I found Les Délices Lafrenaie online and occasionally go for their Explosion Choc Pralineo. It’s such a nice surprise—total gourmandise!! Right after delivery on day one, the cream was a bit frozen, so it tasted more like ice cream cake. But after a day in the fridge, it softened up and turned super smooth, just like a regular cake should be. We savored it over a couple of days, and it turned every little snack time into a happy hour. I’ll definitely order it again next time when I need a great cake.

Absolutely amazing service! I needed a cake last minute for an event the same day, and they truly saved me from having no cake at all. Not only were they able to accommodate me on such short notice, but the price was amazing and the service was outstanding. Everything was stress-free, professional, and done with so much care. I’m beyond grateful — I will only be going to them from now on for any event I have. Highly recommend!

Amazing discovery. This bakery is top tier. Great selection of cakes, pastries, Italian products and so much more. The cakes are DELICIOUS! Moist, flavourful, not too sweet, well balanced. The Biscoff is so tasty. Prices are very fair, will now go back for every celebration. Note that they only take cash or debit.

I had a very pleasant experience with Les délices Lafrenaie Saint-Léonard. I requested a custom cake for the engagement party of my friend and, even though I’ve enjoyed this bakery for a long time now, I was a little stressed about the outcome of that specific custome cake. However, I could not have been more happy with the result - they delivered a cake that was exactly like the picture shown! Not only was it beautiful, it was also delicious and such a hit at the party! They took the time to answer all my questions and delivered a final product that was above and beyond! Thank you to the team and a special thank you also to Victoria who was very patient and professional !

They have super delicious cakes over there. I love them a lot. My favorite cakes over there are the Chocolate, Chocolate Fudge, and Death By Chocolate cakes. Plus, they allow you to order customized cakes, where you can talk to one of their cake makers and specify to them what would you like to see on your cake. I once bought this custom-made green Philadelphia Eagles cake from them back in January ahead of my Philadelphia Eagles being in the playoffs, and it came out really good. On top of it tasting really good too, obviously!

high key my favourite bakery 🤤best place to get your cake for a celebration. grab the raspberry mousse cake and the black forest they also offer a few parkings ** make sure you have cash on you or debit i believe because they don’t accept credit card. they have an ATM machine cakes in order: black forest, berries crepe?, strawberry mousse cake, vanilla cake and pistachio cheesecake :)

Overrated. Every single cake and pastry I've had from there was a disappointment. I know every one loves this place but it's always a letdown. There is nothing particularly tasty and high quality. The creams and fillings always leave a greasy feeling in my mouth. The crepe cake was basically just a stack of pancakes with what felt like whipped cream between. Pretty bland. I like Del Sole much more.

I ordered a cake from Patisserie Lafrenaie and was not disappointed. I dealt with Antonella and found her to be helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. When the cake was delivered to the restaurant where we hosted a party, I got exactly what I anticipated. The cake itself tasted delicious, the service was superb. I highly recommend using Patisserie Lafrenaie for any party cakes you require or if you simply want to indulge in their variety of pastries and pre-made cakes to choose from.

The best cake in town. The taste, the texture, the portion, everything is amazing there. Not only that, the staff are very friendly. I have referred many people there and will continue to do so. Price is reasonable too.

Very disappointing..they are not living up to their reputation. Now they are skimping on quality and it will hurt their business in the long run. The cake (Pictured) did not look finished. When I mentioned my disappointment, the lady insisted. "It's the way we do it." Ordered a Buche de Noel and it looked like a low-quality product. They have lost me as a customer and cannot recommend them anymore.

Stepping in, you're blown away by the selection of cakes.. From cheesecake to crepe cakes to Italian cakes. They have a giant selection and they're all delicious. My personal favourite is the crepe cake with vanilla cream... Wow. They also have fresh bread and pizza and cookies!! What's not to love. The price is also reasonable and the service is exquisite. The perks of this place is there free coffee machine and cookie samples.. Need I say more??? Check this place out. Believe the hype.

They have variety of awesome cakes and pastries. If you are a red velvet lover you shouldn't miss it here.

Just wanted to share something with everyone about this pastry shop. I have tried many cakes from this establishment and more often than not I have found them to be good. But what disappoints me is their pastries. Just last week I tried their St Joseph zeppole and I was very disappointed! They had a over whelming taste of deep fried oil and the ricotta filling had absolutely NO flavour. For the price they charge for one dozen it's totally unacceptable, because we are so lucky in this city with choice and variety for Italian pastries I believe there are better choices than Lafrenaie.
