"The location is simply divine! The restaurant of Hotel Château Gütsch affords a breathtaking view over the city and the lake surrounded by mountains, especially from the large terrace – the perfect setting for a romantic dinner! Inspired by the hotel's 140-year history, the interior design draws on Belle Époque design elements but also incorporates nods to the natural surroundings. Fresh, modern accents successfully bridge the gap to the present day. The cuisine is influenced by the culinary traditions of France and the Mediterranean. Opt for the "Chef's Choice" set menu or order à la carte. At midday, the shorter "Time for Lunch" set menu is available, along with other dishes." - Michelin Inspector

Go eat here, now! I was in Marseille for two weeks and we kept walking past this restaurant & coffee bar after we had already eaten a meal and we vowed to return at the end of our stay… turned out to be the best meal I ate in Marseille. Lunch was fantastic. The food was gorgeous, creative, and skillfully prepared. The flavors were balanced and the portions were correct. The server, whose name I have forgotten, was amazingly kind and answered all of our questions and met all of our needs without fuss or hesitation. She was trained in wine and helped us pick out a really delicious orange wine to go with our meal. I wish I could have come back a second time. Merci!

This quaint restaurant exudes charm and warmth, with friendly and welcoming staff. However, the dinner menu fell short of expectations. The selection was quite limited, and the available dishes (all supposedly for sharing) felt more like appetizers—mostly served cold and dominated by a sour flavor profile that left us craving something more substantial. The menu would benefit greatly from the addition of hot, hearty options like a comforting stew or a housemade sausage with mashed potatoes to truly complete the meal. A cozy spot with potential, but the dinner offerings need more depth.

We were so glad to stumble upon this place. The food was so good we ate twice in 2 days. The gazpacho soup, sea bass, clams - everything by was so fresh and flavorful with excellent wines to wash it all down.

Delicious matcha (with oat milk), croissant et pain au chocolat. Lovely service with great staff. Beautiful outdoor & indoor seating options and happy music playing. Really recommend for a morning coffee/drink/snack

Since I was on my own I had the honor to sit next to the chefs at the counter. A friendly chat and watching them prepare all the delicate plates was a joy. My dinner was delicious and I will definitely come back when I am back in town. Thank you for the lovely evening!
