Stumbled upon this great restaurant. We had been traveling all day with flights and driving which had us really hungry and hungry for good food. Looked old fashioned and nostalgic on the outside and the inside didn’t disappoint. Obviously the interior had remodeled during recent times but very tasteful done, which is a good mix of local feel, modern hip hangout, cozy spots for private conversations and esthetic updates. The food did not disappoint. We had the tuna tartare and the pepperoni pizza. Both flavored well and seasoned appropriately. The menu had so many things we would like to go back and try. This place is a MUST is you’re in Gilbert Arizona. We had Kate as our server and she had a pleasant way about her, enthusiastic about life, knowledgeable about the menu and checked on us joyfully.

Google
Excellent choice for downtown Gilbert, Arizona. The restaurant has many great menu items for everyone. The service was outstanding and very attentive. The food prices are responsible and the food quality is amazing. There are several parking options on the street or at a nearby public parking lot. I recommend making brunch reservations in advance because it is a very popular location.

Loved a family brunch at this restaurant. Service is great and food came out very quickly. Everything tasted great. We had breakfast burrito(the sauces were tasty), avocado toast and grilled veggie and eggs.

The bread was absolutely amazing whatever they put in it, plus that buttery spread, was next-level good. The rest of the meal didn’t stand out as much, maybe because I was already full from the bread, but the service made up for it with a friendly and funny waiter who was great with my nephew. The newly renovated space has a cozy, dimly lit vibe, and I’d definitely come back maybe to try breakfast next time.

We ordered 2 of their salads. The Caesar salad, was lacking something on the first bite. Was thinking either lack of dressing or soggy lettuce so I asked for a side of dressing. The salad still lacked something. The picnic salad tasted good but they changed how they prepare it as far as the size & the cut of the pears. The carrot cake is served cold which automatically makes it seem dry. There are coconut shavings along the edge & pecans & pieces of flowers on the top. A female that was either manager or maybe related to the owner came over to our table to see what we didn't like about the cake. The excuse for serving the cake cold is because of the frosting. Everyone that decorates or serves cakes should know that you do NOT serve most battered cakes cold.

Had a fantastic meal and date. Food was fresh and the service was on point. We had the Elote pizza and wow is all I can say. The crust, toppings and flavor was perfect. The dough was crispy and lite. We also had a few appetizers. The JALAPEÑO POPPER EMPANADAS were so tasty. The breading was just enough to hold the cheesy goodness together and the green sauce it was paired with was mouthwatering. The Loaded fries with bacon was something to remember, no shortage of bacon. 😋 I highly recommend this place. p.s. The Chef hand wrote the recipes on the bathroom walls. 💪

Google
Let's talk about the bread whatever they put in it made it absolutely perfect, and the butter spread was incredible. I usually don’t use a lot of butter, but I would have gladly paid $10 for a stick of that one! The service was wonderful. The restaurant had a cozy, dimly lit atmosphere, though at times it felt a bit too dark. I've been here before and will definitely return, maybe for breakfast next time. Also, their recent renovation looks absolutely beautiful!

Went for breakfast... Not the place for me. The wait was only 10-15 min but probably closer to 20. Lots of tables got up at once and they cleaned them at the same time to then seat a bunch of parties, there was also a large party that probably delayed things a little. The Chai Latte took a while to get, wasn't very good and upset my stomach after a few sips. They comp'd it though which we appreciated. Ordered the biscuits and gravy and it didn't look very appealing.. the biscuits were okay if you like muffin/cakey style drop biscuits. The gravy was off in color and flavor; something was smoked/there was liquid smoke in it? which ended up overpowering everything. My boyfriend got the breakfast burrito which he said was okay. Service was okay for a breakfast/brunch Sunday, but seemed like there were a lot of people doing the same job and things could have been smoother. Maybe lunch is better

Yelp
Liberty Market has been on my list of places to try for over 3 years. I used to live very close to downtown Gilbert but once I moved to Tempe, it fell off my radar. Thankfully, I went to visit my old roommate and fellow Yelper, Derek Y, who still lives near there and we decided to visit liberty market-- excellent decision. The interior of the restaurant is very open with high ceilings & exposed beams. The decor is very cute and understated. We arrived around 11am on a Saturday, which is a very busy time in that area. I was starving and hoping it wouldn't be too busy. It kinda was. So we put our name on the waiting list and asked for first available. We were told it could be 30 minutes, so the hostess said that the bar area is first come, first serve. We hovered around the bar area ready to swoop in. We probably waited less than 10 mins and grabbed a couple bar seats as they opened up. From the moment we sat down, it was all good from there. Our server was attentive, friendly, and just a pleasure to chat with. We ended up splitting the White Pizza and a huge cinnamon roll. Both were very good. I'm glad we decided to share, otherwise it would have been too much food. The portions are nicely sized here. I looked at the plates of other diners and everything I saw looked great. I would like to come back and get breakfast. Hopefully it'll be sooner than another 3 years. Great place!

Yelp
Very pleasing! Second time here and very impressed both times. Excellent food. Cool spot; honest, well made, comforting, delicious food. Had the French dip and thought, "hmm, thickk bun" then guess what, enough delicious jus for the entire sandwich. Both buns, and meat. Thought went into the bead/jus ratio, and I appreciate it. Delicious jus and buns. Cordaditas at the beginning were great. Service was great. And the Paccamora (Chef David's fave) was a delicious red and great recommendation. Thank you all for a lovely evening.

Yelp
There are not enough good things to say about this place! The food was some of the most flavorful and incredible food I have had in Phoenix. The scallops were perfectly balanced and cooked to perfection- Gordon Ramsey would even approve. The appetizers definitely got the meal off to a good start, and the portions were decent for the price paid. I really liked the decor of the place, and how they highlighted the almost 100 year history of the spot over the bar. The only downside was that our server changed halfway through the meal, and while our first waitress was attentive and really helpful, the second server seemed to be pulled in too many directions. It was a super busy night though, so I am sure it is not the standard. Overall, I will definitely be returning here!

Yelp
Came to downtown Gilbert for breakfast and heard that Liberty Market was worth a try. We were able to get seated right away. The staff was polite and explained the different coffees. After getting coffee, we were asked if we minded moving to a both as they had a larger party they would like to seat. We were happy to and we moved to a both which was actually nicer as we were out of the sun glare. Ordered the chorizo and sweet potato. It was an interesting flavor combination which I wasn't expecting. We also ordered the pork green chili and potatoes. Much more traditional and very flavorful. The potatoes were outstanding and I would have preferred them with the chicken chorizo. The biscuit was ok. Had a cafe Cubano, a cappuccino, and a latte. All were good. The cubano is a strong espresso with raw sugar. Was the kick I needed. The cappuccino and latte were good. Not to sweet. Wanted to try the oatmeal out but was too full. Looking forward to that next time. The bar looked good and was plenty busy so I assume it was equally good.

Yelp
I can't believe in have lived in the Valley for over 10 years and not made it here prior. I actually really liked this place . They made one of the best old fashions I have ever had . The expression martini was ok but still drinkable. My husband and I both had the braised short ribs it was delicious.

Yelp
First time visitor. I wasn't sure what to expect given the outside seemed unimpressive, but the interior is really cute. I ordered the chilaquiles which was amazing! The portions are big enough to share. We ordered a stack of pancakes with bacon and chocolate chips, but were disappointed they weren't mixed into the batter. The cocktails were fantastic. We tried the spicy Bloody Mary and the gold dust bourbon cocktail. Would definitely try them both again. I would have give this place 5 stars but the service was mediocre. Our server missed taking one persons order and was MIA most of the time. While it was busy, we came at the end of the rush. I'd definitely come back and try some lunch items.

Yelp
We needed a place to have lunch for my husband's birthday and decided to try Liberty Market. For a Sunday, it was super easy to book. I found an open reservation for 12:30 and got in to a table quickly. We were in a booth for 2 kids and 4 adults and just fit. My dad ordered a burger, my mum the Asian salad, my husband ordered the breakfast burrito, the kids did a Mac & cheese and a grilled cheese whilst I ordered the chicken pasta. My mum is especially picky but really enjoyed her salad. My dad thought the burger was good. The burrito was lacking flavor and didn't have much meat in it. My pasta was okay, I just wouldn't order it again. My kids absolutely loved their meals, one even quoting that it was the best grilled cheese she has ever had. We wanted to try the cinnamon roll but it had already sold out. We added one latte to our order and that latte was great. The bathrooms were clean and had a baby change station. Service was great- a manager even came by to share her bright smile and happiness with us. I would definitely come back and try more items on the menu.

Yelp
Liberty Market has the most authentic Vietnamese coffee in the area. It's so strong and delicious. Tess today really out did the traditional good customer service by taking my simple coffee order over the phone, letting me pay, tip AND offered to run it out to my car when I mentioned I had sleeping babies in the car. THANK YOU TESS. It doesn't cost a thing to be considerate and I so appreciate Tess for going the extra couple steps to my car to make my morning so much better.

Yelp
We had been at the Gilbert Farmer's Market and rather than food truck fare, decided to walk over to Liberty Market for brunch. We had the dogs with us and it had been a while since we had been, so we didn't realize that things were changed! First error was that we entered through the patio and I sat at a table in the corner so the dogs wouldn't be a bother to anyone. Wife went in to get menus and that's when we met Chris, the manager. He explained that things were different and that we needed to check in at the front door and they now seat you. He was so accommodating and and although we messed up, he handled everything in a very respectful way. Ended up staying at the table I had chosen and he brought us menus, etc. They were busy but there wasn't a wait so we came at the right time! Had there been people waiting, we probably wouldn't have had this outcome. Anyway, we ordered and enjoyed the rest of our time here. Wife ordered the POWER VEGAN BOWL 18 sweet potatoes, peppers, zucchini, kale, fresh herbs, arugula, avocado, forbidden rice and she added two eggs for an extra $4. She loved it and said it was savory and so good. The medium eggs were cooked perfectly and when the yolk was broke, it spilled over the veggies and made such a rich, great tasty meal! The arugula just tops everything off with that peppery flavor. I had the AMERICAN STANDARD 15 three scrambled eggs, liberty potatoes, biscuit, with schreiner's sausage. These sausages are so good! They are well seasoned and not greasy at all. Such a good, filling meal and the I asked for the potatoes to be a bit crispy but they came as they came, which was ok. Eggs were cooked to perfection...there is such a balance to scrambled eggs so they are not too wet or too over cooked. Thanks Chef for perfect eggs!!! I also ordered two eggs scrambled on the side for the pups. Great experience and we will be back...hopefully sooner than later!

Yelp
My three positives and a negative because the world needs more positivity: + easy walk to Hale theater with lots of seating + friendly service + love the art wall - the menu and food are just ok
google avatar

Yelp
Loved everything about this place and I think the food was worth the price. The ambiance inside is chill and modern, and the weather was nice so we ate on their patio which had comfortable seating as well. The service was friendly and they provided recs when asked. We tried the wood fired bread and butter to start which we would definitely get again. For entrees, I think the Salmon was the star of the show. Everything was cooked perfectly including all of the sides. Lastly, we tried a ginger mocktail and the Blush cocktail. The mocktail was a little underwhelming, but the sparkling wine in the Blush was A++. Can't wait to go back!
google avatar

Yelp
We opted to sit on the patio on a cool Saturday night, so we had a short wait. Shout out to Duke who provided great service. We started with their wood-fired bread and sweetened butter for the appetizer. I chose the roast beef dip with fries snd a side of golden beets. My family chose the white pizza and the Mac and cheese, which were fabulous, with plenty to take home. I was a little disappointed with my sandwich, which was served on a thick pretzel bun. I love the concept because it allows me to sop up the yummy au jus, but it made taking a bite difficult. I would have preferred a more traditional roll.
google avatar

Jen B.

Yelp
Liberty Market is such a cute spot with a nice vibe for brunch. The wait can be lengthy but usually moves quickly, and they do take reservations. We ordered the chilaquiles and the breakfast burrito. Both were delicious! Warning the burrito is LARGE. If you do not smothered, then it's easier to eat, plus easier to take leftovers to go. I got at least another meal out of it.

Yelp
I went for breakfast, Sunday. The service was good & I love the potatoes ! We really enjoyed the food but my husband would have liked his biscuits & gravy to be HOT! He did ask for them to come out hot but what can you do! The jam is one of the best I've had !

Yelp
March 8, 2024 Vibe: I was gonna say "girl brunch" but there were actually 3! male regulars at the bar seating. Good sign to me. Less fluff;) Food: here for breakfast after a too early flight; ordered the GREEN CHILI PORK SCRAMBLE. Would not be my normal go-to but I wanted to order something "south western" for my first meal of vaca. It was quite good! I would have taken just a little more pork, but the cheese ratio was right on! Potato's were good, I'm usually not a fan. And the biscuit also good. Drink: cheap so I got the drip coffee, weak, but they all are lol. Bloody Mary was good! Should always make it a double though. Good counter service! Thank you waiter who recognized my Elaine Benes sticker

Yelp
Note: Breakfast stops being served at 11am! I came here on my birthday the other day and was a little sad when we sat down and noticed we got lunch menus instead of breakfast. Apparently we missed the breakfast cut-off by 10 minutes. I guess I'll have to come back and try the avocado toast another day. But we ended up getting the Roast Beef Dip Sandwich and the Chilaquiles. Both were good! The green sauce had more heat than I thought, so my husband ended up eating more of it since I'm a baby when it comes to spice haha. But I got the chilaquiles with two sunny side up eggs and the yolks added another layer of creaminess, which was delicious! I think though that I like the roast beef dip better. The bread was super soft and perfect for soaking up the au jus sauce and the meat was super tender. I also liked Liberty Market's horseradish sauce. It's not like other places that have chunky raw(?) horseradish. Liberty Market's is more like a thinner, creamy horseradish sauce--and it was so good!

Yelp
My husband and I did a brunch date here because of the great reviews I found here on Yelp. Formally an actual market in the 1930s, it still keeps that precious old time feel. We didn't have to wait to be seated and were greeted nicely by both the front hostess and our waiter. The questions we had about this restaurant he was able to provide us with its history. The food was delicious. My husband opted for breakfast chilaquiles and I a salad. It was extremely filling, and one of the best I've had. They offer ginormous breakfast pastries that we forgot to order to go because we walked out so full. This is a nice place for a date or to bring the family.

Christina A.

Yelp
Wanted to love it but service was slow. When our food finally arrived, one meal was hot and the other had been sitting a while. The meat in the roast beef dip was cold and the bottom bun was completely soaked in au jus. Highlight of the meal was Wood Fired Bread and Butter appetizer.
google avatar

Kara S.

Yelp
Lovely place. Cocktails were yummy and the food was great. They even had a few options for my picky dietary needs. Place was busy and bustling but service was great and we were taken care of.

Yelp
I had never been to Liberty Market before, but I'm so glad I tried it! It's a cute place located in downtown Gilbert . We walked over from the farmer's market. We had to wait about 15 minutes which wasn't too bad for a Saturday morning. The place is very cozy with a retro feel with a modern twist. I'm not a huge breakfast eater so I had the Demi breakfast : 2 scrambled eggs, bacon, and a biscuit! We also shared a HUGE cinnamon roll. I would love to go back for happy hour and apps if I'm in the area.

Yelp
We came here for a quick lunch date. There was a short wait since it was noon on Sunday. We waited outside by the restaurant because the weather was pretty nice, and we got to read a little bit about the history of this place. It was quite interesting! We got seated at the booth in the main room. The inside felt like a typical neighborhood restaurant where you could bring your entire family out. I had an Irish coffee and my partner had an iced Americano. The Irish coffee was so good, and I rarely found it on the menu here so I was super excited to try it out. Although we did not get to try their other drinks, the cocktails looked interesting on their menu too. We were both craving burgers so we both ordered burgers with a side. I believe the burger comes with a side of chips but you can upgrade it to other sides. I upgraded it to French fries, and they were delicious. The burgers were great too although they could look a bit ordinary at first. As I walked to the bathroom at the back, I saw some other rooms sort of hidden in the back. They would be great for a larger party or for celebration purposes. They also had a patio seating with cute fairy lights.

Yelp
I will never underestimate good old bread and butter again. Having grown up in Gilbert, I've been to Liberty Market countless times. However, this was my first time back in years, and I was pleasantly surprised by all the renovations inside -- it's spacious, modern, and a fully sit-down restaurant (no more ordering at the counter), and a single shopping cart maintains the original "market" essence. Service was super friendly, as always, from everyone passing by and helping our table. Our appetizer was the bread and butter, which was shockingly good for how simple it was. Rosemary-topped wood-fired bread and sweet, airy, melt-in-your-mouth honey butter made for a *fantastic* combination. This is a can't-miss! The cobb salad was fantastic -- and our server was easily able to sub blue cheese with parmesan. The chipotle vinaigrette was the perfect dressing to balance the protein-heavy salad. While my old favorite pizza is no longer around (RIP grilled sausage with your perfect ricotta), the elote pizza is a pretty creative and delicious option. Liberty Market dough must be magical, as the thin crust never broke (even after taking leftovers to go) despite it being pretty sauce-heavy. Liberty Market is a must-try local Gilbert staple, and I'm happy it's still great after all the changes!

Yelp
We love Gilbert and the food scene! Liberty Market has been on our list and we finally came for breakfast on 7/13/24 for my birthday. They open at 8am so we surprised to see how busy they were at 8:05am when we arrived - about 80% full inside. The hostess said that there is often a line when they unlock the door. We understand why. There's a lot to like about the Liberty Market. It's historic, the atmosphere is fun, there is inside & outside seating, the onesy bathrooms are all decorated different, everyone is so friendly and customer service oriented and the food is great! We ordered the demi-breakfast - one with pancakes, sausage and fried eggs and the other with blueberry pancakes, bacon and scrambled eggs. The eggs were yummy with a nice orange yoke. We are really fussy about pancakes and these are in our top three! We liked the sausage, but loved the bacon. Our server, James was terrific and we also really enjoyed talking to one of the managers named Harry. Harry was great to give us a little historical background on Liberty Market. We plan to come back on Tuesday for my husband's birthday breakfast! The cinnamon roll looks pretty good! We may have to try them! Our

Yelp
My wife and I decided to go out for breakfast one morning and we ended up at Liberty Market in Gilbert. This place was awesome. I couldn't believe how big and spacious it was. The ambiance was surprisingly very calm and casual and the service from the hostess and our waiter was fantastic!!! We decided on trying the American standard and the Chorizo Sweet Potato Hash and both were very tasty. The menu is pretty big because they serve both lunch and dinner and I would love to come back and try both menus. Great Job Liberty Market!!!

Yelp
Liberty Market is my go to for blueberry scone and caramel latte with oat milk. Staff is always pleasant and very professional. So don't be selfish and tip your serve well. They put up with your crap so at least don't be cheap.
google avatar

Karen B.

Yelp
Absolutely love this place! Everything I've ever had is fantastic! The peach pancakes, as well as the chocolate chip pancakes, are scrumptious. The pancakes are fluffy, just perfect. The bacon is perfectly cooked. I'd eat here every day! Can't wait to try more items.

Yelp
So excited to check out the remodel of this place! It did not disappoint. I have been coming here for years and the remodel is spectacular! The service was amazing, our server was so attentive! The food was insane as always. So delicious! It was quick the atmosphere was quiet but bustling. Cannot say enough good things about the menu the food, breakfast, lunch and dinner is always amazing! Their coffee and coffee options are extensive so if you are a coffee lover this is your spot.
google avatar

Taylor W.

Yelp
First time back at Liberty since they finished renovations! What used to be an order at the counter style facility is now a full on chic restaurant. The ambiance and decor alone would bring me back, but the food was the cherry on top! Service was friendly and attentive-- and we were seated relatively quick despite it being a busy Saturday morning. The plus side is they now take reservations, so I recommend planning ahead if you have a larger party! One of my favorite Gilbert spots!
google avatar

Vernee D.

Yelp
Our FAVORITE Downtown Gilbert restaurant! If you're looking for chill brunch weekend vibes, make reservations asap. We've come here for dinner service and lunch, but we just love their breakfast. We love their renovations and every time we step in, I gush about all the details. They have a dog friendly patio outside and offer a little water bowl for your puppy! Follow their instagram for all their menu updates and specials! Favorite things to order: Green chile pork Scramble Breakfast burrito Chorizo sweet potato hash Blueberry muffin Any of their pancake specials Elote pizza Bread and butter (trust me, it's so good) Salmon BLT Tower Burger Short rib pappardelle

Yelp
Great service and the food was well made as expected. The coffee was strong and not too sweet. Definitely want to try dinner there soon

Yelp
My favorite brunch Gilbert! Has become a staple for us :) you can't go wrong with their scratch kitchen food or Cortados. We've tried multiple menu items. The staff is friendly and attentive!

Yelp
Liberty Market has revamped itself into a full service restaurant with a great bar. I was impressed that the bartender actually came to our table this discuss my cocktail, which turned out great. The food is good, not fantastic, but good. Check out the bathrooms if you go!
google avatar

Yelp
Went in today for my birthday only to learn they no longer offer the $10 birthday discount. Disappointing. We stayed and had breakfast anyway. Ordered eggs and biscuit and sausage. The gravy was way too salty. Service was friendly and quick, so quick a busses grabbed my husband's plate, before he was done, and was gone in a flash. I guess she thought since I was done so was he. Don't think it's a place a really will rush back to.
google avatar

Paul H.

Yelp
Service was great, food not so. Two sandwiches, roast beef pretzel bun was on the cold side, both our sides (fries and mash potatoes) were roughly room temperature and chicken in the chicken sandwich was insanely thin and beaten out to fill the whole bun. All in all, not worth the price.
google avatar

J E.

Yelp
DO NOT PASS UP! Excellent food, great staff and superb drinks! You cannot pass up this gem for dinner. Recommend reservations, but if you want to pop in, sit at the bar. The bartenders are wonderful and knowledgeable. Best drink: Lavender Lemonade Haze. It is seasonal, so do not miss out. Order the short rib pasta, OMG, best ever! And the grilled chicken pasta, creamy and a tiny bit of smoke, so good!!!
google avatar

Brandi L.

Yelp
The service was amazing and the food was absolutely delicious. My husband and I had chicken chorizo, sweet potato hash, we had pancakes with apples and caramel drizzle, and we tried the biscuits and gravy, and they were all so very lovely outstanding I definitely recommend.

Yelp
The ambiance and decor was so unique yet it fit the theme they were portraying. Energy in the room was truly an upscale type cafe and the bar was one of the highlights. It was really nice, the vibes I got. The food was truly spectacular There is a however, though. Our server was very good. Yet, it took her a while to notice that my partner needed a refill on his drink and the majority of the time she was only truly interacting with me. My partner also asked for a receipt copy, as he does for every restaurant we go to be it paper receipt, text, or email. It took her a long time to get that and that killed the mood. Will return hopefully sometime soon.

Yelp
My girlfriends and I made reservations for breakfast on Labor Day. My second visit, their first. (My first visit I wasn't impressed, so I said I'd give it another try) The restaurant had been remodeled and there is a wall long bar and new booths down the center since last I'd been there. Service was slow: restaurant was busy. I'm not sure if the waiter was new or maybe overwhelmed. It took some time to take our order and bring it back. That said, cinnamon roll-- which we split was delicious--huge,fluffy with delicious frosting. The rest of breakfast was not remarkable, eggs needed some work--I ordered over easy which was overcooked--not a big deal. My girlfriends eggs were also cooked not has requested. Had to ask waiter for butter and honey for our biscuits (biscuits had a nice crust outside (not hard but more crispy?), fluffy and tasty Inside. Had to ask for another set of silverware post cinnamon roll, butter and honey for the biscuits, ketchup, hot sauce...which took time. Coffee and water had to be asked for...again, more time. We even had to ask for our bill. The floors in the bathroom stalls---at least the stall I was in, was filthy--it had not been mopped, easily for days (gross). Other than that, the bathroom was a cool set-up. I really want to like this longstanding local Gilbert restaurant. The food was improved from my first visit but it still needs work on service and cleanliness. Maybe a third visit will be in order after some time---third time is a charm, right?

Yelp
I've been here a few time with friends and/or family and it's always been a great meal - they have a great menu and are willing to do substitutions to accommodate dietary preferences if needed. My most recent visit was to fit the bill for something "cozy" and it was perfect. Our server did a great job of checking in with us. We split the jalapeño popper empanadas which were amazing - kind of like an empanada with puff pastry and a jalapeño popper inside. I'd go back for those alone! I got the market pizza, which had red sauce, ricotta, and peppadew peppers - I asked for no sausage - and it was amazing. The spice from the peppers was exquisite! I will be back.

Yelp
Friends coming in from Tucson wanted to meet up for breakfast. Based on reviews we decided to try it. Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures but should have. I had Avacado toast ... terrible It was one piece regular sized piece of wheat bread ( could have been Dave's) not even toasted all the way with some avacado spread on top and 3 giantic thin sliced radishes. $11 Way overpriced... friends one had Demi breakfast.. fair but looked sad. Other had the breakfast sandwich and that's the only reason I gave a 3 ~$15 I feel there are far better breakfast choices and much better value. Our server was very good though ...

Stacy M.

Yelp
A really laid-back spot with a classic diner vibe, but with a nice modern touch. The service was excellent, and the food was amazing. I'll definitely be back to try more!

Yelp
One of my favorite DT Gilbert spots! It's easy to make a reservation online and the ambiance inside is beautiful. The food is amazing! I've tried several dishes here they're quite delicious. I highly recommend getting the wood-fired bread + butter as the appetizer. The butter has honey in it and it's so good! Our whole table's mouth was watering when we ate the bread. We got an Elote Pizza for the table to share and it was a hit. If you're in a mood for pasta, you can't go wrong with the Grilled Chicken Pasta or the Braised Short Rib Pappardelle (my personal favorite). Overall, it's a great atmosphere and has well rounded choices for anyone. I am definitely coming back for the bread!

Yelp
Liberty Market exceeded all expectations! Not only was the food exceptionally good, but the service was also outstanding. Our server was incredibly attentive and easygoing, making the dining experience all the more enjoyable. The bread with honey butter set a pleasant tone for the meal. The apricot chicken struck a perfect balance between sweet and savory, leaving our taste buds satisfied. The skillful preparation in each bite made the dining experience stand out. Beyond the food, the ambiance at Liberty Market added another layer of enjoyment to our visit. The super cool atmosphere complemented the delicious meal, creating a welcoming and vibrant setting. We were nestled into a diner style booth. In summary, if you're looking for a place with not only fantastic food but also exceptional service and a great ambiance, Liberty Market is the go-to spot. We left satisfied and eager to return.

Yelp
I love the remodeling since our last visit four years ago. The food has always been great with lots of healthy choices. The extended dinner menu made it all that much better! Love the ambience and service was also good. I had the golden beet salad with goat cheese and added grilled shrimp delicious! My husband's salad Asian noodle salad tasted Like there wasn't any dressing on it, and was very spicy, so ginger flavor was lost.

Yelp
We were seeing a show at the Hale Theater and didn't have a lot of time. Liberty Market is across the street so we decided to try it. We were very impressed with our food and the service! Our food was delicious and came out very quickly. We will definitely be back next time we're in Gilbert!

Yelp
Liberty Market is one of my favorite spots in downtown Gilbert. The vibe is great, the service is excellent, and the food is fantastic! What more could you ask for? I've been here a couple of times and tried the following: Jalapeño popper empanadas $12 Elote pizza $15 Power vegan bowl $14 These prices reflect November 2022, my first visit. Loved everything, especially the empanadas and the elote pizza. The combination of roasted jalapeños, cheddar, cream cheese, cotija, cilantro, and charred avocado salsa in the empanadas is very tasty. The elote pizza comes with tomatillo-white sauce, smoked mozzarella, roasted corn, red onions, fresno chiles, lime aioli, cilantro, and cotija.. exactly what you'd expect in an elote! I loved it so much I had to go back for it! On my second visit, I ordered two of the elote pizzas, and my family and I devoured them at home within minutes. Can't wait to return for more elote pizza as well as to try other items on the menu!

Yelp
I've enjoyed Liberty Market before but our most recent takeout order had a RAW chicken sandwich. Ten bites in, I noticed blood. That's an automatic 1 star and "never returning" for me.

Yelp
Been here a number of times. Food is delish. Service good. Love the story behind them opening this restaurant and the history of Liberty Market, when it was a grocery store owned by a Chinese family. Have been coming here for years. All foods and desserts are so yummy. Highly recommend.

Yelp
This review is short and has nothing to do with the food. Why? Well we never got a chance to eat. My wife and I went to Liberty on July 4th, fitting right? We were promptly greeted by a very nice hostess, seated at a booth, which the hostess jokingly said, "best table in the house." Then nothing. We waited, looked over the menu, waited, server walked by, then another, oh wait that server made eye contact! Oh no not our server. Apparently, the "best table" in the house comes with no service. Sigh... but wait. We walked across the street to Joe's Real BBQ (equally fitting for a 4th of July meal), and loved it!!!!
