We really enjoyed the natural surroundings and the nearby hiking and cycling trails. The venue offers plenty of space, both indoors and outdoors, and there were many attentive waiters ensuring every table was well taken care of. It’s a peaceful and relaxing place.
All the dishes we tried were delicious—a thoughtful blend of flavors that worked very well together. The only dish we didn’t enjoy was the cheese plate, which included fresh goat cheese and a cucumber gelée; however, that’s just a matter of personal taste. Aside from that, everything—including the amuse-bouche, a surprisingly tasty celery salad—was excellent.
The service was warm and kind. If I had to suggest one area for improvement, it would be the wine service. I opted for the wine forfait, which included half a bottle. Since my partner didn’t want to drink much, we agreed that the half-bottle option was best. However, they brought a full bottle to the table and simply mentioned that half was ours. This made the experience a bit awkward, as it was hard to judge exactly how much to pour. It might be more practical to serve the wine pre-measured in a small carafe or similar container to make the process smoother
