L’Eustache - Review - Neukölln - Berlin - The Infatuation
"Neukölln’s Schillerkiez grid has a handful of great French restaurants. One of them is L’Eustache, where the exciting thrum makes you feel like maybe there’s more to life than reheating leftovers for the third time this week. Featuring just two main dishes (one veggie, one non-veggie) and a few starters, this welcoming neighbourhood spot is perfect for those who like being told what to order. The menu changes every two or three weeks, but expect dishes like panisses with lime mayo, seafood stew, and fennel lasagne. The staff here has a talent for making you feel like the only person they’ve ever offered an after-dinner shot to and let stay past closing. L’Eustache has all the flutter and butter (but none of the fuss) of a legit Parisian restaurant with some curveballs, like nahm jim and salsa macha, thrown in." - Olivia Ladanyi
