Les Jardins de la Médina (Marrakech, Morocco) Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"Originally a 19th-century palace in the Kasbah district, Les Jardins de la Médina has evolved from a private residence into one of Marrakech’s most tranquil boutique stays. Its rooms and suites open onto lush gardens planted with ancient palms and citrus trees, where hammocks and hidden corners invite long afternoons. The architecture remains traditional with adobe walls, shaded patios, carved woodwork, but the mood is relaxed and unpretentious. Some rooms come with solariums or fireplaces, others with garden views. Just beyond the door: the Saadian Tombs, the souks, and the pulse of the medina." - Tablet Hotels

Les Jardins de la Medina | Best places to stay in Marrakech

"This lovely riad set in lush gardens in the southern part of the Medina is a tasteful mix of Moroccan style and modern comfort. The bright, light-filled rooms are spacious and stylish with all mod cons, including satellite TV and Wi-Fi. Gusts can relax around a lovely pool and in the superb spa (including a hammam). The excellent cuisine here is Moroccan and international, with French and Moroccan wines. It’s convenient for several top sights, but a fair stroll to the main square and souks. " - Mandy Sinclair

It was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Truly an oasis in the middle of the Medina. The natural surroundings are the highlight – beautiful, refreshing gardens everywhere. The staff is attentive, kind, and impeccable. The beds, sheets, and pillows were perfect. The spa is amazing!! The pool is stunning! I 100% recommend this place for your stay. :)

An amazing boutique hotel in a great location! The rooms were very comfortable, the pool was fantastic, and the staff were friendly. However, the service in the restaurant and bar left a lot to be desired — food took a long time to arrive, and requests to the waitstaff often went unanswered, even after asking multiple times. Despite the slow service, the overall experience was wonderful, and the food itself was absolutely delicious!

Lovely 4 star hotel. Very peacefully located just inside the medina walls. 25 mins walk to the main square in Marrakech. Staff friendly. Food good quality. We had a private terraced room on the 2nd floor. Nice sized pool (could get busy if hotel fully occupied - but no problem for us).

What a find. This hotel is such a well run calm environment. The staff are so helpful and polite, food and service excellent. Rooms spacious and comfortable. The pool area is well equipped with sun beds although did get busy mid to late afternoon but plenty of alternative areas to sit. Had a very relaxing massage in the spa. Possible to walk into central Marrakesh. We felt very safe.

This is a beautiful riad - and one we would definitely recommend. It's so peaceful - waking up to the sound of birds, surrounded by greenery. We stayed at the start and end of a two week trip - and were able to enjoy the pool area and the restaurant. In addition - make sure you enjoy a sundowner on the roof terrace, it's a lovely place. Our rooms were perfect - we opted for garden rooms and were not disappointed. Comfortable beds and very spacious. Most importantly - the staff at this riad are so friendly and helpful.

This hotel was the perfect location for a week’s trip to Marrakesh. It is in the medina and is in walking distance to most attractions. If you don’t like to walk then a taxi is very cheap at around £5 per trip.|The staff at this hotel are truly there to give you a wonderful experience and nothing is too much trouble for them. The hotel is spotless with super comfortable beds and rooms have air conditioning. Turn down service is available each night where they come and spray your pillows with essential oil of your choice. On arrival you are greeted with a welcome drink and some cookies/ cakes and nuts.|The rooms are all different and unique and this adds to the charm of the hotel. |The pool area is beautiful and towels available. If u had to be critical I would say the pool area loungers could be padded which would make them more comfortable but they are fine. There is an outdoor lounge area on the roof and it is beautiful but not used to its full potential- this should have a bar with drinks and coffee/tea available and more people would use it.|The food including breakfast was delicious and very reasonable. |I would most definitely stay in this hotel if revisiting Marrakesh. Well done to all staff absolutely excellent service.

We went here for our wedding anniversary trip, our sultan room was beautiful and the surroundings and staff were amazing. The only thing which could have been approved was us having to ask them to make our room and the pillow smell you are shown when you arrived was not used. When we bought it to the staff attention it was soon rectified. Also I advised the hotel it was our anniversary in advance, but this was the day our room was not cleaned, we were a bit disappointed by this. However we would return as the location is fantastic and the hotel and staff were lovely. I also really liked the bag for the swimming pool.

Beautiful small hotel/riad within Marrakesh medina. Good sized rooms that are spotlessly kept and the air conditioning works perfectly- much needed. Pool area fantastic and most relaxing. Exceptional pool/restaurant/reception staff, very attentive without being in your face. Food pricey for Marrakesh but the one evening we eat there the standard was high. Would recommend to friends and will go again
