I took a quick lunch break in this rather sophisticated eatery located in what looks like a private home from the early 1990-ies. Decoration is typically Pfister-Swiss. You are cordially received and service is kind and efficient. Since the restaurant boasts being a fish eatery I selected pike-pearch that was caught in the nearby Lake Murten. It was wild, perfectly cooked, well seasoned and accompanied by a really good white Viognier from a winery in Payerne (surprise, suprise). The two things that I missed were vegetarian options and eating fish with fish cutlery. Highly recommended!
