This is one of the worst experiences I have had with a company. I tried placing an order, but got no confirmation email and the order didn't appear in my account. Three days later, I tried re-placing the order and had the same thing happen. The next morning, I got an email from FedEx that both orders had shipped. I immediately contacted L'Epicerie to try to cancel one of the orders, but they refused. When the orders arrived, I discovered that half of the ordered items were missing, but they still charged me for them. Their customer service was rude and unhelpful throughout this experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding doing business with them.
