I am so impressed with this company's customer service. I ordered a set of glasses. A few arrived broken. I emailed the company, and within days, a brand new full set of glasses arrived on my porch. I am not expected to return the damaged set, so because only 3 out of 16 glasses were cracked, I now have almost two full sets of beautiful glassware.
