Absolutely awesome restaurant. Lovely and fresh food, and the menu had great options for all eaters. I started with the half-cooked halibut, which was absolutely incredible. Excellent flavor; probably the best halibut I’ve ever had. Second, I had the duck breast. It was perfectly medium, and the sauce and sweet potato confit was delicious. If I’m ever back in Dijon, I will definitely be visiting again. Servers were also very friendly and spoke English well (although I certainly don’t expect that).
