As a trained and studied vegan chef myself i can nothing but recommend this place. Prices are reasonable, wine choice is excellent, the staff working there has a great vibe, which shows that working conditions are fine there aka food is cooked with fun and love. As menu is changing per week (yay: regional & seasonal food = sustainable consumption) obviously the menu always tastes different and taste is also very subjective. But from the professional point of view it is solid chef´s work, working on balancing different flavours (umami, sweet, sour, bitter etc.) and consistencies, different cuts and methods to prepare the food, always topping with greens, seeds and sauces. It was a delightful 3-course-dinner with wonderful wines. Thank you!
