Do not go to this office even in your most desperate moment- I wish I had read reviews first. The staff is very unprofessional when answering the phones. Two of them were even fighting with each other close to the patient window where everyone in the waiting room could hear when I was there. I had scheduled an annual preventive care appointment (which is 100% covered by my insurance) and was asked to fill out info forms while I waited, including what prescriptions I take. The dr did the check-up only, then before I left she asked if I needed a refill for my one prescription she saw on the sheet, I answered yes, NO other discussion about it. Weeks later I received a big fat bill where I was charged for a regular office visit, NOT a check-up...and another bill for a separate visit where the PA had misdiagnosed a nerve issue in my foot and gave me an antibiotic for a toenail infection??? The office mgr said they charged me for a an office visit to discuss my prescription which was a blatant false statement. I've had annual check-ups for yrs and never had this happen, always covered even though they call in a refill. I have reported this office to the BBB so there is a file on them now since they choose to operate as a scam artist to boost profit, so be sure to report them when it happens to you. They'll likely respond on Google with a false defense, as they also did to the BBB in which I showed proof of their dishonesty to the BBB- they have all documents on file. Shortly after this incident I found an amazing professional PCP that I love, and everyone deserves to be appreciated as a patient.
