Let's Roll PDX, which started as a food truck, has now transformed into a small, somewhat hidden shop inside the Moxy Hotel. I tried the Portland Poppers, Mochiko Chicken Plate, and the Spice Spice Baby Sushirrito. The Portland Poppers were absolutely delicious, especially when it just served hot. Looked a bit small but very flavorful. The Spice Spice Baby Sushirrito was a unique experience. It's essentially a large maki-style sushi roll made into a burrito. I was surprised by its size and found myself full after eating just half of it. I took the other half home, left it in the refrigerator, and enjoyed it later for dinner. The shrimp tempura inside the sushirito was a bit small and tuna and salmon were minced than diced, so it was hard to recognize the ingredients unlike other makis and didn't look like their sushirito pictures. But for real, it was tasty and fresh. Overall, the food at Let's Roll PDX was very flavorful, with fresh ingredients and a great variety of tastes.
Ordering is easy with their screen system, and the food came out pretty fast. The Moxy Hotel lobby, where you can eat, is spacious and has a bar, offering plenty of seating options. Next time, I'm looking forward to trying their poke bowl.
