Les Jardins du Faubourg Hotel & Spa

The staff were so unprofessional, it was completely unacceptable for a five star hotel. We were given misleading information about prices and asked to pay our bill twice. We were also asked for a €800 deposit after we had already paid for the room too, which was not mentioned previously. It was my birthday, which I informed the hotel of prior to our arrival and my mother had emailed with notice asking if it would be possible to arrange a flower delivery to the hotel. Her email remains unanswered and the hotel did not arrange anything for the special occasion, which in my opinion does not align with a five star service. When checking in, Antoine the staff member on reception told us breakfast was included in the price. When we double checked, we were told this was not the case. Was this going to be an issue when we would be asked to pay the bill upon checking out? Read other reviews and make your mind up. During checkout the same staff member who checked us in, forgot we had already paid, even though he took the payment and deposit and the receipt was in front of him. How is this acceptable for a five star hotel? The room was nice, however the carpets were stained and there was dust in places. I am beyond disappointed and I feel like I have looked forward to this trip for a while and the service is seriously appalling considering the price and star rating

I wouldn't say that it is a five star hotel. When you check in , there is noone to take your luggage at the entrance. The rooms are nicely decorated in modern touches. The breakfast is nice. Hotel is located 3 minutes walk to Saint Honore , so it is great location if you are going for a shopping trip

Very dissappointed by their customer service... It is is 5 star hotel that wouldnt except dollars as a deposit. We live in a 21st century!!! i was a returning customer for years now. Stayed like few days and had to extend a room but they wouldnt accept it. Trust issues? not coming back again... you guys lost a very good client.

It’s a wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Paris. A jewel where the team is amazing and where the rooms are beautiful. Not pretentious but really elegant. |The service is outstanding, the food is great, the room service excellent and fast. |The concierge desk is the best. |I highly recommend this hotel which I visit five to six time a year.

Les Jardins Du Faubourg Hotel & Spa is a perfect place to stay in Paris, located near so many sites, and providing such personalized, cordial service. All staff members go above and beyond to assist guests with whatever they may need. Our well-appointed room was warm, cozy, beautiful and quiet! The room rate has increased significantly since our stay in October of 2022, but the intimate luxury of this place is worth it. For an under-the-radar, elegant experience in Paris, Les Jardins Du Faubourg Hotel & Spa is an excellent choice.

The hotel is excellent but the management is not, i have dealt with the manager who treating is like a friend, speaking very rudely to us !! Even for asking basic questions! Wanting to be the right person like it is not business!!! He even told me we can not accept you as a guest if you do not pay deposit when i was asking only why do they take picture of my visa

My Fiancé and I spent an amazing week in Paris visiting friends and were recommended to stay at this incredible hotel. The staff was amazingly helpful and the ambiance was perfect for the magical week we had. Every day started off amazing with breakfast in a serene garden setting. The rooms were perfect and loved the design of the hotel. The spa and underground pool with Saunas was our daily treat as we would unwind from busy days out and about. The hotel is in a great location close to everything and the staff always helped us get recommendations and transportation. This hotel is first class and run by people who care about their guests and experience. We have already planned our next trip to Paris and will not consider staying anywhere else.

A session with Nadia at the spa is truly magical and is worth the trip to Paris in and of itself. Nadia is the bodyworker that massage therapists see on their day off. Nadia's hands listen to the body's inner fabrics, its rhythm, resonance, and elasticity. She then rebalances its synergy and regenerates its life pulse. Nadia gifts you her heart through her hands to not just revitalize the body with boundless locomotion, interoception, and kinetic energy, but her sessions elevate you to a celestial level of being. "Nadia, you are an angel," I beamed. "I know." She radiated with laughter. She really loves what she does and goes above and beyond to ensure that you have a wonderful experience.

We spent 3 wonderful nights here. Everything you could possibly imagine was incredibly perfect. The first thing you notice when walking is the calming scent and indoor/outdoor feel with the courtyard. It is like a sanctuary in the city. We booked a suite and a standard room for our party of 4, both rooms had plenty of space, mini bar, nespresso machine and both bathrooms generous and spacious in a very Parisian way. The location is absolutely one of the best in Paris, in the heart of the Faubourg, 1 block from Hermès and everything was absolutely impeccable. I am obsessed with the toiletries, and decor (Art is everywhere). The scent matched well the ambience of the room as well as the hotel. Breakfast and service was extremely good and I have been impressed by the little details. Thank-you Carl and all the staff for this wonderful stay. We will be back!

We recently stayed at Les Jardins du Faubourg in the 8th and truly loved the hotel and wonderful staff. We typically stay while in Paris in St Germaine, but were recommended by a friend to stay here...which was a much better experience for us than our previous St Germain hotel. The location is ideally situated and equidistant to many areas in Paris. It is an easy walk to the Louvre and has many fine luxury brand shops and nice cafe's nearby. What we really loved was the attentive and personable staff...Led by the GM, Jennifer and her wonderful concierge team, along with the dedicated and detail oriented front desk staff. The rooms are elegant with many amenities, but warmly inviting. They have extremely comfortable beds and fine linens and towels which are changed daily. We loved the quality of the luxurious towels and plush cotton robes that made it feel like a high-end "spa" experience. This makes sense given The Shiseido Spa is also located in the hotel. I enjoyed a terrific massage and relaxed in their indoor pool Les "Jardin" restaurant is a beautiful indoor and outdoor atrium that serves great food for lunch and dinner as well as many delicious breakfast options. The hotel area is quiet and not overly "touristy" when compared to St Germaine... and we enjoyed neighborhood walks after dinner. You can tell how well this hotel is managed given the attention to detail and focus on the "best" customer experience. We highly recommend this property!
