"The De Brouwer family has been the driving force behind Les Eleveurs since 1897. Today, Amanda is responsible for the lovely guestrooms, and her brother Andy provides astute wine recommendations in the restaurant. He has some real gems up his sleeve – including their very own Eleveurke beer – that complement chef Borsy's rich dishes beautifully. A champion of time-honoured techniques (table-side carving is still alive and well here!), he adds his own twist and showcases Pajottenland specialties. The wide-ranging menu features chicory au gratin and salt-crusted sea bass, as well as tuna sashimi. A firm favourite!" - Michelin Inspector

Didn’t stay at the hotel but patroned its restaurant for dinner. The decor is minimal but very cosy & inviting. We had the chef’s choice. The food was good and the service was great. Tables are limited, so reservations are highly recommended so you won’t be disappointed. Parking is also very limited so you may have to park along the roadside and walk to the hotel/restaurant.

A great hotel conveniently located near the train station. Sometimes a bit confusing as it is located in old renovated buildings. What's the absolute best though is the food. A refined restaurant for dinners and amazing breakfast options.

This dining venue is just outside the city centre with private parking in front of the restaurant. The food was very good and combined some traditional dishes with some of out of the box twists. Excellent and affordable wine selection from non traditional wine houses, regions and grapes. Staff was very professional and helpful. There a bit of a macho vibe with lots of personality and show going on, you love it or you hate it, but it’s clearly part of the restaurant’s character. We had a great evening.

My last visit was years ago when Sophie Dumont was chef and I remember that we were rather disappointed. This time I went for lunch with a friend on Wednesday. There were only 4 other guests. Service was very friendly, the 3 course menu very good. With a glass of bubbles, a bottle of bordeaux and coffee the bill was 148 €. It was worth the money.

Dinner at Les Eleveurs. Fantastic experience. Cuisine deeply rooted in tradition, which shows in the 'découpes en salle', with a modern flair and respect for the products. Excellent and charming service, very good wine and beer list. Don't skip the MeuZenne as apéro, their own lambic and wine blend, it's delicious!
