Whenever I feel the need to escape reality, I always find myself in St. Tropez. I'm constantly searching for special places—but on this trip, the place found me. Everything began with a few email exchanges—quick, flexible, and attentive to every request. When we arrived, we were welcomed by something truly magical: St. Tropez’s first and only rooftop restaurant, offering a breathtaking view. The manager personally introduced himself and walked us through what to expect, followed by the lovely lady I had been corresponding with—her warm welcome set the tone. This is precisely the level of service I expect when visiting a true luxury destination. Our waiter, Pierre, was outstanding—hospitality clearly runs in his veins. We were thoroughly impressed with the service: friendly, helpful, and above all, professional. The staff makes every guest feel truly seen and cared for. The menu is refined and elegant, offering something for every palate. We shared the chicken skewers to start—unfortunately, the truffle pizza was no longer available—then opted for the chicken and pasta dishes. As for dessert, they are beautifully presented for selection, so you know exactly what you're getting—though, frankly, I would trust the chef blindly here. I had the best chicken of my life—an unexpected delight, especially as I’m not typically fond of poultry. Golden hour was magical—watching the yachts and sailboats glide by in the sunset was unforgettable. It was the perfect way to close the chapter on our 14-year-long St. Tropez story. If life brings us back here again, there is no question—we will return to this place. Anyone who doesn’t enjoy themselves here simply belongs to the eternally dissatisfied and joyless type. Recommendation - with a superb view of the harbour. Good vegetarian choice. Excellent staff. Wonderful sunset.

Very good and pleasant service. Food was tasty and portions were reasonable. The view of Saint Tropez was stunning. Toilets were clean with individual hand towels and Clarins products.

Amazing view - extremely mediocre food, and shockingly overpriced for the quality of the cuisine. The quality of this restaurant is massively misaligned with the hotel it’s attached to and the view it has.

Reserved for 17th July for a romantic dinner date ! Let me start with the rude and impolite waitress served us , there’s a food on the menu says catch or the day asked her what it is she Tuna we asked what it comes with , she went like Some veggies !! Which was Caponata!! Tuna was over cooked tiny portion , waitress didn’t stop being rude with her glare and Hof and puff the entire time she went back to get some real veggies, which was over cooked rubbish veggie falling apart ! At the end she left the card reader and couldn’t even say thank you or whatever and gave me another glare and puff and walked off ! The food quality is rubbish please don’t waste your hundreds in this ridiculous place !

Situé sur le toit de l’emblématique Hôtel de Paris le restaurant « Les Toits » propose une vue imprenable sur le golf de Saint Tropez. L’établissement est splendide offrant une ambiance chic et décontractée. Le service est impeccable, le personnel est particulièrement agréable et sympathique. (Mention spéciale pour le service voiturier) Côté cuisine ça dénote un peu, à presque 35€ la salade nous nous attendions à autre chose. Petite quantité, goût et assaisonnement basiques qui n’ont pas su nous convaincre. La bouteille d’eau est facturée 14€ (Chateldon) et 12€ pour la vittel. Certes la vue est splendide mais cela ne fait pas tout. A découvrir en connaissance de cause, le tarif est justifié pour l’établissement, le service et le personnel, beaucoup moins pour le restaurant qui peut largement mieux faire.
