"In his restaurant near the Parc des Sources, chef Gilles Ruyet prepares seafood dishes in a traditional vein: sole meunière, seared halibut with a beurre blanc sauce, not forgetting the crystallised orange soufflé with Grand Marnier – prepared by his daughter Marianne, who is also to be seen on the restaurant floor. Attractive contemporary decor, plus a view of the kitchen and the lobster tank." - Michelin Inspector
Menu of €36, the mi-cult maquereau was excellent, I found the sauce creative and well balanced with it's rich ingredients. Same with fondant de flétan, tender and elegant. I truly enjoy the art of the chef.

What a lovely meal we had here. The service was so so, but overall, it was OK.
We phoned to reserve and got their answerphone. We left a message but they never called us back so we had to go to the restaurant physically to book our table for the evening. The staff apologised for that and assured us they normally call people back.
The food was really tasty and imaginative.
We would come here again.

A really nice and upscale restaurant in Vichy. Their specialty is fish and there's a special menu if you want to try the lobster prepared either in bisque, roasted, etc
We have a soufflé for dessert, very good and light. A glass of Champagne to begin with and voilà!
