So if I can be honest, I did come when they were about to close. I think I got there at 730p, and they close at 8p. I was not impressed at all. I spent $33 on a rib plate and a short ribs sandwich and small chop beef sandwich. Because it was last what the guy did was cut the top off of the ribs, made the shirt ribs sandwich, the put the bottom part of the rib on my plate, which became mini ribs, that was about the size of my middle finger, not super smoked or seasoned to me. The Mac and cheese was not seasoned, they could have added either aded a little bit of salt or chicken bullion and crack pepper to give it a little flavor, same with the cabbage, corn bread was extra and I got a small chop beef, that was the size of a McDonald's cheeseburger. Although it was a small bun, he could have but enough meat on there to see the chop beef outside the bun and the sauce was watered down. I might go back earlier in the day to see if it's different.
