I was serviced by Lana, she did a great job on my Mani Pedi! Everything from the color, application , and design she did was perfect for me. She has excellent customer service skills, and is an absolute sweetheart, I will be back to see her again.

I absolutely love MY school! I’ve been to plenty beauty schools in two different states and this was the school that got me to the finish line. They have amazing facial and wax products and great teachers . This was the school experience I was praying and hoping for . Classmates turned into a real sisterhood . Don’t walk , run to registration!

Poor educational experience. The cost for training is appealing but definitely pay more for what you deserve by looking at more structured and experience schools. Especially if you’d like to be seen as a serious professional and be competitive within the beauty industry. I recommend looking else where. Word of mouth is the strongest marketing tool…and if you’ve asked others about this school believe what they say it is likely negative feedback and it’s been proven true.

Extremely rude hostile and unprofessional when you call to just find out what is the cost of your cosmetology what is the cost of your esthetician course. Nobody seems to answer!! When you try to ask now that esthetics is going to be clock hours750.👎🏼🤪📢 You can't get a clear answer. Totally not worth it for the amount of money you charge, you should be more polite and courteous to which you are not I definitely would not waste my money going to this location!! Do you want to inquire a student loan is best to make sure it's a school that is going to be professional and courteous at all times. And this school is not it don't waste your time and definitely don't waste your money take your time to find something that is economical for you and a lot better. Totally not worth the price!!

I specifically chose to go to L’esprit due to the promise that alumni would receive a lifetime discount on Dermalogica products. This has turned out to be a scam. I placed an order for hundreds of dollars worth of products in July (it is now end of December), one which would have been the first of many. They have repeatedly blown me off. I have called the facility twice, stopped in four times, only to continuously be told sorry we’re still figuring it out. Meanwhile, I KNOW they have placed orders as they need to to run the business. Yesterday, I stopped in and was told I’d receive a call in an hour, that they were so sorry, yet again I was blown off. I even told them I’m at a point of wanting to call the better business bureau and report this and write negative reviews, but I guess they truly do not care. I’d be curious if I were to call Dermalogica and let them know the situation what their thoughts would be. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and respect for someone who spent over $10,000 with them. I will be sharing my story and would not recommend them as they cannot follow through with a very basic request. I only wonder how many other orders are ignored from alumni.

I go to beauty college to get my hair done. I like having a knowledgeable instructor put their hands in my hair and know what it needs. I like not paying high prices to wait 45 minutes after my appointment to be seen. I was dissatisfied with the service of David Pressley Cosmetology and needed a replacement. I called L'esprit Academy on Washington Street in Royal Oak to inquire about their services. They Take APPOINTMENTS! They take walk-ins as well. No first come first served, no standing in line before services begin, no running out of students. AND the price is right! No a la carte pricing. I had hair colored, dried and curled for $35. I'm really happy with the results.
