Lila Thai

From the moment we arrived, the experience was beautiful. The entrance was lined with orchids and a variety of flowers, creating such a warm and inviting welcome. Inside, the decor was just as thoughtful, filled with healthy, well-cared-for plants that gave the space a peaceful and cozy vibe. The attention to detail continued with the food. Each dish was not only delicious but also beautifully presented , even the sauces were artfully decorated. The service was outstanding, and made us feel genuinely cared for. Highly recommend!

Such a beautiful restaurant atmosphere when you walk in and the service was so attentive and patient. I truly felt like I didn’t have to think about anything but enjoy what I had ordered which is such a rarity. Prices are very, very affordable and the portions are generous. I don’t write reviews or eat out often but I felt compelled to share my experience and I intend to routinely visit this lovely restaurant, sorry for not sharing the beautiful presentation of my meals- trust your expectations will be surpassed. Let's start by saying that Lila Thai was a restaurant we hadn't planned to visit, but because the place we booked was closed, we walked around the area and found Lila Thai. We sat down, and the ambiance was great—cozy and family-friendly. The waiter was such a nice person, always striving to make our experience unique and unforgettable. When the food arrived, we were surprised by how good it was, as we weren’t expecting anything out of the ordinary. Everything was cooked properly, and the presentation of the food was superb. We could tell they are passionate about their work, as they didn’t miss a single detail, from the presentation to the flavor. The playlist they use is relaxing, featuring popular songs in instrumental versions, which makes the experience calm and unique compared to other places that don’t offer instrumental playlists. I look forward to coming back here again and bringing more people!

Excellent! We've booked a table through their website, it was easy and quick. Upon arrival we were welcomed by a lovely host. He explained the dishes and suggested us the drink, the dessert, the type of rice to side with the main dishes. It was a very good experience. Fresh food, great quality, friendly staff and calm atmosphere. The prawns, chicken, spring rolls, all 5 STARS !! We will definitely return! Thank you :)

This place has new owners and a new name. Food is excellent. Decor is improved. Service with a smile. The prices are very reasonable (see pics). There is a lunch menu for a typical set Thai lunch (starter and a main) for£9.95 Monday to Friday. I highly recommend this Thai place in Putney. Update: They changed the lunch menu slightly. Still excellent.

Great food! We're regulars since trying it one Sunday lunchtime last summer. There are lunchtime specials but we tend to order off the main menu. Always quiet at lunchtime. We have spent several weeks in Thailand most winters for over 3 decades and would happily visit this place even there.

Lila Thai is a small but beautifully presented restaurant. It serves delicious food and the service is excellent- warm, friendly and polite. A gem of a restaurant and a pleasure to visit!

Really delicious vegan pad Thai, with vegan gyoza and vegan tofu with vegetables. All were really delicious and good portions. I would marinate the tofu in soy sauce personally but that is my preference. Vegan pad Thai is amazing.
