Came here for a Christmas Eve dinner. The food was great! We had 5 different courses. They were all pretty different from each other, but they all tasted good. Except for the first dish, it had a bit too much nuts in it causing it to overpower the rest.
The service and atmosphere were also good!

Excellent restaurant with friendly staff. Since a couple of years this restaurant possesses a Michelin star. To be honest, compared to a number of other star restaurants this restaurant performs slightly less in terms of professional service. But be aware: this restaurant sits in a entirely different price range. Eating star quality food is relatively affordable here and quality of food is excellent!
Today me and my family had an excellent 5 course lunch. Ingredients matched the wine perfectly. Also nice that they offer a driver arrangement in which you get half glasses of wine for half the price.
Last year I ate here too and we were served quite experimental food with some insects in it. Absolutely tasted well, but might be something to ask to staff I you are sensitive for this.
All in all: 5 stars!

This was my first time in Michelin star restaurant. Experience was beyond perfect. We took wine and dine arrangement. Not only were the dishes perfectly designed but also delicious. Chef deserved that star combining local ingredients and modern deliverance. My partner and I highly recommend this restaurant.

Apparently they don’t know at all what Kaiserschmarn should look like or taste like . It was a burnt dry cake. It’s really not tasty.
The real ”Kaiserschmarn” doesn't even look like what you're proposing.
But the interior is nice.
