I’m not very familiar with Cantonese cuisine, but I genuinely enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. I tried a few dishes from the dim sum menu—chicken, beef, and shrimp dumplings—all of which were delicious. The steamed shrimp dumpling was my favorite. While the dishes were a little oily for my taste, the flavors were excellent across the board.
We also ordered the sweet and sour sea bass, which was outstanding, and I started with the pumpkin soup, which had small mushrooms that added a really nice touch. The tea served with the meal was also lovely—I'm not used to drinking anything with my meals, so I ended up eating a bit less than usual, but it was a pleasant change.
What really stood out was the service. The staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive—honestly, some of the best service I’ve experienced, even when compared to other fine dining spots in Qatar. Overall, it was a memorable meal and a great introduction to Cantonese cuisine.
