We love Liberty Ciderworks! The ciders are made using traditional methods, allowing the apple flavors to really shine. The staff are knowledgeable and passionate about their craft, providing insights into the cider-making process and helping guests choose the perfect cider. The new tasting room is large and welcoming. Highly recommended you put it on your list of places to visit!

Outstanding knowledge of the craft at Liberty Ciderworks. We ordered a couple flights and while not every cider was a favorite, it was hard not to appreciate each and every one. The atmosphere was quaint and just what you'd seek for a ciderhouse. We'll be back! - Highly recommend the Stonewall

Liberty ciderworks is a must stop if anywhere near the Spokane area! This place is a hidden gem and a mecca for seasoned cider lovers as well as first timers. With nine different ciders on tap and reasonably priced flights Liberty has something for everyone! Cider Master Rick oozes with equal parts varietal knowledge and hospitality. Saddle up to a bowl of peanuts and a goblet of world class cider ASAP! Can't wait to cover back.

Google
Great visit to Liberty Ciderworks! Not only was the cider great but we learned a lot as well. Nice place to hang out and try different ciders. The owner was very knowledgable and friendly. We took a bottle back home but wish we had bought more! I recommend getting a flight, it's a great way to try a wide range of ciders.

This place is awesome! Found them at a farmers market and have been enjoying frequently for a few years now. I always have to stop by for a few of my favorites whenever I leave town. I've yet to find anything that holds a light to these guys. Their products are what I would consider something Johnny appleseed himself would enjoy. Not so sweet and quite enjoyable. If you aren't sure what kind you'd like, go on in and they'll help you you find a favorite

Because the wife and one daughter are GF, I have been to a BUNCH of cideries over the years. I can say with little doubt that Liberty is the best I have been to. We stopped in while in Spokane on business and shared a flight of all their draft ciders and grabbed some bottles to enjoy at the hotel and to take home. We really thought it was awesome that there are so many single varietals available; I love nerdy sensory stuff like that. It is cool to try a tannic crab apple cider next to one made with a standard eating apple. Besides their own ciders, the shop also has a pretty impressive cooler that contains bottles from all over the globe. World-class French ciders and perries next to a bunch of other PNW bottles. They had some food available, but we didn't get anything and don't have an opinion. We will happily return every time we visit Spokane.

Google
This is the best ciderworks in the Pacific Northwest that is east of the Cascades and an award winning ciderworks at the national level. If you like traditional ciders and ciders with complexity, this is an experience that you won't want to miss. If you've never experienced traditional ciders, then this is the place to visit. The cidermaker is knowledgeable and passionate about ciders and when he's in, will be happy to share his insight with you.

Google
Really excellent cider. Hand crafted dry style cider. Rich and complex flavors. Definitely worth a visit. And take home some of thier bottled varieties.

Yelp
Liberty Ciderworks was a cidery I got to try on a recent outing to the Spokane and Idaho chimney areas. Steve and I were very impressed with the Raven Oak cider. It was so very good! Flavors detected in this wonderful cider was a very fine and elegant apple profile with elements of bitterness and a hint of a purposeful sulfur flavor all amounting to a very full taste of this wonderful and unique cider! Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable on any questions I had about any of their products. Definitely would love to explore more of their cider options in the future!

Yelp
What a cute spot! Our server was so friendly and knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. So many amazing cider options, and the soft pretzel is pretty bomb as well.

Yelp
Loved our time here tonight!! Came here on a recommendation from a couple we met at barrister winery the night before. We talked about how we hate sweet ciders and they said I will love Liberty then. They weren't wrong! Great options here for the cider "purist." No additives... they let the fruit stand on its own. I had a glass of the 55 chain and also the raven oak. Both English style cider. I enjoyed raven oak a bit better. Smoother, slightly less acidic taste with the vanilla and oak. The service was top notch. Amazingly personable, knowledgeable and friendly server who made sure we had everything we needed and more while the county was still outdoor dining only. Will definitely be back if we are ever back in Spokane. Thanks for a great evening!

Yelp
Upon the recommendation of a trusted coworker, we were told to visit Liberty. We were a bit early and were welcomed in for a quick purchase of 2 bottles of Raven Oak cider. I particularly like dry cider and so two bottles purchased for the coworker turned into 12. Oops. How can we not given that a good number of these ciders are award winning - and I see why. Complicated, crisp, some with a vanilla taste. Don't miss this gem.

Yelp
Extremely friendly people. They were very polite and explained all of their ciders in great detail. Oh and the ciders themselves were pretty amazing. Now to try and get them to move to kalispell.

Yelp
Liberty had fantastic cider and somehow even better service! The business has a pretty small interior and a nice patio space with custom tables designed to attach to the balcony railing. They had a nice kerosene heater for our legs and checked in frequently for our comfort level. We had a pretzel with mustard which was pretty good overall and was sourced from a local bakery (not anywhere as good as the cider, but solid). Each of the ciders we tried were delicious -- the owner was highly knowledgeable and able to guide us to things we'd like. A must try when in Spokane!

Yelp
I come here every time I visit in town. If you want flavored ciders (nothing wrong with those), then this isn't your place. However if you want to learn about how a master brings about the flavor and nuances of specific apples, you've got to do this. You can get different pours, but go for the flight which is their top 5. My personal favorite is the Stonewall and Turncoat.

Yelp
This is real cider. Liberty Ciderworks drinks like a work of literature. Take the time, go through the tasting lists and find the nuanced personas on display. From the dry and slightly funky English styles, slightly sweeter fresh offerings, or the layered and complex conundrums, the cider shows hard work by a craftsman dedicated to the characters of his menu. I am used to importing ciders from Europe to satisfy my craving, but Liberty has redeemed my faith. Join the Core Club, taste what is special or limited, and put to rest the cloying nightmares of a scowling tree.

Yelp
If you think you dont like ciders - think again. Liberty Ciderworks will change your kind. Try it once and you will be back!

Yelp
A small little boy in middle of downtown that has great cider. It's actually the only place that I can think of off the top my head that serves this type of apple cider that has pretty good customer service. I apologize but I didn't taste any of the food. This is one of those places where you would stop to get a drink before you headed out on the town. Bring your date for this place you won't be disappointed.

Yelp
We love their ciders...we love them so much that we travel from Missoula, Montana just to stock up on cider! The people are really helpful and knowledgeable which helps in choosing ciders for gifts! We shall return, regularly.

Yelp
Liberty Ciderworks is a thoroughly charming artisan cidery located in downtown Spokane. They make delicious and internationally recognized ciders ('Stonewall' took best in class at GLINTCAP 2015). Try a flight, find your favorite, and take home a few (dozen) bottles. It's that good.

Yelp
First time to a cider house and Liberty definitely showed us a good time. First the tap room interior is phenomenal. Small but very well dressed out. The guys were very informative and I really enjoyed their cider. Look forward to returning soon!

Yelp
Take a break from the sweet ciders we've all had time and again for an experience of the drier and more unique yet subtle complexities that Liberty crafts with their ciders. No food options, but an amazing experience with friendly staff and fantastic selections.

Yelp
We went here on First Friday and enjoyed our time. The flight that we picked was all of their ciders and it was delish. We thoroughly enjoyed the samples. I don't remember any of them being very sweet, however it was nice to try other types of ciders that I wouldn't gravitate towards otherwise. We got a pint of our fav one. It is cozy inside, a bit smallish and had a trendy look.

Yelp
Cozy little place. Good cider, like the English style bear. Friendly staff. Can't beat a place that offers pretzels and peanuts. Can't wait to come back.

Yelp
We had a wonderful time at Liberty Ciderworks. Kim helped us out and she was knowledgeable, friendly, and provided wonderful customer service. Their ciders are complex and very dry; delightful. We will be going again and wish they had a location in SLC!!

Yelp
The best cider in town. Everything they make is very good. Don't expect sweet grocery store cider; instead it's mostly dry. I've been drinking their Garratza this summer (they say "Dolgo crabapples and Newtown pippin apples, wild-yeast fermented and barrel-aged. Basque-inspired SOUR, with a touch of yeasty funk and acetic tang", I say it's perfect for hot weather). They also have a refrigerator case of ciders from around the world, so you can try an actual Basque sidra if you want.

Yelp
What a fun cozy chill spot! Amazing flight of ciders. Not a single one I didn't like. Great for a chill meeting spot or spot to meet a few friends. Endless peanuts while you enjoy the ciders!

Yelp
This cider is excellent...right on par with Finn River and Alpenfire, maybe even better. The Stonewall is exceptionally delicious. The owner is very friendly and happy to answer questions and share his knowledge. Great place, will return the next time I visit Spokane!

Yelp
Fantastic ciders, all artisan English style. We loved the single varietal Jonathon. Cozy tasting room. Can't wait to try the new Stonewall!

Yelp
We did the tasters here and they were delicious!! All had something a little different to offer. Very low key and relaxed place, small space but good use of it. Definitely going back again!!
