Les Hortensias du Lac

We came here for dinner with our children and ordered the set menu. Everything was very tasty, and the staff were attentive — even when our friends unexpectedly joined us mid-dinner. The duck ravioli from the menu was especially delicious.

We had a wonderful dinner in a unique location nestled in nature with a magnificent view on the lake ! The menu Baines is always a delight and the service under Laetitia is always impeccable, we'll be back soon !

Beautiful hotel, maintained to a fabulous standard with particular praise for the pool area, breakfast deck and views from the rooms/hotel. We found this hotel a real oasis of relaxation and the staff were all so helpful they could not do enough for us. The spa was an unexpected treat too, and wish I had had more time to enjoy it!

It is a very nice place on the lake , if you want to be near the ocean but not right there. you can walk around the lake in about one hour and enjoy an amazing view from the room. The personal is very frendly, attentive and professional . i would definitely reccomend this place to everyone coming to stay in Hossegor>

We had a fabulous gastronomic dinner at the restaurant.The food was exquisite, refined, delicate and delicious and the service fabulous.The setting is dreamy on the edge of the lake and the hotel gorgeous.I highly recommend.

Amazing place to be! The staff is very friendly. They take good care of everyone. The beds are very good! Breakfast is just wat you need and very tasty. It's a A lactation spot!!!!

What a wonderful place! Sleek, stylish, with excellent facilities. Settle down with a drink on the balcony looking out at the lake, or stretch out by the pool with panoramic views for total relaxation. Lots of cosy nooks and glossy books to discover, great breakfast buffet at The Beach House (again, with THAT view), good spa treatments and a superb hotel team who looked after us so well. Every member of staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful, but a special thanks to Marion, who really went the extra mile (quite literally -- she even gave us a lift to and from a local restaurant!). The fine dining restaurant on-site was a gastronomic delight, again, with excellent service and a view which was even more spectacular when a rainbow arced across the water.|One tip -- do take a car. We didn't, but we were able to explore on foot, walking into lively Hossegor and even further afield into CapBreton.|This was our second experience of a hotel in the Fontenille chain, having visited 70 Hectares Et L'Ocean before this stop. We were hugely impressed and look forward to visiting other properties in the group.|All in all -- magnifique!
