The great thing about food trucks/carts is you support local families. But its greater when the food is on point, refreshing, and packed with flavor without all the oils, cheese and bread(sometimes). I sat down and introduced myself to thw Chingon. The tempura asparagus was surprisingly perfectly cooked, rice was just right, and the flavors rocked the house in my mouth. Do yourself a favor and check this place out. Seems everything can be made in a rice bowl, salad or wrap...Great service and love the music in the cart pod.

PANKO SPAM MUSUBI IS GOATED! Hoping it stays permanently because it was so delicious and their spicy mayo was just the right amount of heat! I also had their Sunomono Salad and will always get it because it was also so yummy! Will definitely be back for more!

My office ordered Lets Roll PDX for lunch and it was DELICIOUS! Everything was packaged with care so there was no searching and wondering whose food was whose. They even have meal prep options! Definitely gonna try that soon!

Worst poke bowl I’ve ever had. Not cubed poke like the picture on their menu. I wanted to return it but the person at the cart was so grumpy and rude I knew it wasn’t worth trying. Certainly won’t come back to this place!

I got the Over the Rainbow sushi burrito and a Mac salad. Let me preface by saying that I am Pacific Islander, I’ve had sushi and Mac salad many a time in my life. The Over the Rainbow burrito is comparable to sushi restaurants. It tastes so fresh, and the ginger guac is a subtle note of flavor. The fish tasted so good, the Kani (krab salad) is delish. Cucumber is sliced thin and quick pickled from what I can tell, nice reference to sunomono. Mac salad— bless!!!! My family is Hawaiian and Chamorro, I grew up with this type of Mac salad. So good, simple, fresh, and a lot of flavor! Let’s Roll PDX— thank you for slingin the amazing sushi burritos! We will be returning very soon! Best wishes for the future! 🤙🏼

Our office ordered from let's roll for lunch and it was PHENOMENAL! Everything was wrapped well, they were accommodating to allergies and the Krispy Rice was amazing!

This place never disappoints. The salmon poke is my favorite and go to. I will drive quite a bit out of my way for it. The spicy mayo is their own recipe, too, which makes it extra special. This place used to be within walking distance of my place and then they relocated. It’s still my go to place for my intense poke cravings. Other places are nice too but they don’t really hit the spot. 20/10 recommend

I have celiac and I'm so excited that I finally found a sushi/asian spot that has gluten free krab salad and sauces! The pokè bowl was so freaking good. They also said all the sauces are made from scratch, which I'm not surprised, because the spicy mayo was the best I’ve ever had in my life. So excited I found this place!!

We were at Breakside for a friend's birthday and I decided to grab a sushi bowl. The person inside came out as he saw me trying to snap the QR code which was posted out front on a sign that said to scan to order. The service wasn't the friendliest. I ordered the Spice Spice Baby and it took about 10 minutes from when it was placed. Overall, it was good but a little more "slop"-y than I was expecting it to be. And I can't say I was the biggest fan of the fried jalapeños or the ginger guac. I'd be willing to try this food cart again, but maybe in burrito form and/or another option from the menu.

I'm not sure what compelled me to order poke at a brewery, but it was the best decision I've made in a long, long time. Fed my munchies and kept my buzz going. Perfect combo actually. I ordered the Over The Rainbow bowl. It comes with ahi tuna, salmon, tombo tuna, krab salad, cucumber, ginger guac + teri(yaki) aioli ($15ish). The teri aioli was a terrific binder. Poke bowls usually have some sort of creamy sauce, which I love, but the teri aioli was just the right amount of different. Fish was fresh and the rice was ricing. I called an audible and ordered a tub of Hawaiian macaroni salad for $5 bucks and honestly, it was the Hawaiian mac of my dreams. The macaroni was perfectly al dente and covered with the creamiest mayo. Imagine eating generous forkfuls of macaroni salad in between sips of beer. Absolute perfection. Highly recommend the mac salad if you're looking for a snack.

Now that is some really good rolls and I like them big... Don't get the wrong idea. I love sushi rolls and I love poke bowls. What a great mix of islander in Japan rolled together to create this fantastic meal. The service here is great and they have such a delicious menu. It's hard to choose what you want when you're waiting to look at the menu. I highly recommend going here and try what they've got because you won't be disappointed. The flavor is just burst in your mouth. It's hard for me not to eat fast though... That's the only sad part.

This truck came to my office parking lot. They have different combos and you can choose whether you want it as a burrito, bowl, or salad. I got the Beyond Excited burrito ($16). It was very flavorful with the ginger guac, and there were nice texture combos with the cucumber and slaw. The fish was fresh. It also came with pickled ginger and wasabi on the side. I think you get more volume if you opt for the bowl vs. burrito.

I like the downtown location but I don't think this one has fresh food. I'm basing this off the hardened spam in my musubi. It was oddly crusty and dry in the center. The man at the truck obviously couldn't care less about getting a customer or service or the food for that matter. I feel relieved I didn't order the sushi burrito, or anything raw. The vibe of the food truck area is really cool though. There are lights all over so I think it would be nice to check out the other trucks there at night.

A solid food truck option for poke bowls and sushirritos. I was slightly disappointed that the spicy ahi and spicy salmon was basically all mince with only a few small chunks in the former, but I don't consider this a deal breaker.

Took almost an hour to get our food and when my wife asked the guy how much longer it would be he yelled at her and and told her she'd get a text when it was ready.

Decent vegie bowl overall with a good amount of tofu and rice along with a fried asparagus spear and ginger avocado mash.

I ordered the "Beyond Excited" burrito - salmon poké and shrimp tempura with ginger guac and slaw. It was great ... except there was no shrimp tempura. I had ordered via text, so I let them know. They apologized but made no effort to make it right. Kinda weird since it was half of the major ingredients missing! Lol My bf got the Over the Rainbow salad and liked it.

The man running the cart was hella rude and had attitude when being super sweet to him , maybe he was having a bad day or something but he just wasn't nice, and to top it off my food wasn't even good definitely won't be returning to this locatio

Wonderful customer service. The rolls were fantastic and the crispy rice options were just yummy!

Saw some other reviews having a similar experience. Guy inside was pretty unfriendly. Burrito was small and sloppy for the price. It fell apart almost instantly and became a mess.

My go-to for a solid sushi burrito. Spicy mayo is top-tier, with quality service, food, and portion size. They bring great vibes to all locations. Recommend " Over The Rainbow" or " Beyond Excited" burritos!
