L'Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa

This hotel right by the beach boasts fantastic views of the in and out going tides. On arrival we were greeted by polite and helpful staff staff. The highlight was at breakfast when Alina was so helpful in assuring our table was laid and placed situated with the best views. She certainly went above and beyond. We were very impressed especially with her but all the staff. We look forward to our next visit

This is a superb hotel in a perfect position overlooking the picturesque St Brelades Bay in Jersey, offering wonderful hospitality. We stayed here for a 4 x night break over the festive period, and were looked after royally during our stay. The management and staff could not have done more to be of assistance, and the quality of the service and cuisine was outstanding in every respect. Whilst this is always a collective effort from every member of the service team, and they all performed above and beyond all expectations, we would like to make special mention of Mr Thomas Burford, Alina, and Julia for making our stay a very memorable occasion. We look forward to a return visit in the near future !

Recently I’ve decided to visit the Winterland @ Lhorizon hotel…what an amazing experience I’ve had and a great atmosphere. The greeting from Andrei and Leo was so warm and friendly and the restaurant service provided by Daniel and Mariana was first class. Food was brought out and lovely Assumpta gave a whole presentation. What else can I ask for more? Such an amazing experience. Thank you for the opportunity of being in such a lovely place.

We were staying for 1 night this weekend with our 5yo boy with additional needs. The team did all they could to make this stay special and we cannot thank them enough! Everything from start to finish was great and we will definitely be staying in this hotel again. Thank you for making my birthday and our weekend so special.

I decided to book for my friend a nice dinner as we haven't seen each other in a while and i booked with l'horizon Hotel, because last year I remembered how nice their winterland was. 👍😋🥂 And this year the decor is absolutely lovely, the service was wonderful and the food was amazing. a very nice choice of cocktails and wine. 🍹🍸🍷A well saturday night spent, in the presence of friends and food, thank you, will visit again 🙏😊❤️

Arrived a day 23/12 late due ferry cancelled . No problem at all as refunded for the lost night.|Hotel 100% perfect,, Staff 100% happy smiley polite helpful and recognised us right away and we never mentioned our name to them, guess it was Ivy our service dog who they loved.|Food excellent, Christmas dinner and Boxing day meals superb and unrushed, and at sensible prices, even reduced my bill on Christmas day as a 7 course meal would last me 2 days. THANK YOU.|Would like to single out by name all the staff from concierge Rob and Scouse Tony to all receptionists ,restaurant and bars but far to many who made our 5 day Christmas break so perfect, nothing was to much trouble. Other residents we met superb and really enjoyed their stay.|HOTEL.... Stunning and spotless in a brilliant beach side location,excellent car parking and so easy to get too.|Cannot recommend the hotel highly enough and certainty be back with our without Ivy. |Thanks to everyone involved from Condor holidays, ferries and the L,Horizon hotel and a small highlight to make the break complete Mrs B, met and had great evenings in the lounge with a lady who she employed and also her sister 35 years ago, it made the holiday completely.

Fantastic Hotel. Lovely rooms with Sea view, |Excellent food and service. Will definitely return. We celebrated my special birthday, and nothing was too much trouble. The beach and bay are truly beautiful, a fantastic location on the island.

Very disappointing. No help with our luggage either from the taxi or to the room. Instead they watch my pregnant partner struggle with the bags. We booked the junior suite. Room was dated and furniture damaged. Ripped chairs. Room was not made up properly on arrival. View is of a building site. Telephone in lounge didn’t work. I complained and didn’t get a response for a day. I found the manager who responded to be unhelpful. He just emailed disputing this issues. I have photos of the ripped furniture for example. He said the damaged furniture would be replaced in the room but it never was. However a colleague found a different room on the last day (day 4 of the trip) which was better and would have cost less than the junior suite. Lounge service was disappointing. Was there for an hour and not served. Staff too busy.
