Very nice staff members! The food was made fresh. We enjoyed watching them make the ice cream from liquid to frozen! We especially liked the unlimited toppings. Highly recommend coming here!

Driving by on a Saturday night Heading East bound I passed this on my left, had to make a U-turn and i am so glad I did. Walked in and the place look brand spanking new even tough they’ve been there three years or so. Staff is extremely courteous and behold, I bumped into the owner and he is an amazingly friendly guy. I was with my parents and they both ordered Piña colada and I had the coffee ice cream, we were all extremely satisfied with the ice cream. All were very rich in flavor, coffee left me that good quality aftertaste in my mouth. I would definitely recommend this place. What I love is that the owner took my recommendation on a flavor, maybe he should get a “flavor suggestion “ box and have customers drop in suggestions. Temporary or seasonal flavors would be a great idea.

We’ve stopped by on the way from Long Island to Brooklyn. Good tasty ice cream, fresh toppings included, a few tables to chill. They don’t have milkshakes though, so enjoy your rolls )

First time in this place and have to say.. this place was well-lit, had a nice shop look and the personnel was friendly and patient. Plenty of flavors to choose from and toppings to experience. We had the nu-nana, pumpkin pie, smores, coco crunch, and peanut butter crunch. These were delicious. My fave so far is the pumpkin pie which has real slices of delicious pumpkin pie and I didn't share with my family this deliciousness. We shall return for more flavors soon.

FIRST THE PLACE IS SPOTLESS, CLEAN AND SMELLS GOOD WHEN U WALK IN. FRESH, AND ALL THE ICE CREAMS ARE DELICIOUS. BETTER THAN ALL THE OTHER ICE CREAM SPOTS, I PROMISE U WILL ENJOY. MUST TRY. GREAT SERVICE TOO

First time here and it was really good! The worker who rolled up my ice cream did his best at rolling it up even though they didn’t come out quite right but hey it’s delicious ice cream! Plus the different varieties of toppings say no more! My favorite was the brownie blast since I love chocolate! Definitely will be back often! Thanks so much for that nice experience!

Cute spot. Parking is a little scary when you have little ones but it's manageable! Place was fine- the table was definitely gross- drips of ice cream between the planks of the table top but the top was spot cleaned. Staff was kind Ice cream was tasty- nowhere near $9 worth. There was about a 1/4 cup of cream poured onto the slab with one off brand Oreo cookie that was chopped up and rolled into the cup- it was probably the equivalent of a scoop and a half of ice cream. Unlimited toppings but how many toppings can someone possibly have to make it worth $9? Fun for the kids but likely won't be back.

Recommend alot, everything is well and the food is just great. The service is also amazing but the ambiance is just a little off. Food stars: The food is just amazing. The rolls they make leave your mouth watering, they also do it in a matter of about a minute or two so that's great. They have a glass cover so you can watch as you wait, if you ask me, that's what I want. Service Stars: I rate this three stars because there is one staff who just gets on my nerves. He is about the age of a teenage boy maybe in his 15s. He just sits there and when the employees ask for assistance he just literally ignores them and is stuck to his phone like a mosquito drinking a humans blood, he can't get enough of it. If it was just him who ran it, he would even run it because he would be stuck on his phone. The other employees are just so sweet, they make my day better. Ambiance Stars: I rate this four stars because the place is a little basic, of course there is a picnic table that makes it nice but it's just a little simple, I'm not saying this is horrible but I just would like to see a little more decor.

Rolled ice cream is always a fun treat! They had lots of flavor options and I chose piña colada. All were $8 and came with unlimited toppings! I didn't realize at first the toppings were unlimited or I would have gotten more! I saw that they even toast marshmallows with a torch for you upon request as a topping. Ice cream was delicious and the staff friendly. They had a few tables inside and a bench outside to enjoy your ice cream. Parking could be a little tricky, as it was street parking only but we were able to easily find a spot around the corner.

Yum! Visited Let's Roll for some rolled ice cream tonight. We don't have this in Suffolk County (yet) so it's not something I can get very often. I was surprised to see the amount of cool combinations they offered. Contin candy and s'mores were some options I saw. I stuck with plain chocolate with sprinkles. It's $7 for the ice cream that comes with unlimited toppings - yay extra sprinkles!! A little pricey, but it's the same price as other rolled ice cream places I've been to. I noticed food deliveries like Uber Eats were picking up a fair amount of orders, so clearly this place is well liked.

A friend recommended we try Let's Roll, so we stopped in while driving back from Massapequa today. I got the Salted Caramel Pretzel with blueberries, my wife got Nutter Butter Peanut Butter with Reeces Pieces and Whipped Cream. Both of them were delicious! The staff was also excellent, they gave recommendations; we ate there and were talking with them the entire time. We will definitely be back again soon! We should've taken a better picture though!

This place is awesome. I'm so glad I found it. You're telling me that every ice cream they have can be vegan? And wait a minute, you're telling me that for $7 I can get unlimited toppings? I thought it was too good to be true but this place is the real deal and knocks vegan ice cream out of the park. Get ready to take a photo of your masterpiece. They offer over 10 options for dairy and non dairy ice cream like cookies and cream, s'mores, and rocky road. Check out the specials too like rainbow cookie and cookie dough. You can opt in for lighter options like fruit and granola, or go all out with cereals, chocolates, sauces, and a torched marshmallow. Bonus: they have vegan whipped cream. The store is bright and modern. The staff is friendly, especially the manager. He is super personable and understands the appeal for offering vegan options. I'll be filling that loyalty card 100x over.

Delivery was our only option tonight but everything was so good! I would definitely pay them a visit after this is all over. We ordered one of the Non Dairy (Vegan) Almond Milk) s'mores and one of the ice cream Peanut Butter Cookie (Nutter butter cookie, Reese's sauce) sundaes! I like the fact that they didn't skimp too much on the toppings too. I think my only wish was that there was more. (Lol) What also made me happy is that they offer an almond milk base or a frozen yogurt base. It felt like I could still indulge without feeling too guilty and that's exactly what I look for. :)

Visit Date: June 26, 2019 I'm having food plan issues again, I decided to take an almost week long break from weight watchers even though when I get back on track again I may end up having a big weight gain. I did want to try this place so now that my WOE is going to hell in a handbasket until after my birthday I figured why not and stopped for ice cream on the way home. This place is similar to coldstone except they roll your ice cream instead of playing around with it on a marble slab and putting it in a cup for you. I mentioned to the owner that I was gluten free so when I told him I wanted a peanut butter flavored ice cream he recommended a vanilla base with peanut butter sauce. After I got my ice cream I wish I had gotten a chocolate base but if I have a chance to stop in here again while I'm living my almost week of food engorgement sin I'll get the chocolate ice cream. They make your ice cream of choice right in front of you, they poor down the cream, you see it freeze along with whatever flavoring or sauce you're getting mixed in and than you see them employees chop up and roll your ice cream. After your ice cream is done you get to choose from the toppings bar as many toppings as you'd like. I like the gimmick of hand rolled ice cream, a very clever and fun way to eat ice cream and I hope this business is around for a long time.

This place didn't really exceed my expectations. The customer service was amazing but the actual prodocut/ice cream .... ehh! I guess because i'm used to regular icecream despite my intolerance this just wasn't it. This may work for you but the overall taste for me wasn't worth making the drive out there again You spend $7-8 and get as many toppings (at least 5) plus your ice cream base aka flavor. If you like to try new things, give it a shot. They do have outdoor seating too but it's just tables outside, nothing too fancy!

This was great, giving five stars. Haven't had ice cream this good in years. It's made fresh right in front of you . Got banana Nutella with fresh fruit it was quality!!!! No joke. Try it out !! Cheap too! $7 a cup with unlimited toppings. They give punch cards.

Place is cute n fun. Icecream is tasty and staff is very friendly. Reasonably priced at $7 with unlimited toppings. Have option for frozen yogurt or icecream. Can create your own (even though not mentioned on menu) or choose one of their preset flavors. Would return. Has seats inside and out.

My brother took me here when I was visiting from out of state and it was a very fun evening out. It was fun to choose my ice cream and toppings. I wouldn't say it was any tastier than regular ice cream, but very fun and different. I recommend the mint flavor.

It's always fun and exciting trying new places and having to yelp about them!! Right!! Lol Went here with an ice creaming craving,I had a coupon which made me even happier!! I scream you scream we all scream for icecream!! This place is a MUST TRY all around!! I always wanted to try out rolled icecream and had this on my Yelp bucket list to check off and thank goodness I was able to try it out! Located right on the strip of Merrick Road, this little gem, is there! All staff for one had there mask on and was super friendly. They have this cute menu where you choose your base from options from premium icecream, Frozen yogurt and even non dairy vegan options!! They have the base where it has different icecream options to choose from! I was in a choclately mood so I went with Brownie Blast!! While they mix up your masterpiece in front of you the hard part begins!! The TOPPINGS!! I felt like a kid in a candy shop!! There toppings are UNLIMITED!! Yes you heard it UNLIMITED!! They have fresh fruits to choose from such as mango, strawberries, pineapples, blueberries and much more!! And of course the candy section which was up my ally! From fruity pebbles, Reese's pieces, m&ms, cookies, toasted marshmallows, sprinkles and so much more the list goes on and on!! Not to mention they even have different sauces to drizzle on top from chocolate, marshmallow sauce, caramel, strawberry sauce and more!! If your having a sweet craving like I did this place is most definitely a great place to stop at!! The icecream was super creamy and made perfectly!! And the unlimited toppings for only $7.00 takes you a long way to icecream heaven!! I most definitely will be Rolling back there!!

Biggest regret here... not taking a picture!!! A group of friends and I called ahead on a Saturday evening making sure they were open! Surprisingly, we haven't heard of this place and found it with a quick google search! Who wants regular ice cream when you can have rolled deliciousness make right in front of you with your choice of toppings!!! When you enter, there is 2 benches outdoors as well as interior seating that is currently unavailable due to the COVID crisis. We were warmly greeted by what looked like possibly the owner and 2 staff members. There's a huge menu of rolled ice creams as well as topping choices. I opted for one of their suggested Strawberry menu items. What is super cool is the flexibility here. I was able to have a graham cracker crushed into the base of the cream! The toppings include fruit, different sauces (chocolate, caramel etc), candies or even pocky!! I choose fresh strawberries and pocky to add to my order. For first timers the staff was extremely patient with us and very friendly! The best part is how reasonably priced everything was! They punched holes on their membership card for us. I can't wait to come back and try many more menu options! PS: Street parking unless you park in the lot before the actual shop.

Came in with my kids after they said they heard their friends rave about this place so I wanted to check it out, pretty cool idea similar to cold stone the way they prepare the ice cream but then they take it to the next level where it freezes on contact and then they roll it up add unlimited toppings for no extra charge and the finished product comes out looking amazing and tasting even better! Nice little seating area inside, clean,and the owner and staff are super friendly!I wish them continued success for many years to come!

I was the first customer served here! I love it! The topping choices are great. I love the different type of yogurt. Especially people with dietary restrictions. Vegan frozen yogurt! It's very cool and tasty. I love trying all the new flavors and I hope to go during the great weather

Great customer service and care for our orders. They were very organized and for all the details right for 8 of us. Ice cream is very creamy and topping choice combinations were delicious. Between 8 of us we tried almost all of them. The owner was very kind and personable. Also very clean.

Everyone there is so friendly and the ice cream is super fresh and delicious too! Best part is that they have vegan options too! This is an excellent place to grab a treat , we are fans for life.

We look it up online...want it to try something new my girlfriend a d I decided this was our destination ice scream! We saw the ice scream rolls! Services! Rolls were made in front of us...unlimited toppings, he right away notice it was our first time so he explained everything to us even know I was still figuring out he was kind just to help keep going at the end of the transaction I got a card that will lead me to free cup of ice scream after I fill out my visits points. Clean place, professional and friendly and fast, they also got week menu's or top choices for summer! Will definitely go there again with friends and family, From Freeport to Merrick it's worth it!

Ice cream is really very good. The experience is a little gimmicky but cute. It made the ice cream very tasty. The toppings are unlimited and make it all totally worthwhile.

I'm new to Merrick and was looking at vegan options on Yelp. The owner (I believe) was beyond helpful and kind. I told him I just moved to Merrick and it was my first time at Let's Roll. He went out of his way to make sure I got my ice cream in a prompt manner being there was a huge group ahead of me. I knew he felt bad I would of had to wait probably 10 or so extra minutes even though I didn't show impatience. True gentleman. The store is also spotless! I will deff be going back soon to try more of there amazing flavors!

This is the best place to get your ice cream. The people are very nice and kind. I go to this spot almost every week with my friends. The " S'mores " roll is my favorite one and you can get unlimited toppings!

Clean, fun and excellent product. Fresh, creamy ice cream made right in front of you. We have gone a couple times and keep changing up the flavors. They have a simple menu and unlimited toppings. This will definitely be a popular summer spot. Can't wait to go again and try a new flavor.

Very cool! The portion is very large I would recommend splitting one if you don't want to waste it. You can get it as ice cream, frozen yogurt or vegan with almond milk, I had frozen yogurt.

My family and I went to LET IT ROLL, because we had seen the videos on the web showing rolled ice cream, and had it at Coney Island. Its great to have one local. The new trend is here to stay at LET IT ROLL. its FUN, AFFORDABLE, ENTERTAINING, and DELISH ! The service is friendly. The owner is hospitable. The choices are endless. Customize or pick from a menu. UNLIMITED TOPPINGS. YES, that's what I said, " UNLIMITED TOPPINGS." sprinkles, cookie BoBa, coconut, etc... ... ... All comes out to $7.per serving. Very affordable if you ask me. Sure you can go and get a cup of Ben and Jerrys for $5.50, but that's not going out for fresh made ice cream. Get out and take the kids family or otherwise, they will LOVE YOU for it.

Besides producing a delicious ice cream/frozen yogurt... Let's Roll is an experience that shouldn't be missed! Your ice cream is made to order in moments right before your eyes! Been here twice so far and both times were great. The staff is super friendly and will help you understand the process if you are new or just recommend the best options if you are returning. The ice cream tastes super fresh and is better than a lot of other places I have been to. They have a small selection of toppings and the price is pretty good for the amount of ice cream you get.
