The food and wine pairing were absolutely fantastic. Every wine perfectly complemented the dishes. The staff were true professionals, attentive and welcoming throughout the evening. The restaurant is beautiful both inside and out. Thank you for such an amazing experience. This was our first visit, but definitely not our last. 🤩🫠😋

Unbelievable experience in Lignum. Every dish from the 16 course menu was perfection. We loved every single bite. The balance of flavours was exceptional. The sauces were delicate and not too rich, which was nice, and we left full, but not feeling sick from all the rich food. Some beautiful and interesting combinations of ingredients, a lot sourced locally. The service was very attentive, yet not overbearing. The restaurant and the lounge are so cosy and we enjoyed all the tactile elements. Looking forward to coming back and trying the summer menu!

The 16-course tasting menu at Lignum is one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. A beautiful stone building with wood-burning stoves, soft lighting, and earthy décor sets the tone. The menu is provided at the end so you can fully immerse yourself in the flavours of each dish. Service was excellent, and the food was exceptional. I’m already looking forward to returning.

This is without the best meal I’ve had. Highlights were the ravioli. The pork was incredible and the dessert with the cashel blue cheese - I won’t say how good it is, but you won’t be disappointed. And an absolutely stunning champagne.

We had the Saturday lunch and it was an unforgettable experience. The food was unreal, and the service was fantastic. Great value as well considering the quality of all the courses. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely fabulous – a refreshing new take on Irish food and dining. We took my wife here for her birthday and chose the Sunday lunch menu – everything was perfect from start to finish. From the moment the four of us arrived, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The gardens, the stunning building, and most of all, the warm and genuinely lovely staff made the experience feel special without being pretentious. Even the owner picking the ingredients for her herbal tea was super special... oh and the desert was incredible... The food? Simply outstanding – beautifully prepared with top-quality ingredients. We’ll definitely be back!

Truly unforgettable — the best dining experience I’ve ever had. We had the 18-course tasting menu with wine pairings at Lignum, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. Every single course was creative, beautifully presented, and absolutely packed with flavour a real journey from start to finish. The wine pairings were so well thought out and elevated the whole experience even more. The service was next level, warm, knowledgeable, and perfectly paced. And the setting? Unreal. It strikes that perfect balance with a calm, atmospheric feel that just adds to the magic. Genuinely the most incredible food experience I’ve had can’t recommend it enough
