No words can describe the Liberty National experience. Arriving on a boat to the course was top-notch. The views and course layout were wonderful. Had a blast and would love to come back on my next trip. Not to mention, my favorite artist performed on stage right in front of me! At night, it's absolutely magical. Best course I've played.

Liberty National is absolutely the finest golf course near Manhattan! Private ferry, practice facility, course, clubhouse, food, and service are unparalleled! Enjoy

Great views of NYC. Trails for biking, running and walking.

What an amazing track. My wife and I have been here on several occasions for the Presidents Cup and the Northern Trust but never imagined being able to play it. Just as others have reviewed this place, it really is a special place with the amazing skyline of NYC on almost every hole. I was fortunate enough to get an invite to play this incredible place on Saturday 10/15/22 with the perfect fall weather. From the professionalism of the Valet to our caddy Tony to the locker room attendant and everything in between this was a special day for me and the friends I was with. If you are fortunate enough to play this track do it as you will remember it forever.

Simply put - spectacular! From the amenities, service, staff, views to a great risk-reward designed course - one of the best experiences I had. Love it!

Great venue for the northern trust golf tournament. We purchased the club pass and had easy access to drinks and restrooms. The club overlooked the course and we could see several holes as the players moved through.

Incredible views of Manhattan skyline, Lady Liberty. Beautiful and well maintained golf course. Excellent practice facilities and food.

The course was exceptionally well maintained and was challenging but not overly difficult. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only area that needs attention is the bar and restaurant staff. They seemed to be distracted even though there were only a handful of people eating and drinking.

The Barclays 2013 event was held here - and the view across to the city and to the Statue was amazing. The accessibility from the parking lots in Jersey City wasn't great (shuttles) but at least the buses were A/C'd last year (2014 from the regular lots in Paramus they weren't necessarily with A/C on). The facilities have a little bit of a crowded feel to them (there were a lot of people here) and the one big downside, always someone walking around telling people not to take pictures, despite taking pictures of NY being one of the big draws. The course itself had plenty of water (we were right by the Hudson & bay), and it had rained earlier in the week - made for some low scores that people loved to see and cheer for (including the eventual winner Scott).

I live in Port Libertè and it made going to the Barclays an easy and awesome experience. Liberty National looked. Hope they have more public events soon.

Now, I did not get to go to the Barclays over the weekend. I was, however, lucky enough to get a tour last week before the Barclays started. My corporation was one of the many sponsors so I was one of the chosen few (well, one of the few who actually wanted to go - bunch of dummies I work with) to get a look at the place. Again, I have never been more proud to be from Jersey City after taking a gander at the place. Stupidly, I forgot to bring my camera so I was not able to take any pictures. But let me assure you, it is a gorgeous place. Of course, this was the very first golf course I had ever been to, so I really cannot compare it to anything else. To think that just a few years ago, this was a dump of a place, with alot of truck factories, a huge swamp, and lots of contamination from factories in the area. And now to see it as a sprawling golf course just brings a little tear to my eye. Now if someone can lend me $500K to join the club, I would appreciate it.

One of the most specatcular and most scenic golf courses in the country! 15 minutes outside of Manhatten and overlooking The Statue of Liberty!! As good as it gets! They just opened a Mclean Golf School which should be an amazing asset. My kids have taken lessons there and have benefited greatly!!! If you want to check it out...Liberty National will be hosting the Barclays this year in August.

LNGC is the complete package. An unbelievable golf course where every hole is unique and challenging. The views from the course and clubhouse of Manhattan are phenomenal. The Statue of Liberty can be seen from almost everywhere on the property. The clubhouse is modern and the food is amazing. Given the level exclusivity the club has a very relaxed atmosphere. Overall an amazing experience. Teens and younger kids are allowed on the practice facility and course.

I attended the Barclays event last week. I was stuck in traffic. I paid a lot of $$$$. I was herded along with hundreds and hundreds of patrons. I didn't get to swing my Big Bertha. I SAW TIGER WOODS LOSE. YEAH!!!!!

Everything about this place is amazing! Great course with five tee boxes, some short holes and some monsters. Food, clubhouse and service are all fantastic. And best of all the views from the course - simply stunning!!

After the first time you play, you realize the novelty is just that, a novelty. Anyone who would prefer this over most county courses should take a second and think about what part of them is evaluating this course, is it the one that enjoys quality, challenge, breathtaking scenery, and a good golfing experience or the type that like to show superiority over others simply based on an idea. If i've played 100 different courses this doesn't make the top 98. Not in any way. I've played at least 15 courses in NJ better than this for the overall experience. Not worth your time or money after you've taken your photos with NYC from a landfill. Save your money after that.

Stunning park and walkway to come visit at night, definitely a cheap date idea that offers the view of the city and Lady Liberty.
