Unique lattes with black sesame, ube, mugwort, and tiramisu

"Williams loves Ryan Jie Jiang’s cafes: one is a smaller shop in a lobby (he prefers scrappy little multi-use spaces), and a downtown kiosk that gets points in his book for showing up to support downtown, which is "really struggling right now." Drinks include salt cheese foam coffees, tiramisu lattes, and pandan-infused specialty drinks. For a long time the roaster at one location was Joe (Wenboe) Yang from Super Joy Coffee Lab; Williams considers him one of the best roasters to ever grace Portland. "They’re bringing their culture into it," Williams says, and "serving really, really great coffee." - Paolo Bicchieri
"Cited as a cafe exploring East Asian ingredients and flavors for inventive lattes—one of several places amplifying regional coffee/latte traditions." - Dianne de Guzman
"Less and More is especially memorable for its use of unusual latte ingredients: black sesame cream, mugwort, and ube, to name a few. Rest assured the typical gamut of unadorned espresso drinks highlighting the beans are always available. The space retains charming traces of the vintage bus shelter that once occupied it, for those who recall its iconic glass roofing and wraparound doors. Patrons on their way to the Portland State University Farmers Market or waiting for a bus on the adjacent corner can order a hot or cold drink with accompanying pastry selections from Bakeshop." - Paolo Bicchieri

"Named among his favorite coffee spots; he singles out a broader trend: “I think it’s cool that there’s a big Asian coffee wave. I love everybody doing, like, weird fruit coffee stuff.”" - Thom Hilton
"Less and More provided today's coffee: Geri had a cloud cream mocha and says she loves anything with a thick foam or custard on top." - Thom Hilton
