Food is excellent. Customer experience is brutal. It took 2 hours from when we got in line to when we got food. Leaving people out in the blazing sun for that long is terrible. Invest in some technology. Have a QR code for ordering and text notifications when food will be ready. I get that the place is busy and I understand that it will take a while to get served but there is no need to have everyone stand around. Let people place an online order, give them an estimated wait time, text when they are 2-3 orders from the front, text again when food is ready. Next year I'll go to the Lobster Barn across the street.
