I was very disappointed with this Michelin-recommended restaurant. I ordered their set menu and chose the grilled octopus. When I got to the second half of the octopus, it was extremely bitter. I asked them to replace the dish, but the restaurant said it was not possible. Then I asked for a discount, but despite the poor quality of the dish, the restaurant offered no compensation at all. On top of that, the waiter was very disrespectful to me and even suggested I was trying to deceive the restaurant. However, as the pictures clearly show, the first half and the second half of the octopus were cooked very differently, with the latter part obviously burnt. They refused to acknowledge this, and they neither apologized nor offered any compensation.
This restaurant forces customers to bear the full cost of their own mistakes in food quality. They refuse to take any responsibility or make any changes, no matter how unacceptable the dish is. Such behavior is completely unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for their guests.
