Les Airelles

We visited Les Airelles for the dessert buffet and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with exceptional kindness and grace by the staff. Charles, in particular, stood out for his attentiveness and warmth. He was incredibly helpful, took the time to guide us through the dessert selection, and made thoughtful recommendations that helped us choose the very best desserts. His attention to detail and genuine care really elevated the experience. I would 100% recommend for anybody visiting Courchevel!

Having read a number of reviews focussing on poor service and rude staff, I wanted to share our experience this evening. My son and I were walk-ins this evening for a drink in the bar. We were welcomed warmly by the doormen who took our coats. We were greeted by the manager and interacted with many other staff members - all of whom were friendly, charming, attentive and professional. We ended up staying for three drinks and thoroughly enjoyed our evening because of the wonderful setting, atmosphere and service. Will certainly be back.

What a lovely place — so chic and elegant, like something out of a fairytale. The hotel is stunning, and the food is absolutely delicious. Simply special.

2 times in phone they tell us ur welcome to come to the lobby for coffee and deserts as its walk in only, and once we reach they say no ur not welcomed u need to make reservations or u should be living in hotel. While in phone the told us its fine u can come. Very rude stuff and un professional. When we asked for the manager the guy Hugo told us he’s not available to meet you. Was planning to come for next time to stay in this hotel. But now never coming again neither me or my friends. UNPROFESSIONAL

Unacceptable service and appalling attitude. Our entire day was ruined due to sheer incompetence. We were instructed to be ready for an activity at 12:30, yet we were left waiting for over 40 minutes with no explanation. The delay was caused by a mistake made by the staff member in charge, which ultimately resulted in the activity being cancelled altogether—our day wasted for absolutely nothing. What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the person responsible. Instead of offering a basic apology or attempting to resolve the issue, he reacted with arrogance, smirked, and showed complete indifference. Not once did he take responsibility or try to make things right. We had clearly informed him that we would step away briefly for a coffee and return at the agreed time, yet this was either ignored or mishandled entirely. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is shocking for a hotel that claims to offer quality service. The experience reflects very poorly on management and raises serious concerns about how guests are treated when something goes wrong.

They were very unpolite and rude, which made me feel unwelcome. In particular, the receptionist named Hugo was especially dismissive and unhelpful. It’s unfortunate because first impressions matter, and this one left a negative mark on my overall experience.

Sat here for 40 mins before they hand me the menu and never came to take my order. I had to walk to to make them to take my order. Cappuccino is from coffee machine.

Les Airelles is an absolute dream come true! ✨ From the moment you step into this magnificent hotel, it’s clear you’ve entered a world of pure elegance and charm. The atmosphere is chic yet welcoming, with every detail thoughtfully designed to offer the utmost luxury and comfort. I’m completely in love with this place – it’s magic in every sense of the word! The service, the ambiance, the rooms – everything feels like a fairy tale. But let’s talk about that lunch buffet… OH. MY. GOODNESS. It’s out of this world! Every dish is a masterpiece, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The variety is incredible, and every bite is a little slice of heaven. Les Airelles, you've completely won my heart! I can't wait to return!
