Amazing service here and very clean inside. There are so so many different flavors of popsicles and they offer vegan options! The popsicles are sooooo delicious. The texture is amazing. They are definitely the best popsicles I've tried. My boyfriend who came with me got the matcha moci pie and said it was delicious, he was talking about it for the rest of the day because it was so good.

Google
tonight I had apple pie bar ice cream and apple cider donut cookie (not photographed). Both were delicious any and every ice cream I’ve ever had from here was always delicious. I look forward to continuing to try their different flavors

Oooh, this is a little gem and a great alternative to a traditional ice cream cone. It's going on my BESegal Ice Cream Tour. Lots of interesting flavors, both traditional like Vietnamese coffee and chocolate and adventurous like rose petal. Prices are a little higher than some ice cream shops, $3 for a small pop and $4 for a large, but well worth it.

Google
We had mango sticky rice(ok in taste), matcha mochi( didn't like it at all) and a scoop of hibiscus ginger and double nutty chocolate. I loved their hibiscus ginger flavor. It's very unique.

Google
Yummy pops! Line moved decently quick for how many people came on a Saturday night. Really enjoyed trying the different flavors like coffee and mint. Those were both yummy. They have a few outdoor tables for seating. Staff members were nice!

Google
Not sure of the high average rating. The interior of the store was mundane, and the ice cream matched its quality. The sandwhich tastes like something you can buy at a grocery store. There are probably better options to buy some ice cream.

Google
Mango sticky rice pop is the way to go. Definitely the most expensive popsicle I’ve ever had tho lol 🥲🥲

Google
Cookies and cream popsicle was okay, would not go back. My wife had the strawberry and likewise thought it was bland. Just buy ice cream or sorbet at a grocery store instead - it will taste better and you’ll save money. Cash back in all ones was annoying but part of paring in cash I suppose. Nice to sit outside though that’s the only place to sit.

Yelp
The flavors are unique and delicious for all of the pops and flavors of ice cream I've tried thus far. I love the availability and freshness of flavors and I love that almost everyone can have pops/scoops without fear of dietary restrictions! They offer pints for purchase to go. I loved the corn pop! For me, the ice cream is always a little too sweet but I love how the kids size scoop is a great deal and good size. The ordering is done at a counter and it was fast and quick. Inside there are a few stools to sit at a counter but most order to go. The inside is bright with painted characters on the wall and decorated very nicely with ivys. I highly recommend if in the area!

Yelp
I first came to Lil' Pop Shop back during the height of the pandemic, having ordered their Blackberry Vanilla and Basil Limeade Pops, which I thought were quite tasty. Lil' Pop Shop was originally on my radar because I saw that their Rittenhouse location sold pies and specifically a matcha mochi pie. As a lover of all things matcha, I wanted to try a slice but I don't believe their Rittenhouse location has opened back up since the pandemic. Alternatively, I had previously seen that they had a matcha mochi pop so when I heard that Lil' Pop Shop was due to close down Dec 2, I knew I had to visit them one last time. My husband and I ended up coming here as a pre-dinner dessert, opting to take our pops to go. The inside of the shop was bright with some quirky painted characters on the wall. The place felt like a grab-and-go spot with a few stools to sit on and the quick service. The pops menu is seperated by a creamy section and a non-dairy section, which I appreciated for those who can't consume dairy. Their flavors change daily so make sure to check their Instagram story (@lilpopshop) for the latest updates. My husband ordered the Vietnamese Iced Coffee Pop and I ordered the Matcha Mochi Pop, both of which were under the creamy sections but they didn't taste that creamy. I didn't personally like the Vietnamese Iced Coffee Pop because the coffee flavor was really strong. (I'm not a coffee drinker but I usually like coffee flavored desserts) The Matcha Mochi Pop tasted like an iced matcha latte with mochi bits (the kind you would get as a topping at frozen yogurt shops) throughout. I thought it was a smidge too sweet and I wish the mochi was evenly dispersed throughout the pop but I liked it overall. A really unique pop! Would I go back? : I would if I could :'( Sadly, I'll never get to try their matcha mochi pie but I'm glad I had the chance to try their matcha mochi pop at least. Their partner Weckerly's Ice Cream is scheduled to close down Dec 23 so make sure to support these businesses while you have the chance!
google avatar

Yelp
This spot is POPPING on a Wednesday night, twenty minutes before close. I got our order super fast, without efficient and friendly customer service. I love how clean this place always is. The fact that they carry Weckerly's ice cream is a winner, and I'm sure has helped Lil Pop Shop to maintain and increase its popularity. This is a fave spot for my family, check out the picture of my sons :)
google avatar

L L.

Yelp
This is Weckerly's and Lil Pop Shop so the Yelp store title ought to state that (like Google does). If you're starving for ice cream it's better than nothing, and I'm happy the ice cream is made with organic milk. The ice cream needed salt. That's a rare observation but true here. The ice cream sandwich cookies were undercooked. This is charming to some, I guess, makes people think it's "so homemade" or "so organic" but it's really just hazardous. I worried I'd get sick hours after risking eating it. Not really worth it.

Yelp
As a Vietnamese person, I say their viet coffee flavor popsicle is legit! Very "chill" place.
google avatar

Angie L.

Yelp
Per the employee's suggestion, went for the non-dairy Strawberry Matcha Lemonade pop! Absolutely refreshing on a humid Philly day. As you can tell from the shop's name, the pops were on the lil' side, but honestly that's a plus for those of us who struggle with portion control amirite

Yelp
Best Popsicles I have ever had. I got the Mango Sticky Rice Popsicle, and it actually tasted like a iced version of the authentic dessert, so delicious. I was very skeptical, when I ordered it, because I usually hate fake mango taste, but this one used real mangoes! This was perfect for a hot summer day. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice quick dessert.
google avatar

Yelp
This review is for the Weckerly's portion of the store! I ordered the black and white ice cream sandwich. It is a bit pricy but it was a decent size! Overall, I thought it was pretty good, especially the ice cream. However, I do wish the cookie portion was a bit softer more like a traditional ice cream sandwich so there was more textural variety.
google avatar

Aimy T.

Yelp
It's a bit of a splurge, but I can't stop splurging this summer because these are truly the best pops I've ever had. Garden mint, mango sticky rice, and coconut hibiscus are my faves. I feel like there are already tons of great reviews, so I'll just break it down like this: 1. Packed with flavor like no other pop 2. Wrapped in compostable paper (both the pops and the sandwiches) 3. The nicest staff who will patiently explain the unique flavors Also highly recommend the artisanal Weckerly's ice cream sandwiches, holy smokes. So far I've only tried the Juneberry and the Blueberry Dream but every component is perfection.

Marissa Y.

Yelp
Last time I went it was solely a popsicle place. I am pretty sure that's still the case. They have a variety of unique items that seem to rotate. They use authentic ingredients, which you can see and taste: real fruit, actual coconuts, etc. it's counter service with a few tables outside. Service was fast and polite. The ambiance is what you would expect for a mostly togo popsicle place.
google avatar

Clarissa V.

Yelp
Expensive popsicles. The flavors were ok. Coconut was purple for some reason. Strawberry was super tart and syrupy tasting. Not tasting strawberry per se. I forget what other flavor I got but it wasn't memorable I dunno. Not gonna go out of my way for these little guys I just don't want to pay this much for a frozen stick of juice. I miss my paletas in Mexico, Puerto Rico and Colombia for like pennies compared to this and real taste and pieces of fruit with fancy fruits like passion and lilu

Yelp
A cute lil' must-try popsicle shop in West Philly ! I used to come hear as a student at Drexel university. Came again after 4 years and it still held the same charm. They have a list of unique and tasty flavors of popsicles - both creamy and non-diary. This time round we tried honey-lavender and mango-passion fruit. The honey-lavender was sublime ! Creamy , honey sweet with a hint of lavender. The non-dairy mango-passion fruit was pretty good too. Some other favorite flavors of mine include vanilla w/ sprinkles, chocolate w/ salted caramel brownie, coconut-hibiscus etc. They do have a couple of tables to sit but it's usually a take away joint (especially now in covid times). They do observe all the required covid safety measures. I would definitely recommend this hole-in-the-wall popsicle place whenever you are strolling around the West Philly or Penn campus !

Yelp
I posted my review this morning but within 5 minutes of posting-it had vanished. Since it was a 4 star review, I have no idea what provoked the cancellation... My first and last time visiting this place was extremely ODD. For starters, any diminutive spelling of 'little' makes me want to scream, break things and avoid he/she/it that is using the diminutive. But I digress... My Rainbow Sister friend Kirin took me here after learning I'd never visited before. I was agog at some of the interesting flavor combinations (coconut hibiscus!) and immediately gravitated to the Kashmiri chai and the Vietnamese iced coffee. Since we were heading back to K.'s house after picking up some pops, she assured me I'd have ample opportunity to try other flavors as well. What has prevented me from returning to the Pop Shop was the odd behavior of the counter person. The shop is clean and inviting, the goods are all nicely displayed and labeled but from the second we walked into the shop, the bizarre questions and affect of the woman working there made me want to leave immediately. She wanted to know if my friend and I were a 'committed couple,' how long we had known each other, where we'd met, our astrological signs and a lot of other invasive questions. We politely ignored the ongoing inquisition and made our selections. Fortunately K. had been here many times before so we did not need to call upon the pontificating clerk for advice. The pops are $4 each but they are made with organic ingredients, some are vegan, they are not mass produced in a far away factory thus the price seems reasonable for the quality. After the counter person told us she felt our 'vibes' and could see our auras, we knew absolutely not to linger. As we made a hasty departure, she called after us, 'Will you take my number so we can talk again?' That would be a resounding NO. I was so enamored of the Vietnamese iced coffee pop, it is now on the rotation request list when company is coming and they ask if they can bring something. There is no more refreshing and uplifting way to face a humid Philly morning in August than with one of these ice lollies in hand. These are also a salutary aide as a morning pick me up/eye opener after a night of too much imbibing. No doubt there has been a change of staff since my initial encounter though I have not been able to sufficiently gird my loins for a second in person visit. Don't let that keep you from stocking up on the outstanding, creative frozen goodies here.

Yelp
'Loved, loved the Rosewater Lemonade ice pop', this was my hard to please mothers quote. She just went on and on about the ice pop. Some of her other comments were, 'this is like the best glass of lemonade you could ever have', 'boy this is so refreshing', and 'can you imagine cubes of this in a glass of water, for those who don't like water?' Okay mom I get it you liked the ice pop! The location of Lil' Pop Shop is clean and in a fairly nice area in University City however parking is at a premium. I must say the taste is worth circling the block. I found the prices fair on the pop's but I did not inquire into the pies in the cases there were at least 6 choices. When I arrived at the store at approximately 6:30 there were two guest sitting and enjoying their purchase. There is nice ample seating inside and out there are either store or neighborhood curbside seats. Although I was the only person requiring service the person behind the counter was less than inviting when acknowledging me or providing answers to my questions. The person was not rude but her manner but her demeanor had an impact on my small purchase. More attention and information greater purchase I didn't learn enough information to encourage a larger purchase. Finally the lack of customer service is the reason for 4 out of 5 stars, flavor and everything else 5 stars.

Yelp
I'm not much of a sweet tooth, but these popsicles are just the right amount of sweet. They have a variety of flavors that rotate I believe. I've only been here twice and saw different flavors both times. The first time I went, I got the sweet corn pop and it was THE BEST. My girlfriend wanted to trade her lychee pop for my corn, so I shared most of mine. The second time we went, I was hoping to see the sweet corn, but :( The black sesame pop was decent, I just had sesame seeds in between my teeth for the next hour. These pops are a refreshing dessert after a nice meal at the nearby restaurants.

Yelp
Came here randomly with my wife and tried 2 popsicles, cute & nice shop we didn't know about a few blocks from us.

Yelp
The Vietnamese iced coffee popsicle was flavorful and refreshing. It was the perfect degree of rich and dark. That alone would have merited 4-5 stars. However, the mini classic ice cream sandwich at the Baltimore Ave. Saturday Stroll was disappointing. The vanilla ice cream filling was entirely forgettable. The chocolate cookie sandwich had a brownie-like texture, which wasn't bad per se, but it was salty. I'm a fan of salted caramel-ish desserts, but this erred too much on the salty side. Combined with the underwhelming filling, it felt like a mouthful of a brownie recipe gone bad (which I've tasted from personal experience :}. Hopefully, another flavor in the graham cracker cracker ice cream sandwich won't disappoint. Holdin' out hope!

Yelp
the easiest and best dessert spot! they have just the right amount of options for all of their pop flavors ranging from milk based to juice based! milk is perfect when you need some creamy sweetness and i always opt for the juice when it's hot out and i'm craving something refreshing! i've tried nearly all the flavors and i encourage all to step out of their comfort zone! don't just get the matcha or vanilla because it's what you know (even though they're good). i once tried their chocolate wine brownie flavor that they only carried for a short time and it was DIVINE!!!! i await the day it returns.

Yelp
For a place with desserts and a quick stop in, this is an alright bet. I've had their pops many times, usually for free, but today I went in to try the pie on this Pi day! (3.14.2018) The flavors were varied, with a bunch of fruit, chocolate, and classic options. I opted for the fig pecan, because I love the classic pecan pie and haven't had a fruit spin on it. And it was just that. The classic, buttery flakey crust with a thick molasses pecan inside, with a hefty hint of fig in the fuller bites. Overall it was soft and just what I needed for a pie day! The worker greeted me with a smile and didn't pressure me to order, even though I was the only person in line. There was one couple there, and they loved their flavors so much that they got an extra two slices on their way out. There's room for kids to play and sit, so I'm thinking they cater to parents who bring their kids in, but it's alright for anyone. Overall, a nice place to sit in a bright, colorful room and eat pie with a friend or two, or in the summer, sit outside and enjoy what West Philly has to offer.

Yelp
What a cool concept for a frozen treat shop. I decided to stop in with my baby nephew on a fun Saturday afternoon. The lil pop shop is a small cutsey store that has a variety of different fancy popsicles. I like that thier popsicles had both non dairy and dairy flavors. I decided to get the coconut lycée, cause I love coconut! surprising my nephew loves coconut too cause he decided to get the coconut hibiscus. Baby nephew definitely enjoyed his popsicle, he even sung a song about it as we walked back to the car. I also enjoyed mines as well, it was sweet, refreshing and tasted like coconut. Overall lil pop shop is cute, a lil pricey, it's 3.00 for a popsicle, but they have a plethora of different flavors from mango pineapple banana to chocolate brownie, which is awesome for a hot summer day, I'll come back.
google avatar

Brittany S.

Yelp
Great customer service, pretty fast and great flavors I love the blueberry cobble(I think that's what it's called, just remember it being a blueberry ice cream lol) on a waffle cone!
google avatar

Hyejo L.

Yelp
Popsicles aka the perfect treat for summer (or really any time of the year hah)! I really like how you can decide if you want a small or large popsicle depending on what you feel like getting. There are also non-dairy options for those who are vegan or lactose-intolerant (or just want to get non-dairy). Also if you don't want a popsicle, there are other options like matcha pie (really delicious, would highly recommend). There are creamy and fruity flavors, out of which my favorites are green tea mochi, Vietnamese iced coffee, and mango passionfruit. I keep telling myself to try a different flavor next time but I always end up getting one of those three flavors. If you have a friend who loves this place, they offer gift cards! Great idea for a present. I do agree with other people that it's kinda pricey. It's $3 for a small and closer to $4 for a large. So I would come here only to treat myself, or to take a friend visiting Philly.
google avatar

Kathleen L.

Yelp
Just saw this place featured on the Philly Yelp Instagram page and realized I was a few blocks away so I haaaaaad to go try it out. Y'all this was delicious. The space was cute and great for families with little ones. Come prepared to make a hard decision as their flavors are so good and you'll want all of em. My husband got the lemon & blueberry buttermilk pop and devoured it so fast I only got a nibble! And I got the lychee coconut and it tasted like real lychee!!!! It was so refreshing. The coconut wasn't too dominating (I don't love coconut flavored things). They're a lil expensive but a fun treat yo self on a hot day. Also thankful for all the non-dairy flavors!!!!!
google avatar

Bridget K.

Yelp
This place is awesome! Came here on a Friday night and it was deserted. Whenever I've passed by here, I never see any customers inside... it's strange. Their popsicles are amazing! I had the Mayan Chocolate non dairy popsicle. It was supposed to be spicy like a Mexican Hot Chocolate but it wasn't. Very fudgy and delicious. My brother had their Green Tea Mochi dairy flavor and loved it. He really likes the texture of the mochi. I was so happy to see their non dairy flavors! They had about 6-7 non dairy flavors. Coconut Hibiscus, Coconut Chai, Apple Cider, Pineapple Mango.. can't remember the rest. As for dairy flavors they had vanilla with sprinkles, earl grey, green tea mochi, etc. $3 for a small pop and $3.70 for a large pop. We will definitely be back!
google avatar

Kateria N.

Yelp
The most delicious ice pops. They taste like something you'd make at home but waaaaaayyyy better. So happy to see their dairy free option. They're plentiful. Amazing flavors. Cute seating outside.
google avatar

Jerry C.

Yelp
These pops used to be amazing now the last few weeks the flavors have been off and the wrapper is refrozen to the pop making it difficult if not impossible to remove all the paper. I get the Chocolate salted caramel and they were the bomb. I wrote the first review and praised the quality of these ice pops. Two weeks ago there was a different flavor of hot spice in it and since then the wrappers are impossible to remove like if they are being let partially thaw and refrozen or too low of a freezer temperature. At $4.00 a pop and one of the few items they sell they should be able to get it right. I threw out my pop right out front tonight after telling the person working there that is is a consistent problem lately and she suggested I was not removing the wrapper slowly enough. I had been a very consistent customer since April and am rethinking my treat selection.
google avatar

Vidhi S.

Yelp
This place is small and so cute. Lights strung around the top make it fun to take pictures. They advertise small and large pops but only one of the pops seemed to have the option. Though at $4 the large pops are very much worth it and I was easily able to finish it. I went with the lychee flavor which was very good and tasted just like lychee and it was vegan! Friend got a hibiscus and another friend got a coffee flavor. Plenty of vegan options which were more popsicle style and also nonvegan more creamy styles. Some place to sit outside and also fun outdoor benches.
google avatar

Elizabeth R.

Yelp
I love this place. All the pops taste so good and fresh. I haven't had a bad one yet but the Vietnamese iced coffee is my favorite. I wish they had the mini ones as an option more often.
google avatar

Nikhita K.

Yelp
The ice pops were great I liked the blueberry one and it was rich and creamy, great for a little pick me up.

Yelp
The kid in me is saying "yum yum, heavens on a stick", the adult in me is saying "$$$$, why is heaven so expensive!" Thus the struggle every time I visit the Lil' Pop Shop. I wish there were shops like this one, so at least there competitive pricing or something. However, there is none like the Lil' Pop Shop, only the Pop Shop itself. This is the only place you get flavors like earl grey tea with pepper on a popsicle. The only chef crazy enough to make stuff like garden mint and mochi green tea frozen on a stick. Whatever you feel like trying, it will be good. You see? This place is dangerous, it borderline unhealthy addictions. One pop will never be enough. The popsicles here are creamy, flavorful with the right amount of sweet and exotic. With so many dessert places popping up, it can be jarring to find a truly unique spot. With the Lil Pop Shop, you know for sure you will get that one of a kind experience, just make sure you work a Lil extra before heading over!
google avatar

Elizabeth M.

Yelp
I've worked with Lil' Pop Shop for drop-off catering orders, as well as visited the West Philly location several times. I've tried a lot of the flavors, but my favorite is the Vietnamese Iced Coffee (cold brew coffee and chicory sweetened with condensed milk, featuring Rival Bros Whistle and Cuss coffee). I also love the Chai Latte (housemade chai spices with cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, candied ginger in a coconut milk base). You really can't go wrong - any popsicle from Lil' Pop Shop is refreshing and perfectly indulgent!
google avatar

Jack M.

Yelp
Thank goodness I did not listen to Clarissa. This place was amazing... Everything is made fresh with real fruits and ingredients... I don't shop by price... I shop by quality... And these were some quality pops. You know the saying folks... You get what you pay for. I don't understand someone wanting to pay Mexican prices at American eatery. Some yelpers reviews are just so unhelpful. If you want a good treat... Something really unique and flavorful... The little pop shop is one of those places that can provide you a good experience. We were a party of five and everybody got something different... We were all very impressed and will be back.
google avatar

Salina T.

Yelp
I was visiting Philly and my friends recommended to go to this place for a sweet treat on that hot day. The store is simplistic with its main focus on the popsicles. There's a variety of unique flavors and honestly I wanted to get them all but in fears of anymore cavities I only got the Green Tea Mocha Popsicle. Didn't taste like a watered-down Popsicle, but like green tea boba in a popsicle. Key feature was that there was real mochi inside. It's like a spontaneous party in your mouth done right!

Yelp
HORRAY for Lil' pop shop having a pop up stand at the Franklin Fleat Market because I got to try them!! my $3 Vietnamese coffee pop was JUST what i needed to cool off on a hot day AND to wake up from that mid-day lull ---vietnamese coffee pop: perfect strong coffee flavor & sweetness... i can imagine the other flavors being just as good! glad to see they have a brick & mortar store!

Yelp
We recently hired Lil Pop Shop to serve popsicles for our wedding guests after the wedding and before they headed back into the city. They were incredibly easy to work with and communicative. There was the option for them to bring a cart to serve out of our just to serve out of freezer bags. When they realized that our specific situation did not require the cart, they offered to have just the person with the freezer bag, which saved us some money! Payment was super easy and the team member who came to serve was wonderful. They even offered to bring dry ice so that we could take the extra home with us. We ordered 35 chocolate salted caramel brownie, 35 matcha mochi, 35 vanilla birthday cake, 35 mango passionfruit, 35 Vietnamese iced coffee, and 20 rose lemonade. Given the chance to do it again, I would order more chocolate and iced coffee and less vanilla and matcha mochi (even though the matcha mochi is my personal favorite). Thanks to the team for being a part of our big day!

Yelp
I normally love ice cream over popsicles, but this shop changes my mind about Popsicles. They turn a childhood favorite snack into a gourmet ice treat. It's an elegant twist on what everyone is oh so familiar with. They sell flavors like mango sriracha, rosemary grapefruit and green tea mochi. I personally like the cream based Popsicles way more than the non dairy based Popsicles. The green tea mochi has real chunks of mochi in the Popsicles that adds a chewy element to your Popsicle indulgence. I highly recommend this flavor! As far as the store's ambiance, it's trendy and cozy. They are located in a tiny space. But the interior design and decorations gives the small space big style. The store is clean with white walls and loads of colorful wall art. If your in the area, even if it's cold, I highly recommend this little shop. It's a nostalgic experience. I felt like a child cashing the ice cream truck, except there was no running involved. The only running I did was the running of my credit card at the cash register.

Yelp
In a city blossoming full of ice cream places -- Lil' Pop Shop ranks near the top of my list. With so many soft serve, gelato, fro-yo, rolled ice cream places -- it's nice to have a change in sweet cold dessert. The store is exactly as its name states: a little pop shop. When you walk in, you're surrounded by white walls and a freezer filled with popsicles right in front of you. There is a flavor to fit everyone's tastebuds. I had the vanilla with sprinkles and my boyfriend got the matcha green tea with mochi. The popsicles were flavorful and had a very unique deliciousness to them.. So delicious we decided to order one more popsicle to share before leaving. The small is $3 while the large is $3.75. Maybe a bit pricey for a popsicle? I can see myself coming back here whenever I am around University City -- but be aware that there are not many parking spots around since it's located in a home-y neighborhood. I don't think I would necessarily go out my way to get one of these popsicles, but it is worth checking out if you're into trying out desserts!

Yelp
This place is ok. Popsicles never quite do it for me, but in terms of popsicle places, this is one of the better ones I've tried. With a ton of flavors to choose from, I was overwhelmed so we asked what their best flavor was, and we were advised to try the Chocolate Salted Caramel Brownie. It had some serious flavor for a popsicle. I often find they are not too strongly flavored or watered down, but it was really rich and chocolatey. The experience in the shop is strange - just one lonely girl working the counter, staring straight ahead into space, with no music playing, quiet enough to hear a pin drop. It was also really hot in there. Stop by if you are in the area for a refreshing treat. Otherwise, I wouldn't necessarily seek this place out or make a special trip here.

Yelp
What's not to love about a place that strictly sells gourmet popsicles? This is a dream come true for the the kid in all of us! I always say a business that specialized in one thing, offered in many different varieties has the ability to perfect the art of their one item. Lil Pop Shop has done that. These pops are the perfect consistency! They're not too icy when you first sink your teeth into them. They're creamy yet not melty like ice-ceam and they offer a fab variety of dairy-free flavors! There perfectly sized and the rotating list of flavors are so inventive!! I think by now this fam has tried almost every pop they have ever created. Salted caramel brownie however is a forever favorite in this house! I personally always find myself choosing a flavor with coconut, whether it be coconut hibiscus or lychee coconut! So darn refreshing!! Catch their brightly colored truck at almost every hot, happening event in Philly. We first tasted them at The Oval and are happy they come back year after year. They're also a fan favorite at Night Market. We love heading to the shop in University City too though! The kids love the minimal decor and adorable wooden pops to play with. The kiddos play shop with the toy register and little shop they have set up. Sooo cute! We love the new in house option to dip your pop in chocolate and/or add toppings! How fun?! They also now offer cold brew, various special lemonades, spritzers, coconut water and assorted baked goods! Shh, don't tell but sometimes we go all out, do tacos next for at Tom's and splurge here after. The kids just flip for this combo! There are tables outside as well as a few inside too! Small pops are $3 plus tax Large are $3.70 plus tax $1 to dip Fab Philly Mom says: This is a must if you have children!

Yelp
Lil Pop Shop is an adorable gem of a dessert place in West Philly. Each time I come here, it takes me several minutes to make up my mind because there are SO many yummy looking flavors to choose from! Even though it's already autumn and getting chillier outside, they offer a bunch of seasonal flavors that are worth the 10 minute trek from my campus. My favorites so far have been the cream-based ones, such as: - Vanilla Bean Orange Blossom - tastes just like an orange creamsicle - Pumpkin S'mores - pumpkin cream with little bits of marshmallow and chocolate - Apple Pie a la Mode - vanilla cream with an apple pie filling At $3 a pop, they're not the cheapest popsicles, but the unique and wide variety of flavors are definitely worth a try!

Yelp
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!! Tired of the same old froyo spots I was in the mood for a different sort of treat... So I whipped out my trusty Yelp app and found this little gem within walking distance. As I blinded stared at the board the employee greeted me with a smile. I proceeded to ask her what her most popular and personal favorites were... Since then I have indulged in their interesting selection of homemade treats a number of times. As a coffee lover and caffeine enthusiast my favorite by far is the Vietnamese iced coffee. It's delicious and sweet with a strong coffee flavor. I wanted sprinkles of mine and so you have to dip it in chocolate otherwise none of the toppings will stick. All in all its a great combo... But don't take my word for it. Stop in today!!!

Yelp
I've had like 7 flavors here and they were all good. The creamy ones in particular have a fantastic texture and consistency that I prefer to the non-dairy ones, which tend to be more tart. The matcha pie here is also amazing. I think it's still a bit pricey, coming in at 3-4 dollars for a popsicle, but I do agree that they are delicious. Seating is very limited here.

Yelp
A cute shop for popsicles. They have a huge variety of popsicles and have it in 2 sizes- small and large. I had the green tea mochi which was delicious and had a good green tea flavor. My fiancé had the Vietnamese iced coffee and it was a solid coffee flavor. Its a great place to stop by to cool down for icecream!

Yelp
I don't know how much more I can say that hasn't been said; I JUST LOVE the Lil'Pop Shop. My favorite favors are Garden Mint and the Salted Carmel Brownie. I don't mind the price point, I believe it would be the same or not more if you purchased ice cream; I think that some may downplay that because it's on a stick. Whatever that case may be, I'm with it! I typically leave with a box to put in the freezer. The parking is typically horrible in the area, so to save time I buy a few :)

Yelp
This pop shop was very cute! Contrary to other reviews they now charge $4 a popsicle - yes, a little steep - but you do also get a great selection of coffee, fresh pie, free WiFi, a lounge area to sit and do work or to chat, so I guess that is the trade off. Came here after a long walk looking for hydration and the pop was perfect. They have a variety of flavors but I highly recommend the matcha motchi pops

Yelp
What a sweet little popsicle shop! One of the best places for a cool treat in the summer heat. The location is a little far from "main attractions" and whatnot, but there is free street parking, so that makes up for it (if you have a car)! They have amazing flavors to choose from and it was so hard for a friend and me to just pick one! We went with the lemonade rose and the watermelon lemonade. Both were amazing - perfectly sour, not too sweet, and oh-so refreshing. Honestly, the mini popsicles ($3) are a bit small for the price. You can get a large size for more ($4, I think?), but I wish the large was priced at $3 or even $3.50. Anyway, you can also get your pop dipped in chocolate (extra $1) and you also have the option to add some crunchy toppings (bacon, potato chips, etc.)! I will definitely try this my next visit here! The shop itself is small but has seating enough for 3 "couples." The interior is lightly decorated, modern-style, and has plenty of natural light. Friendly staff, too. I love popsicles and I'm so glad that Philly has a wonderful option for these perfect treats!

Yelp
FIY: They are VEGAN friendly but they also have non-vegan options! The first time I had Lil' Pop Shop was actually by Rittenhouse Square on a nice, mild spring day after I did some window shopping with some friends. This was before they got a Center City location and before I moved closer to their 44th street location, but I digress. Recently, Philly has been getting bombarded by the onslaught of "rolled ice cream", but to be honest, they can't compare to the light yet flavorful taste of Lil' Pop Shop creations. PROS: Flavors are incredibly unique. My first popsicle from them was a coconut hibiscus one and it tasted exactly like the summer vacation I never had while in college (yay Drexel's quarter system). The most recent one I had was their green tea mochi popsicle and I must say, they got skills. The mochi pieces were intact and scattered inside of the popsicle itself, while the green tea flavor was strong enough to my liking. And I like my tea flavors like REALLY strong. CONS: Lord almighty...the PRICE. Everything else is amazing but literally the price of these things is, in my opinion, a little much. For a popsicle that's maybe about 4 inches long, it costs $3-4 depending on the flavor you get. Yeah, no I'm sorry. As good as this place may be, my wallet isn't ready to shell out $4 for something I can finish in 3 bites. At least not more than maybe once or twice a year. This is definitely a "treat yoself" kind of dessert.

Yelp
With this crazy heat, places like Lil' Pop Shop are a sanctuary. I went there early afternoon and most of the flavors were gone, but I tried the Garden Mint Chocolate Chunk. It was really good. It was mixture of ice cream and popsicles because the creamy flavor. Perfect for beating the heat. The shop itself was tiny, but the decor was really cute. Perfect for kids and kids at heart. There is also a cute outdoor area, but with this heat, I needed to be inside.
