Owner and eponym Manuel Liepert serves up fine dining cuisine Mon-Tue and Fri-Sat (reservations required). This comes in the form of a five- to seven-course surprise menu preluded by a number of delectable amuse-bouches. Elegant yet very comfortable boutique hotel. We couldn’t have the chance to try the restaurant because it was Sunday and closed. But the hotel part was good and great value for money. Big rooms with lots of amenities.

Was für ein wundervoller Abend! Ein Ort, an dem Genuss, Herzlichkeit und Niveau auf einzigartige Weise zusammenkommen. Schon beim Betreten merkt man: Hier steckt Liebe im Detail. Die Atmosphäre ist warm und stilvoll, ohne je abgehoben zu wirken. Die Wirtsleute sind unglaublich sympathisch – herzlich, aufmerksam und dabei angenehm unaufdringlich. Man fühlt sich rundum willkommen. Kulinarisch? Eine echte Geschmacksexplosion! Jeder Gang war ein kleines Kunstwerk – nicht nur optisch wunderschön angerichtet, sondern auch geschmacklich perfekt abgestimmt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die interessante Weinbegleitung, bei der seltene, ortsansässige Weine präsentiert wurden – sorgfältig ausgewählt und mit spannenden Geschichten serviert. Das Niveau der Küche ist außergewöhnlich hoch, und dennoch bleibt alles angenehm bodenständig. Diese Kombination aus Qualität, Leidenschaft und Bodenhaftung findet man selten – umso schöner, dass es Orte wie das Lieperts gibt. Mein Fazit: Ein kulinarisches Erlebnis mit Herz und Verstand. Wer Genuss auf hohem Niveau sucht und dabei Wert auf Regionalität, Gastfreundschaft und das gewisse Etwas legt, sollte sich das Lieperts nicht entgehen lassen.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt! Wir haben eine Nacht hier zusammen mit Hund verbracht. Sehr Tierlieb! Gastgeber sehr freundlich und bemüht. Parkplatz in der Nähe (ein paar Meter zu Fuß)Das Frühstück war ein wahnsinn und die Zimmer sehr sauber, modern und mit unfassbaren komfort. Hier wird auf die Liebe zum Detail geachtet: Kaffee, Tee, Raumluftbefeuchter, Ladekabel für alle Handytypen, Schokofondue, Steamer, Damenhygeneartikel etc. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder. Ein kleines Manko: Die Kirchenglocke bzw. Straße war im Zimmer sehr deutlich zu hören, da das Zimmer Straßenseitig ausgerichtet ist.Für uns war das aber kein Problem
