L'ETO Caffè - Belgravia - Review - London - The Infatuation

"L’Eto Caffè’s Belgravia branch is still open and delivering pancakes, breakfast, lunch dishes, and cakes. You can order here. They’re also taking orders for cakes on their online shop. You can buy anything from their signature dulce de leche, to a whole honey cake. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Team Infatuation

A gorgeous little place I stumbled across between appointments. The staff were warm, professional, and friendly. I only had a coffee, but I’d love to come back—the cakes on display looked beautiful. I sat outside, where blankets and heaters made it feel extra cozy, especially with the light rain. A lovely spot with a great aesthetic!

The design of the venue is pleasant and creates a comfortable atmosphere. In some places, the lighting can be quite tiring for the eyes, but here the lighting was very pleasant. During our previous visit, we only had desserts, and they were all very good. However, this time we opted for breakfast and left dissatisfied. Despite informing them about a large hair in the shakshuka we ordered, they did nothing except offer a simple apology. It would have been nice if they had offered to replace it or at least remove it from the bill. The hair was found at the beginning of the meal, and we couldn't eat the rest. I hope this feedback is useful for them and that they pay more attention to customer complaints to ensure their customers leave happy.

Very delicious and beautifully presented cakes. flavors are rich and perfectly balanced, little too sweet. While the cakes are on the pricier side, the quality and taste make them worth it. If you’re a dessert fan, Leto Café is definitely the place to treat yourself!

Always a lovely experience here at L'eto. Staff really friendly, welcoming and attentive. Lovely coffee/teas and cakes. Reminder that not all branches serve food after 5:30pm so do check. We've had breakfast/lunch here plenty of times and it has never disappointed. Add this to your bucket list if you're in town! ☕🍰🥞🎂

Great cakes and teas. I had the sea buckthorn tea, would highly recommend trying it. I tried the Dubai Cheesecake and Pistachio Rose Cake while I was there. The Dubai cake wasn’t that good, too sweet but was ok. The pistachio rose was really good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all recommend all L’eto branches

We loved their milk cake.. Soft and succulent and tasty.. Usual coffee and good crispy truffle fries What else do you need? Place is lill cramped up, may be due to the holiday season but it was a pleasant experience 🙂 I wish to visit again to try other desserts for sure

Firstly, the prices have increased disproportionately (£10 for a slice of cheesecake is a bit much unless you are in a 5 star hotel). Secondly, the packaging is extremely cheap and not fit for purpose. They packaged the £10 cheesecake in a huge plastic cheap box which allowed lots of movement so it got completely squashed in less than 30 mins. If you have the cheek to charge £10 for 1 slice, at least have the decency to invest in good quality and eco friendly packaging. Not cheap plastic you'd find in a cheap Kebab shop in Croydon. I wish I could attach photos but Google doesn't give me the option.

I am a regular customer at Leto Cafe's Knightsbridge branch, but this is my first time at this location. I'm disappointed with the quality of the service and the food. I even suspect that this branch might be fake. It's a shame that Leto serves such low-quality cake and provides poor service. The orders took too long to arrive, and the waiter seemed indifferent even though the shop was empty. The cake I ordered was warm, crumbled, and tasted sour. The appearance of the cake was also unsatisfactory.
