This place never disappoints. The salmon poke is my favorite and go to. I will drive quite a bit out of my way for it. The spicy mayo is their own recipe, too, which makes it extra special. This place used to be within walking distance of my place and then they relocated. It’s still my go to place for my intense poke cravings. Other places are nice too but they don’t really hit the spot. 20/10 recommend

Worst poke bowl I’ve ever had. Not cubed poke like the picture on their menu. I wanted to return it but the person at the cart was so grumpy and rude I knew it wasn’t worth trying. Certainly won’t come back to this place!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Let’s Roll and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, with a modern yet traditional Japanese decor that set the perfect tone for the evening. The sushi was absolutely exquisite. Each piece was a work of art, meticulously crafted with the freshest ingredients. The Nigiri was a standout, with the fish melting in my mouth and the rice perfectly seasoned. The Dragon Roll was another highlight, with its perfect balance of flavors and textures. The service was impeccable, with the staff being both attentive and knowledgeable. They were happy to make recommendations and explain the details of each dish. Overall, LRprovided an exceptional dining experience that I would highly recommend to any sushi lover.

Two words. CHINGON BOWL!!! It’s my absolute favorite thing on the menu and I get it every single time. I’ve been coming to let’s roll for years… now that it’s in Beaverton, GAME CHANGER!!! The owners, Jamie and Spencer, are freaking amazing and they know how to do poke! 20/10 recommend if you’re ever craving some bomb poke. RUN don’t walk

PANKO SPAM MUSUBI IS GOATED! Hoping it stays permanently because it was so delicious and their spicy mayo was just the right amount of heat! I also had their Sunomono Salad and will always get it because it was also so yummy! Will definitely be back for more!

I got the Over the Rainbow sushi burrito and a Mac salad. Let me preface by saying that I am Pacific Islander, I’ve had sushi and Mac salad many a time in my life. The Over the Rainbow burrito is comparable to sushi restaurants. It tastes so fresh, and the ginger guac is a subtle note of flavor. The fish tasted so good, the Kani (krab salad) is delish. Cucumber is sliced thin and quick pickled from what I can tell, nice reference to sunomono. Mac salad— bless!!!! My family is Hawaiian and Chamorro, I grew up with this type of Mac salad. So good, simple, fresh, and a lot of flavor! Let’s Roll PDX— thank you for slingin the amazing sushi burritos! We will be returning very soon! Best wishes for the future! 🤙🏼

Good food at an excellent price. I had the shrimp tempura and the tempura veggies and was both highly pleased and pleasantly full. Be advised that the dipping sauce is a bit spicy, which I loved.
