. The sweet tea was good though.

Yelp
I contacted the manager Greg and stated my concern about the dry cake. He asked if I still had the cake, if so to bring back for a full refund. When I got to the restaurant he took full responsibility and returned my money. We live in a culture where this is not the norm. People want to go back and forth an create a terrible scenario about your customer experience, if you complain, as if you wanted a problem. I am impressed he took responsibility for his product and didn't put blame on me for their quality of food. Kudos Leos barbecue for your customer service!!!. I understand things happen and I will come back to eat here and give your barbeque and cake another chance!

Yelp
I heard this was the place to go when visiting OKC so I stopped by.... I am from Tulsa and we know a thing or two about bbq This place has a great recipe for greatness!!! It is local, seemed to be family operated, and legendary. A hometown thing that has outlasted many restaurants in the area. It is a black owned business with family roots. As soon as I stepped in, the smell of 'que hit me. It was overwhelming. I was immediately hungry. The place is a small hole in the wall, with minimal seating. We sat at a open table and were greeted rather quickly. It was lunch time on a weekday but seemed rather busy. The waitress explained the different specials and sauces. They also brought me a few sides to test out since it was my first time. The waitress was attentive and kept checking to make sure everything was good. The food wasn't as great as I expected, BUT the cake.......the cake was the star of the show. The cake saved the day!!! and....it was complimentary with every order. I actually saw folks ordering entire cakes. I would have if I wasn't traveling. It was yummy, the one thing I ate the entire thing off my plate. I also asked for extra icing, it makes a difference. I say go, if just for the strawberry banana cake!!! it is worth every penny!!!

Larry C.

Yelp
Love the strawberry and banana cake we had for daughter's birthday. She made a special request, so we took it to her in Texas.

Teresa W.

Yelp
We hadn't been to Leo's for quite awhile. It was as great as we remembered. We got ribs and the brisket sandwiches. They were very tender and juicy. It's drive through only, but the service was excellent. We will be frequenting this place again soon.

Yelp
Leo's. Local. Legendary. BBQ tradition. It's a old building in a tiny lot with weird parking--but you'll figure it out-promise. First time in...? Dine in--you just gotta. It is a tried and true unapologetic dive experience. I'm absolutely in love with the people, first and foremost, and then the food. I can't believe I waited so long to stand in the presence of barbeque greatness. Get the baked beans. Get the baked beans. Get the baked beans. They offer daily specials which are a great value. Ribs, chicken, & smoked bologna are delicious. Fried okra is a one buck upcharge--go for it! The homemade cake is delicious--don't miss it. It comes with most, if not all, dinners. Don't miss the pickled things bar--the cucumbers were uhh-maze-ing. But the pickles seemed a bit underwhelming--quite ordinary. Wish list: I'd love to see some local Oklahoma pickles make it to the pickled things bar. The staff here go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They know what's most delicious that day, so ask them for a recommendation (that's how I wound up with those amazing beans). Rumor on the street is their potato salad is lovely. They had sold out for the day when we arrived--it's on my wish list for next time I'm there. Smoker on site is lit, roastin' & cookin' and waiting to delight your senses with some mighty tasty barbecue. What are you waiting for? March 2019

Yelp
To understand the niche that Leo's fills, let's compare it to what it's not. If Iron Star is so-called "fancy BBQ" with fine dining using a knife and fork that you go to for nice occasions, Leo's is the exact opposite. Billed as a "dive" on Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives(one of its claims to fame), it is your quintessential Southern BBQ place where you show up, get your hands and face dirty with some delicious BBQ. In keeping with the dive theme, it's located in a shady part of town and as a result I've only been to Leo's for lunch during the daytime. The service is gruff in keeping with the overall feel of the place, but has always been appropriate. I always get the ribs when I come. Their menu is a bit confusing and could use some reorganizing - it's set up in a 5x4 table and you kinda pick based on weight. Because of this I still have to think every time I come in as it's not intuitive. The ribs are delicious, tender and fall right off the bone. I always douse them with a generous amount of their house BBQ sauce which is my 2nd favorite thing about Leo's(1st is the cake). I think it may have some cinnamon in it? Total conjecture, but whatever it is I'm all for it. Lastly, a separate paragraph needs to set aside for their dessert. You need to get their "world famous strawberry banana cake". Although there's a price listed for it on the menu, I've always gotten it complimentary with my meal...either that's an unwritten rule or my server's just been nice every time. The cake is similar to a pound cake and comes with slices of strawberry and banana on top. What really makes it phenomenal is the icing. It's got a hard texture(similar to a Krispy Kreme donut) and has a rich sweetness...I just want to call it Southern crack. The combo of the cake, the icing and the fruits makes for an awesome combination and is the perfect ending after wolfing down a bunch of BBQ. Leo's has and will continue to be my go to recommendation for anyone from out of town who asks what the best local place for barbecue is in OKC. It's history of being family owned and operated since 1974 and consistently serving quality BBQ definitely make it an OKC staple.

Yelp
Leo's inside of Homeland on 36th and Lincoln Zero stars! I got a hot link that appeared/taste with no grill to it at all , and dry flavorless brisket. I won't return, especially not for the dry crumbly cake that we all adore so much.

Yelp
Welp, if you're looking for a down home, hole in the wall type of BBQ joint, THIS is the spot! When I say 'hole in the wall, that is meant as a compliment! The ribs, brisket and fried bologna took me back to my childhood days and the way my grandparents used to make BBQ in Arkansas. If you've been following my reviews, you KNOW I will tell you if the food is bad. So let me tell you, this food is GOOD!! I put the BBQ sauce on every single bite, including the beans, ribs, brisket and bologna. Get on down there and try it out for yourself. Tastes so good, makes you wanna rub your feet together!

Yelp
I've lived in OKC for four years, and can't believe I hadn't been to this institution yet! At the time of visit, they were still doing drive-thru take out only and FYI they only take cash. I got a combo plate (light lunch? I think?) The sausage and turkey were great, worth coming back for. Ribs were good but not outstanding. Brisket was my least favorite, by far. Got coleslaw and potato salad as sides, both respectable but not spectacular. Overall, worth going if you haven't been!
google avatar

Yelp
Great ribs! (Try the rib ends. YUM. Trust me.) The best part of town? Far from it. (That said, you're not here shopping for real estate, so suck it up, Buttercup.) Plain Jane, downright utilitarian interior. (Don't go in expecting high falutin' decor. If you expect THAT, you'll be gravely disappointed, moppet.) FAN OF COLLARD GREENS COOKED LONG AND SLOW WITH PORK? Don't miss Leo's greens. (You'll thank me later.) Love the cucumber/onion salad here, as well. The complimentary strawberry cake at the end? Gotta have it.

Yelp
This place is a total dive but boy are their ribs good. I had the special which is basically a sampler and comes with a rib, a slice of brisket, hotlink, smoked bologna, two sides and toast. All that for about $15. I think it comes with a slice of their strawberry banana cake too (or maybe I ordered it extra). The brisket, hotlink, and bologna were all good, and the beans and potato salad were really good too, but the hero of the bunch was definitely the pork rib. Perfectly seasoned and smoked to perfection, I actually wish I ordered a plate of ribs instead of the combo. The rib had great bark, a nice smoke ring, and the meat was tender but still had some resistance to it. It needed no sauce. You can tell they care about their craft here.

Yelp
This place was featured on Triple D; and it is all that! Smells good in the parking, you want to eat here. Beans, Bbq, Kool-Aid, and Cake covers the 4-basic food groups you need to have a great meal.

Yelp
Unexpected location, so unpretentious yet delectable BBQ served inside. Heard how good she is, but this is the first time to check her out. Had a great time and memorable one, indeed. They say it's not only the food, but the company makes it so perfect. Love her so much! Wish to do it all over again and as often as possible! Worth the effort to find her and to get there! Highly recommended & you won't regret it!Otherwise, let me know.

Yelp
Heading to Austin by way of Oklahoma, we were passing thru OKC around lunch time and saw that Leo's was regarded as possibly OKC's best barbecue. Challenge accepted. The place is a total dive (in just the right way for a 'cue joint), right on the corner. We walked in and were invited to sit in one of two dining rooms, this one included the barbecue chopping block. Awesome. Reminded me of my favorite barbecue setting in KC - Gates. Except seedier. We were served and introduced to the menu promptly. We decided to share a sampler platter that included two pork spare ribs, two pieces of chicken, hot links, bologna, fries, baked beans, and strawberry-banana-yellow cake. Ribs were good and smoky, if a bit dry. The bologna was a unique twist to the plate, and was smoky and tasty. The links had great flavor, too, but it was the chicken that stole the show! Yes, the chicken. Moist, flavorful, well-seasoned on the skin and smoky on the flesh, and tender to the last bite. The beans were plain, and were made MUCH better by tossing in a fair amount of the sweet, delicious barbecue sauce. Fries were fine and cake was cure-the-post-barbecue-sweet-tooth perfect. Overall rating = 3.5 Food = 4/5 Facility = 2/5 Service = 3/5 Ambiance = 5/5 Value = 3/5

Yelp
2nd trip to Leo's. The ribs and sauces are still terrific, but I guess I'm a little tired of the uneven floor, which leads to tippy tables and a more athletic Dining experience as I was constantly on the watch and catching tipping bottles and glasses. Next time maybe for takeout. There was a brisk takeout business, and I think that may be the best way to go.

Yelp
Big shout out to Leo's for making us a delicious lunch! Walking in it is very low key, but you're warmly greeted and seated...lots of options...check out the lunch specials...then get ready for some AMAZING bbq. This little spot was featured on Guy's Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives, and I know why...because the food is awesome! The owner even came out and took a pic with us in front of Guy's pic on the wall. He was friendly and humble...and the woman who served us was very sweet and helpful as well. They have a cool pickle, condiment bar with some tasty extras to help yourself to, and you can just taste all the love in his comfort food! Make sure you check them out when you're in the area!

Yelp
I had been wanting to try this place for the past 15 years and I finally made it in! It definitely did not disappoint. The restaurant itself isn't much to look at. The staff is very friendly and the food was excellent. The ribs fell off the bone and the brisket was very tender. The bbq sauce is unique, but good. My okra was crispy all throughout ( a very good thing) and the strawberry banana cake was everything I thought it would be. Such an awesome meal and I can't wait to bring the entire family back. My kids are going to love it.

Yelp
Ok, went to Homeland very excited that LEO's was back in production. After ordering and waiting 35 Min in produce area to get my 1lb of ribs / 2 hotlinks/ 2 cakes we sat in the cafe seating area and ate only to get my 2nd disappointment. This is not the LEO's that I know, no bark on ribs / ribs were luk warm at best/ sauce was ice cold / hotlinks were with no char/ cake was ok but was like the day old verson at the restaurant. S000000000000000 disapointed. Please go back to the old Brick pit and make real BBQ and not Rib Crib BBQ. Probly will not be back I hate to say. Might also mention that we saw some persons getting order and walking right past the cash register out the door. The whole system needs some tweeking. Drink stand does not give refills on ice tea, are you kidding me!!! Hope to see you back on Kelly and 36th.

Yelp
I am a creature of habit. I go to a new city hit all the worth while TV food Finds them yelp up the local heavy hitters. Well I got 2 birds with on stone. Leo's is really Dive-y! The broken window and ratty exterior holds an OKC must visit smoke house. With a simple menu the choice is simple... Get everything! It is excellent. I like the ribs but everything was smoked to perfection. I was in near the end of the night ordered a 2 meat dinner and and while eating the lot master brought me some tender delicious smoked turkey. 2 sauce choices mild and hot they also offer a mixed but you can mix your own at your table. It's a real BBQ joint inside very authentic to the genre, picnic tables vinyl tablecloths. Exposed beam ceilings R&B tunes. Perfect! Good food fantastic friendly service this place is a winner!

Yelp
The reviews for this place are legit. I only spent a day in Oklahoma City, but my experience eating at this place left me with the greatest impression of that city. Consider your food establishment an ambassador to everything that is great about the people of OKC, Mr. Charles (owner, son of Leo). For starters, make sure when you stop in that you get the sampler plate for $11. It has their famous brisket, a beef rib, grilled bologna, and sausage link, with two sides and brown bread. Can I also stress, their banana strawberry cake that they are famous for -- is a must try. It's really good. Nothing earth-shattering, just very homely tasting and decadent. It will give you facegasm. To top it off, service was super friendly. Our server was a really warm guy, explained stuff to us, cracked a couple jokes, and prepared our dishes himself and brought them out right quick. The girl at the counter was nice too, also gave me directions for stuff to check out after our meal. Must-eat if you're passing through. No doubt.

Yelp
I had a hankering for BBQ today and someone had mentioned the strawberry banana cake from Leo's. All my years in OKC I've never stepped foot in there and I decided today is the day. My life has changed.... I ordered the Leo's special which comes with 2 ribs (I wasn't mad that my plate had 3), 2 hot links, bologna, chopped beef, potato salad and baked beans. The ribs were amazing, the meat fell off the bone and the links weren't to spicy. It was all good..... Then the cake came which was part of the meal. Warm and delicious. I would of got a slice to go but it wouldn't of lasted an hour. I don't have that kind of self control.
google avatar

Holley M.

Yelp
OKC has lots of bbq places now. This is one of the originals. It is no frills and I love that. Today I got the brisket dinner. It came with a small baked potato and the best strawberry banana cake you will ever eat. Service was swift and she brought a damp washcloth to wipe my hands.
google avatar

Yelp
Okay, come on, it's Leo's; what else needs to be said. An Oklahoma City icon in BBQ. The smell alone will draw you in and make you start salivating. The beans with the meat I'm there and that amazing hot BBQ sauce. You put that plate on top of your head and your tongue will beat your brains out to get to it. Even being drive thru only right now, it is still worth the trip, I have NEVER had a bad meal here and finishing up with some strawberry banana cake, hang on, I need a nap just thinking about this. Ribs, brisket, turkey, hot links, it is all amazing!
google avatar

Nisa A.

Yelp
This is my kind of spot, so glad we found it. The brisket was tender and juicy and the potato salad was soo good I thought my Grandmother had come down from heaven to help out. What a gem. Thank you Leo's for giving me a taste of authentic BBQ!

Yelp
Some of the best BBQ I had in a long time. Definitely will be back. If your in the area. I recommend this place.

Precious R.

Yelp
I didn't even get a chance to post a plate of my food but the ribs are amazing and so are the beans. The strawberry banana cake was a recommendation and man let me tell y'all. It is nothing short of spectacular!
google avatar

B.J. S.

Yelp
This place fit the bill for sure. I got the recommendation from Diners Drive Ins and Dives. I pulled into the parking lot and almost left because of the look of the outside. I am glad I stayed since the barbecue was out of this world and the employees truly appreciate the patronage. I had the big combo plate and couldn't finish it. All was superb down to the potato salad and smoked bologna. I will be back.

Yelp
When we are in Oklahoma City this is the bbq place you gotta stop and try. The ribs dinner was delicious as was the pulled pork sandwich. Love the bbq sauce it's got a great kick to it. This place was on diners drive in and dives a few times. I can see why. Not a fancy place just the place for the best bbq I've had in a long time. Great service and after dinner they give you a slice of the strawberry cake oh my gosh DELICIOUS. They also sell the whole cake well let it be known next time it's coming home with me. It's great food and great service.
google avatar

Yelp
Delicious food. It's a hole in the wall joint where many people stop by for take out. The beans and ribs are out of this world! Must stop by if you are in town! You walk in and the BBQ smell will keep you there. Price is very reasonable. I'm ready to go back!

Yelp
I just had a stroll down "memory lane" after talking with a friend in Oklahoma City and talking about Leo's. I last visited Leo's BBQ in about 1992. The place looked (and still does look) a bit like a "Dive" from the outside, but the food was WONDERFUL. A local recommended it those 29 years ago. I too remember the rich smoky aroma when I entered the establishment. I also remember sitting between guy in a 3 piece suite and a mechanic in coveralls with a monkey on his back (variety of people from all walks of life and all of us gnoshing on the delicious BBQ!) I hope Leo's is still thriving and serving great food the next time I visit Oklahoma city. It is the Gold Standard by which I judge barbeque. BTW: Reading other positive reviews and most seem right on the mark (e.g., "Not the best part of town - but who cares?"

Yelp
Remember watching this episode on triple D a long time ago. Memories came right back after walking into restaurant! Leo's special platter was perfect amount for the 2 of us! Sampled all the meats with 2 sides. Food was a major value and so amazing! Must stop if you are in the area. We stopped in around 5pm and surprisingly had the whole place to ourselves. Cannot wait to come back again soon.

Yelp
This is and has always been one of the best barbecue places you could hope to go to. It is very casual and you will smell like barbecue make sure that you get a piece of the banana strawberry cake.

Yelp
We tried to place an online order at 3 pm. And could not reach Leo's by phone. We were so disappointed to see the joint closed when we rolled up at 4 pm. I don't think they were ever open today, the 26th. Their webpage announced no closure for the holiday weekend.

Yelp
Oh goodness!! Where do I begin???? HOR-I-BLE, with a capital HOR-I-BLE!!! My family recently moved here from Los Angeles and we've searched high and low for a good barbeque place...and just good food in general. From the photos and reviews, Leo's seemed like it was a place worth trying and the only thing that stuck out or caused any initial concern from the reviews was price...but like I said..we're from Los Angeles and used to paying higher prices...for QUALITY and QUANTITY. That being said... We ordered 2 rib dinners w/ beans and BAKED POTATOES, plus 2 slices of this so-called "famous strawberry cake"...to our disappointment, the ribs were tough, over cooked, extra small and consisted of mostly gristle, instead of the actual rib (so extra small spare rib like), they gave us potato salad instead of baked potatoes ( it was nasty and bland..w/too much mustard), the sauce was AWFUL (watered down and unbalanced, we used the Sweet Baby Ray's that was in our cabinet instead), beans nasty and lacking in flavor, the "famous strawberry cake" was nothing but a classic pound cake that they diced up one strawberry for garnish ( so just call it pound cake. Thank you.)...even the damn bread was horrible, stale and smelly (how do you get bread wrong??) Save your money and time patronizing this place. They had a sign up that said if you arent satisfied please return unused portion for a full refund, but I drove 25 minutes for this food and we were starving. (They're closed tomorrow and Im not saving this nasty food for 2 days just to get a refund) Thank God for YELP, I feel a little redemption...but Im still hungry and my stomach hurts. Leo's y'all need to call Gordon Ramsey's reality show " To Hell and Back"...they help failing restaurants reorganize before they go completely out of business.

Yelp
Omg the ribs. The ribs. The ribs The freaking ribs. All of the ribs. They are magic. Total dive location but worth the venture. Highly recommend you put this on your must stop list

Yelp
Homestyle joint! Bbq and of course cake that are worth getting made fun of for not being a local. But really its like coming over to family dinner, if they knew how to prepare meats like a badass. We really enjoyed the brisket and ribs, and the help yourself salad with fresh tomatoes/cucumbers provides nice relief to my sensitive Californian disposition. Okc makes a much better bbq stop along i40 than Amarillo.

Yelp
If you're looking for the best bbq in Oklahoma, look no further. Their prices are high, they run out of the good stuff quick, and their parking sucks... but once you've had it, you won't mind getting there before the rush and paying them what they're worth. As with many people, I've been coming here since I was a kid. The only time I've been disappointed is when I got there late afternoon. If you aren't early you may end up with some of the less than great cuts, but make sure you get there early and you won't have any problems!
