It is very difficult to know what to say other than this restaurant has provided one of the best meals we’ve ever had . The quality of the wines and food, as well as the service, were all fantastic. I cannot think of anything that could be have been changed to improve our experience. My only complaint is that they aren’t open again before we leave Nantes, so are unable to return on this visit. Thank you for a truly memorable meal. We will certainly be back.

What a beautiful experience in Nantes - fantastic food, relaxed atmosphere and great wine and recommendations! Dessert absolute highlight for me but the beef man was exquisite as well. Great setting as well with all the wine and watching the staff pour the drinks at the bar.

ここで食事をするためだけに、毎年ナントを訪れようと決意するほど、満足しました。 選りすぐりのワインリストの分厚さに驚きました！食事に関しては、新鮮な食材を最高に美味しく調理して出してくれます。素敵なマダムとムッシューが、選んだ料理とこちらの予算に合わせて、ぴったりなワインを提案してくれます。リラックスして食事とワインを心ゆくまで楽しめる貴重なレストランです。 夜のコースで魚を選びましたが、日本人の私の胃袋にちょうど良い量でした。本当に美味しかった！大切な人を連れて、必ずまた来ます。

Très belle ambiance avec une sélection de vins attrayante qui se laisse admirer. La cuisine offre une qualité tout à fait bonne et honnête. Les cannellonis étaient bien préparés, simples mais beaux et très savoureux. Il est particulièrement appréciable que l’assiette ait été servie agréablement chaude. Cependant, il y a quelques points qui pourraient être améliorés. Le service, en particulier le chef en personne, parlait, selon moi, trop et ne prêtait pas suffisamment attention aux clients – ainsi, le plat principal est même arrivé avant l’entrée. En ce qui concerne le vin, je recommanderais de servir moins le vin corse avec le repas, car il ne s’accordait pas bien avec mon plat ; un rosé aurait été un meilleur choix ici. Mon entrée, les anchois, était un peu trop salée à mon goût, et la crème en dessous manquait de saveur. Dans l’ensemble, je pense que le chef pourrait être plus audacieux dans ses créations. Le café en fin de repas était, quant à lui, court et bon.
