Poor Service & No ACCOUNTABILITY was approved for a loan, but because of a small mistake on my application, LiftFund is now demanding a different license than the one I already have on file. All I wanted was to correct my error, but every call I’ve made has been met with rudeness, lies, and zero accountability.
I’ve been told for over two weeks that no supervisor is available, my calls are “escalated” but never returned, and their decision is “final.” Staff talk over me, refuse to help, and show no professionalism or respect for small business owners who pay taxes and are trying to grow.
This program is supposed to help people, but instead, I’ve been met with delays, bad attitudes, and no real solutions. I’m asking for a supervisor or the CEO to contact me directly—this is unacceptable.
