Levain, Le Vin

We stopped by on a whim while walking to the 10th. The owner Christoph is warm and kind. He makes the breads and mousse au chocolaté fresh. You are greeted by the smell of the freshly baked dough as you walk inside. There’s a wide assortment wines and beverages. Highly recommended. Don’t believe me, go see for yourself.

The host was brilliant in this cosy wine bar - he recommended lovely wines at a good price point and was really welcoming and friendly. The cheese and charcuterie were delicious as well. Would highly recommend and definitely come back next time I am in Paris.

Amazing wine and amazing cheese - lovely spot to sit in the sun and people watch. Server was so kind and took time to chat to us about the menu - highly recommend for high quality food, wine and service!

Had the most amazing time. When we were walking and we were stopped by some locals and they said “ you were going to feel at home here” and this just showed us that this place is a must go. We sat down and were greeted by the owner who explained the menu in thorough detail and said that he would provide a wine recommendation upon us choosing what we would like to eat. We went for a beef, cheese and pork charcuterie and he then came over and paired us a wine, allowed us to taste it and explain to the origin of it. The food was absolutely amazing and all hand prepared. Fresh bread was being baked while we were there and there was a hustle and bustle but still quite relaxing.

They have probably the best charcuterie board of any place I’ve been too. Amazing selection of cured meat and cheese. It’s also inexpensive. The place also makes fresh bread that is served with the board. The wine selection is also very reasonably priced.

Wow wow wow. Spectacular gem, not just great wine and food, but amazing experience. Service is 10/10 and very special place. MUST VISIT!

Incredible from start to finish. The tapas and charcuterie boards were both phenomenal in flavor, quality and value. The breads were superlative, the owner kind, welcoming and talented. Most memorable meal we had in Paris, the wine he recommended paired perfectly and you can’t miss the financiers with coffee, it’s the perfect finish.

Do yourself a favour and visit this place! My boyfriend and I spontaneously decided to visit Levain, Le Vin for dinner and we were so happy that we made that decision. The food is sooo delicious and the wine is top-tier! Our waiter (unfortunately, I did not catch his name) was so sweet and knowledgeable, he translated the menu for us and gave us wine suggestions which were amazing. Furthermore, the atmosfere is so pleasant and cozy and the bread is being home-made. When in Paris, definitely visit this lovely little place and be ready to be amazed for a very fair price! ☺️
