Les Jardins de la Medina

The most amazing stay - one of the best places I’ve ever stayed!! Before arriving we asked the riad if they could arrange a taxi to meet us at the airport which they happily arranged. As soon as we got out the airport our driver was there to meet us. Once we reached the riad we were greeted with welcome drinks and snacks, and asked to choose a scent for them to spray on our pillows every night - the small touches make the biggest difference! The room itself was spacious, clean, the quality of the bedding was amazing - just overall gorgeous! The riads grounds were lovely and clean - very tranquil pool and bar area, very relaxing! We also ate in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner and the food was stunning. All the staff were absolutely amazing and couldn’t do enough for you! Truly a brilliant stay - if we ever went back to a marakech we would only stay here - if you’re thinking of booking this riad just do it - you won’t regret it!

The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, each with its own private terrace and even a rooftop sun deck. Every detail has been thought of to ensure guests feel not just welcome, but truly special. From the warm and attentive reception to the serene atmosphere, Les Jardins de la Médina is a hidden gem — a genuine oasis of calm and comfort in the heart of Marrakech.

It was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Truly an oasis in the middle of the Medina. The natural surroundings are the highlight – beautiful, refreshing gardens everywhere. The staff is attentive, kind, and impeccable. The beds, sheets, and pillows were perfect. The spa is amazing!! The pool is stunning! I 100% recommend this place for your stay. :)

We were advised by Trail Finders that this was a very nice Riad in the Medina. We stayed there for three nights, to say it was very nice is certainly an 'understatement'. It is a fantastic place to stay. Yes the Medina is chaos in many areas, as soon as you walk through the front door of Les Jardins de las Medina a calm and tranquil atmoshere surrounds you, especially as you receive such a warm and friendly greeting from all the staff. The facilities and ambience of the whole place is unbeleivable luxury and exquisite style, ecen the resident tortoises wandering around the place did so leisurely. Highlight was the great restaurant in this Riad, varied menu and very high standard of meals beautifully served by most helpful staff.

Perfect hotel, great location and service was 10/10. The hotel ground are stunning, pool is spacious and the perfect place to relax after exploring. Ate at the restaurant on several occasions - lots of variety and good service. Room was spacious and bed comfy. Spa was fantastic - the best massage ive had. Do not hesitate to book, its worth every penny!

An amazing boutique hotel in a great location! The rooms were very comfortable, the pool was fantastic, and the staff were friendly. However, the service in the restaurant and bar left a lot to be desired — food took a long time to arrive, and requests to the waitstaff often went unanswered, even after asking multiple times. Despite the slow service, the overall experience was wonderful, and the food itself was absolutely delicious!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay. The room was well-appointed and very cozy. The breakfast and the other dining experiences we had were all satisfying. If we were to say anything, maybe the pool was a bit too chilly - even if the temps were soaring. Perhaps some more attention when sitting by the pool if you want to order a drink or a bite. Lastly, my husband felt that while friendly, the front desk could have been more helpful with directions, etc., knowing we were trying to head to the Medina. These are just minor details, however. We would stay again and recommend the property to others.

Lovely 4 star hotel. Very peacefully located just inside the medina walls. 25 mins walk to the main square in Marrakech. Staff friendly. Food good quality. We had a private terraced room on the 2nd floor. Nice sized pool (could get busy if hotel fully occupied - but no problem for us).
